Question, if I may, Will I ever be told why my rank was removed, what did I do that did not seem unsatisfactory to standards? Because I haven't been told a thing. After a good ten minutes, the Director, Doctor Fermi FINALLY came down to Research and got the levels up. A good ten minutes before the shift ended. For a good hour and fifty minutes the Director nor Scientist Helmut Kronigernischultz did any Research through out the Whole Shift! Doctor is a witness to this, she came in a few minutes after my arrival and saw the lacking Research that neither the Director nor Helmut Kronigernischultz where able to manage on their own without someone nagging them to do. And Doctor Kronigernischultz never even returned to his lab, he kept saying he was seeing a Ghost that was 'chasing' him and the Director seemed far more worried about that. Since of Kaed's reply, I will explain. I would have NOT engaged if I knew there was a deal that went down. But since the manpower was around to take down the intruder, I thought it best to just take down the intruder, We had as I said like six or so security personnel and the Commander, then myself, thats Eight personnel. If I knew there had been a deal, I would have handled it differently, but as I said For my Last and Fourth point . The gun man was STILL holding onto the HoP It did NOT look as ANY deal had been made, and from my first point NONE of MY Command Staff, told me a thing besides the HoP has been taken. As I said above, just to make SURE it is Clear. I would have probably avoided the whole damn thing if I knew A. Where it was. B. There was a deal. C. I knew it was under control. One: I had no idea where it was, that 'rush' I tried was a flight/fight reply to the issue at hand since the gun-man was clearly threatening the life of the HoP And others around. Since I just walked in on it. Two: I was NEVER told of any deal, no one spoke of one, that we had settled it in a peaceful manner, and part of me doesn't believe that happened, Since the HoP Was still being held at gunpoint by the man. Three: Even with the out-numbering personnel, it was quite clear that Security was not on the winning side for field control. Since the Intruder STILL had the HoP and he had the lethals in hand. He was controlling the situation. While the Security Force was not on the winning side of the situation NOR did they control the situation. I hope this has cleared things up since my first reply was not sufficient.

With that one scene in mind given by Kaed, I have this as my defensive in the matter: One: None of my Command Staff told me about a deal, where it was going down, or anything of that nature. Two: I walked in on a guy with a gun to the HoP's head and nothing more. I shall Officers all around him and was wondering why they haven't just taken him down yet, since there were five, or six of them with the Commander. Three: I was trying to disarm him to get the HoP out of his grab and then duck behind a officer, however, I hit the '4' hotkey instead of '2' hotkey. And Lastly: If a deal was made as the HoS made, WHY was the GUNMAN, still HOLDING onto the HoP. For defensive on the general complaint: While yes, Evans has been a 'ramboish' character. He has improved greatly and has become more defensively and non-valid hunting. Since I believe the last time I've done anything you would call 'valid hunting' would be over a week ago. While it has happened, I am improving and mistakes are made from time to time. Otherwise, I have nothing else to bring to the table. Thank you for your time.

LP Here. My Characters (Mainly Uriel) have had a lot of interactions with Cadmus. While they are not always the most pleasant. Used Correctly, you can make great RP out of it. While he doesn't seem like the greatest RPer with this character (Which I can agree. He lacks some RP). However! His 'assholery', as I call it ICly, I tend to use it to build Evans as a character. While yes, it doesn't feel good to be called a Asshole, a prick, etc. You can use it to build character for your character (And maybe OOCly as well). While yes, I agree that a borg, should not go out of their way to do jobs, they are not assigned. (Doing this does cut off people wanting to play those roles and stops the growth of new characters/players into learning Chemistry). And Lastly, Verdox is right on the point you can tell Cadmus to stop. Order it. Don't ask it, Tell him 'Cadmus, fuck off and shut up' He normally leaves you alone after that. He does it with Uriel. Uriel orders it, and so its done. While I agree Cadmus should tone it down just a bit when it comes to Comms and He should switch off his assholery when something IMPORTANT happens, like someone dying/being captured/etc.) Other than that, I have nothing else to say on the matter, We will see what the verdict shall be.

I am very happy that Skull made this post. I have found many times as a Captain during Antag rounds that Security just want to shot and win. I TRY to be friendly and talk to the antags most of the time, but there are times I come in and its a bit too late. In any case, I am very happy that you posted this Skull, I believe all players, not just those who play a security so they can get updated.

While I also really don't like the effort you have shown in your answers, I still believe IC wise your character you have chosen would make a great head of staff, but you'll still have a good bit to learn. +1 from the Pwn Master

From what I see in this application, based on my knowledge of course, I do believe that Muncorn would make a great Skrell due to their understanding and thought process behind the Skrell. They have my vote due to their RP, their understanding, and their building of their character. +1 from little Evans
