It helps GREATLY when you have established characters that people can base your application and roleplay off of. It is hard to make a decision when we only have your application to go off of. There is no indication that you know anything about the IPC lore or have read their wiki page at all. In what way is it useful in an RP environment? What limits are you talking about? Go into detail on the comedic and serious capabilities. Remember, this is supposed to be a one paragraph minimum per question. These are at most 2 sentences. Not nearly enough to properly judge you. You behavior is bound but you compare IPCs to a clown? I don't believe that this is a good way to think of IPCs. You can be SLIGHTLY more outlandish I suppose. But sometimes it harms your character more than it makes interesting roleplay. Can you describe how you hope to make this fun for yourself and others? This worries me. Greatly. It doesn't give any indication at all that you have any idea of what is expected by IPC players. It makes me worried as this backstory is very broad and gives off the vibe that you are going to just use this to be a chucklefuck. I don't see a reason why Nanotrasen would allow a VERY outdated IPC if we are to believe what your application says. Especially with how you describe how it acts. This makes me feel more like Nanotrasen would scrap it for a few extra bucks and make a better "Entertainment" unit. Finally, since you have no characters listed and with the state of your application. I would have to go with a -1 unless I see some serious changes to your application or prove to me that your are a good roleplayer.

I basically want back where when people spoke in LOOC, it showed their ckey instead of their character names. Now, it would be preferable if it was how it currently is in deadchat where both the ckey and character name shows up. I just like knowing who I am talking to.

You are saying that you want us to trust you that your other characters are not all like Jimmy. I suggest this, play your other characters more so we know you are telling the truth. If people only ever see your one character and you tell them not to judge the application on them, you are either not going to get many responses or some from the few that know your other characters. I am willing to give you a chance if I see your other characters ingame being roleplayed well and different like you claim they are. If I was going to vote now, purely on what I have seen from the characters that I have experienced, it would be a definite -1. It just doesn't even seem like you are trying with your character, he moves gets overly angry to the point where if this was real, I doubt they would even be hired anymore. Like I said, giving this a chance until I see your other characters ingame. Just keep that in mind.

What arrow brought up is worrying as I haven't seen you around at all. Only up until recently have I seen you on the server one time. If you don't have an explanation for why Arrow came up with a different date, it will stay as a -1.

I don't think this change really matches how much effort it would take to make this happen. I never really play as antags and I really have not seen a problem coming from Supply with them being overpowered. The odds are stacked against an antag especially with a proactive AI that has tabs on everything in the station. I think it is fine how it is and really shouldn't be changed.
