It can use boats, but it needs an anode/cathode arrangement. The point was that in saltwater, the electrical resistance of highly conductive salted water has a much lower resistance than people do, unless you're making direct contact with something. ie, being hit, or hitting something with your baton. While the numbers are vague, I think the answer lies in "Dont toaster bathtub" in much of the same way, but not the same result.

If you are hitting something with your baton it means you are grabbing it from the rubber handle. You are not getting shocked as the one holding it.

@Garnascus this complaint has become a discussion on electrofishing and basic physics lesson which is being very interesting but not productive for the matter.

I want to know if you deem slaughtering someone in the middle of the beach cause you don't like him OOCly acceptable or not, so we all can continue with our lives

Have you ever tried swinging a weapon at a shark while your upper torso is the only thing above water? It's an incredibly unwieldy state to be swimming out to sea with only your shoulders and arms above water simply to beat a shark to death. I would think a shark is at its best in water. You would already know this, in fact, and it needn't be explained to you were you actually roleplaying with these factors in mind. No, you had to swim out to sea to acquire valids.

Given your ridiculous behavior in that round and the shark-snark you've displayed in this thread, I really don't think you should be roleplaying here. There are other servers more suited to what appears to be your roleplay spectrum, and such servers also exist with a higher tolerance for acting like shitcurity.

Its not OOC dislike. Its also very much IC dislike, although the universal disdain for Volvalaad is certainly present.

I smashed a bottle over your head. OOC, this does very, very little damage. I dont even know if it does any. But it stuns. Thats all. You were up in a split second. 

You then tried to murder me. I fought back, you died of your injuries later. You stabbed a 6'8 Miner Guwan Unathi in the face with a bottle, what the fuck were you expecting to happen.

Accept it or not, it's canon, it's not written story but real story, my character has killed tons of carps in game, and that happened in a canon status

I haven't tried that because a shark would never go that close to the shore during day. I didn't swim anywhere cause the shark was 5 squares away from the land lmao

Again, if you want to complaint againsy me, make your own complaint, this one is not about me and you are adding nothing since none of your worda are related to the brawl posted.

Actually, after reafing @FreshRefreshments and speaking with @ComradeCorbyn in DC, I'm dropping the complaint and I will handle this in a proper IC way
