I don't even think joining late in the traditional way would work as a borg. If an admin enables it, it doesn't spawn a body. The individual just sits at a the spawn screen.

I feel like Skrell would be lightweight, but I have no standard to go upon. Dunno if that's an issue with other species, but might as well ask.

As I said, this was awhile ago and might not be 100% accurate. But some of the details are still relevant

The biggest issue I have with the Skrell (Which I am saying as someone who plays them rather often), is that it seriously looks like someone spent twenty minutes on their lore, and then went "Kay, looks good!" and never touched it after. So I'm pretty happy about this I really, really recommend you move away from the currently established subspecies because they're so badly explained, Somehow Skrell (Who only went into space in 2016) managed to evolve into a subspecies on another planet. (referring to Aliosian Skrell), while the Skrell you imagine when one says "Skrell" (That being a lightish green one) is somehow the rarest Skrell subspecies that sits in swamps all day. another thing I desperately hope you change, is to make the Skrell more substantial in the Aurora universe. They've been around significantly longer than Humans, but somehow they just sit in the corner of the galaxy marked "Not Aurora" and don't do anything or have any effect on anything, and unlike even Sol, they're never even mentioned in the new thingies/events. But yeah, I'm extremely happy to see Ffrances will be the one giving Skrell the love they deserve.

I'm just going to bring this up. Since no-one else has. (tldr -1) Ffrances used to be really awesome, astute, to a point charming and very perceptive. However, while she continues to be so on the forums, Frances doesn't really act like this on the server, and hasn't for quite some time. She's gained quite a few notes, the vast majority of which being a mix of meta-communication and just....really stupid shit. For instance, there's been at-least one instance of Frances joining with another individual as chemists, not speaking to anyone, producing massive amounts of space-drugs while ignoring all requests for actual medical drugs that were needed. And then ODing in the bar, vomiting everywhere while running from security. From what I remember of this situation (Which was right before I retired I think) when questioned about how this behavior was excusable, she essentially went "I'm creating interesting RP!" and argued with the staff involved for a significant length about how she was making the server a better RP environment...by being a bald, metabuddying, drug dealing chemist. I dunno about how you guys feel about it, but I don't feel like this is excusable behavior, especially for someone who wants to moderate the server.

If you mean game-mode It picks from a different amount of game modes via a chance set in the config files. More choices become available as more players ready up. (For Sekrit/random anyway) But yeah, afaik if you mean who gets to be an antag. It's RNG jesus.

Does no-one realize that the one Table mentioned are actually coded into the game?

Just say that you want me to write it, give any details that you want included and name. I wrote the second flavor-text for Doom with "Greying black hair, 40 years old, male" as the details he gave me. Some people just don't enjoy/don't want to write flavor-texts. And I can work with that.

Imo it depends on the departments that you jump between. If it's from a field that requires no professional degree I.E. security, I think that character is fine to be in another one that does require a degree I.E. medical or engineering (To a point). I also think it's okay with departments that have concise, related fields of knowledge. I.E. engineering and robotics, medical and research (to a point) to jump between these two fields of related knowledge. Atmospherics would almost certaintly require a professional degree, as would Xenobiology/Telescience. So that's a strike on the first one. As for the second one, Atmospherics and Telescience share no fields of knowledge. So strike out on that one too. For clarification, I'm not saying "BAN HE IMMEDIATELY". It is my opinion that Furry has gone beyond the agreement set between him and staff by acting outside of a "Basic" level of atmospherics knowledge. And I'm simply wanting Furry to be issued another warning/whatever staff thinks is reasonable. I'm really not embarking upon a witch-hunt here

Well uh...I have? two-three days ago. So I'd hardly call that outdated No. It wasn't. Valkrae didn't just wake up several days ago, say "I FUCKING HATE FURRIES" and decide to make this complaint like several people seem so intent on believing. I, an retired admin with literally nothing against Thefurry. Am saying that I saw Travis, as a Atmos tech, exercise far beyond the knowledge he was allowed. Rebuilding an entire section of the hull singlehandedly, now if you care to believe Furry over me and Valkrae. That's an entirely different issue.

To note, I believe Bay-12 has code for hoodies. When Skull tried to do this for my coat, it did a weird overlay thing where the hood itself was behind my head.

Here's the part that's unreasonable to me. In the deal, it was said that Travis Davis could possess knowledge of Xenobiology, Telescience and BASIC atmos. Which I believe is kinda reasonable, but which I've seen Furry take to unreasonable lengths. What I mean by this is that I've seen Furry rebuild entire sections of the hull after a meteor impact, something that I with my fully trained and educated Atmos tech will not do. As that ISN'T atmos, it's engineering, that being said. I'd be fine with it IF Travis was just an Atmos tech. But IMO Xenobiology, Telescience, Atmos and engineering is just too diverse a skill-set for a single character.
