I see what point you're trying to make here and I agree at some degree with this. However, it's especially the line, and I quote; "When people know it's extended they can prepare for it, by picking roles where they can develop stuff, and work on interesting projects. When it's springed on them secretly, they spend a round setting up for danger and end up feeling cheated." So, you're saying that during Extended people shouldn't prepare at all because we are OOCly aware of no antagonistic roles being present? Of course I've also read the part in which you answer where as people should prepare as normally which is fine. But ask yourself, IF the staff had a change of heart and decided to remove Extended from the secret rotation, how will that effect OOC behaviour? If everybody is aware that antagonistic roles /WILL/ be present without any doubts, you feel find alot of powergaming behaviour rising. Then there is another important fact which several of the staff and defenders of "Sextended" try to make; Like it or not, you got to do weal with it. If the gamemode turns out to be Sextended. Too bad, no antagonists. But at least we were able to have some RP. Personally, I often frown upon sextended too after getting excited for an antag confrontation. And when it doesn't happen, too bad. I just hope for the next round.

Curel was promoted to interim CMO that round. The IAA required a certified psychologist as CMO to conduct psychiatric evaluations on all Heads of Staff. Sadly, I was unable to do much because of the surprise riot. And regarding the relationship, I'd probably assume it's Neutral too. Curel does respect Nanako for the work she has done and that's basically where it stops. Perhaps in the future they will be able to share a one-on-one conversation?

I've played with Kota a few times in Medbay. Good character, always there, quite helpful and did good as the interim CMO. Would definitly like to see them again as my boss. +1

But hey, every character has a little bit of cliché nowaday even though we don't want to admit it. Sociopath huh? Most likely during Antag rounds. (That stuff with Marc is kept at appropriate level, we're not intending to go further violating actions. Besides, I'm not a fan of ERP due to personal experience. ;P) Yeah, the whole thing caught me by surprise as well. Too bad it was cut short due to a Cultist invasion and my inevitable death by a juggernaut. But hey, it was nice getting on the Head position once more. I don't think this answer addresses the question properly. Consider how a Head of Staff can influence others. I suppose they influence people due to the fact they have a high-ranking position, which gives them overall more authority. They are also represent their department as a whole. After all, who do we ask first regarding security issues? The HoS. Who do we expect to provide further details during a viral outbreak? The CMO, etc.

I've actually worked with UnknownMurder before on another server as Trialmod and I'm safe to say that he knows what he's doing. He knew exactly what his position meant as a Headmod, cooperated well with the staff and was familiar with the mechanics. I'd say he would be a fine addition to your team.

I've seen Uriel several times as a QM. I love how his character isn't afraid in engaging when it comes to social interactions with others (cough RP.). He is one of the few people my character doesn't mind spending time with, not to mention he also knows how his job works. +1

The local approached Curel and attempted to restrain her untill a Security drone identified the crime and arrested the local on sight looking upon the machinery inspired her to become a roboticist herself and hopefully innovate current robotics to something greater. It was however around the age of 15 when her pespective on life, her morals and beliefs changed when she was told of her artificial origins. She'd presume to course of Psychology in hopes of understanding the mind of other living beings so that she can judge upon them for their mental capabilities rather than ther genes or looks. After succesfully graduating from Lilith's Guide, Curel would proceed to the Socrates Medical and R&D University where she graduated with high scores in Psychology,Robotics and Development and Surgery. Curel would spend some time in her old High School where she worked as the School Psychologist for two years. After that, she transfered over to the Biesel prison where she engaged with many dangerous sociopaths as well as low-crime criminals in psychiatric evaluations. Tired of her work as psychologist and longing once more into working on machines, Curel transefered to the NSS Ara where she helped in constructing robots and cyborgs as well as conducting research on innovative weaponry. What do you like about this character?: She can be quite open and honest about herself, but she's also cruel and deceiving when it benefits herself. She prefers that people look up to her as a professional. What do you dislike about this character?: Her cruel honesty is what will likely deter some people from her, which could make her amount of friends on the station quite small. What do you think makes this character fit to be a head of staff?: It's her honesty and her likeness to regulations that would make her suitable for supervisor work. I'm familiar with his character Jimmy. Jimmy is an asshole, complaints alot over the Security channel and causes fights over the common channel. If you see Jimmy walking through the hallways, the urge to punch him instantly gets real. +1

Succesfully taking out Unathi Marauders and all those other scum flying in space. Anyway, so legit source has given us some VERY interesting details about Nanotrasen station vaults. They all seem to carry a VERY interesting weapon capable of destroying /EVERYTHING/ and /EVERYONE/ onboard. The Aurora has been dispatched somewhat around 2457 to conduct some useful Research for NT, both NT and some partners have invested alot. Increasing the stock and such. And as I mentioned before, their stations carry vaults with [here it comes] NUCLEAR fission explosives. The plan is simple, NOT only will me make those arrogant fat fuckers behind NT shit their pants when their stocks decrease, BUT we will also make security look incompetent as shit. StamTech and some other interested parties would love to see this station go "bye-bye". You probably wonder, "why is Stamtech so interested in this job despite its increasing reputation?". Because despite that, not many are interested in a "small but growing PMC" as ours since most of these corporations can fund their own bloody army nowadays. So, we are trying to prove our usefulness by showing that even the mighty "Nanotrasen Security Forces equipped with Energy-based weaponry" cannot deal with a "minor crew of random pirates equipped with mere out-dated ballistics".
