  1. Not enough space for a communal brig. Not that'd allow security to move with ease

Well the antags don't live long enough for me to use perma

That seems like a fair compromise. I'd also remove what I assume are windows between briefing and perma. We only really put proper griefy shitlers in there, and they'd only use the various luxuries in perma to break the windows.

I remain adamant about a Security regular, mapping Security.

We were also given morgue trays on evidence? So we can store bodies but we can't have a facility to actually process them. This seems illogical, seeing as the argument is Forensics disallowing medical to have corpses but then giving us a half baked morgue in Security instead? As someone who played in the investigative area. The previous design, that actually was designed by someone who played forensics, worked well.
  6. I really want to see what pedigree of characters you can produce before I can give my vote.

I personally think Security needs a complete rework by a Security regular. It looks like it was built with an outsider's eye. It feels like a massive 'fuck you meany Jackboot bastards' kind of deal. Perhaps that's an unjustly assumption but Security is never popular in opinion.
  8. I've seen bodyguards done on our server via the HoP. I gotta say it was well done, well delivered and well performed. I think streamlining the process will offer fruitful opportunities for Roleplay.
  9. I like chicken and mushroom pie
  10. Reporting Personnel:Kamachi Fumiki Rank of Reporting Personnel:Internal Affairs Personnel Involved: Officer Revvy Black (plaintiff), Engineer Lauren Blade (Instigator), Haruspex ( Treating Doctor) , Sslazhir Yinzr (processing Officer) Time of Incident: Within the first hour of the shift. Location of Incident: By Engineering's main hallway. Nature of Incident: []Workplace Hazard []Accident/Injury []Destruction of Property []Neglect of Duty [x]Harassment [x]Assault [x]Misconduct []Other _____ Overview of the Incident: I am Agent Fumiki speaking on behalf of an Officer Black who I have received a complaint from. It was reported that Officer Black was patrolling the Engineer area at the time of the incident. She reports that she may have bumped into Lauren while she was, in her words, day dreaming about things. Lauren responded by glaring at the Officer before turning off in an irate mood, to rectify this Revvy went after and offer her apologies, offering to buy Lauren some jerky because as, the Officer puts it, Jerky is 'da bomb.' Once offering the snack, the Engineer turned to her before downing a cocktail that was reportedly stolen from the bar, though the Engineer claims you could get booze anywhere despite only being two possible outlets of alcohol on the station. Despite this, the Officer decided to let this pass, assuming the women was doing no harm. The Officer shortly regretted this decision, realizing the Engineer was heavily intoxicated while declaring the Officer was on fire before striking her with a fire extinguisher. The Officer proceeded to flash and detain the Engineer in defense. Miss Black the proceeded to take her to Medical to get the women detoxified and checked for any liver damage. While at medical, the Engineer began to make clanging noises under her breath to the IPC Doctor treating her, Haruspex, causing some upset for the IPC. Once the Engineer was treated, Black proceeded to talk the Engineer to the brig for processing. She announced hooliganism, assault and theft of the drink that she assumed was lifted from the bar, in which her colleague Officer Yinzr noted down on the records. Once Lauran had sobered up, she began to insult the arresting Officer while making comments about her sexuality and personal life. This continued as the Officer brought her to the cells and through the remainder of the sentence. The Engineer also attempted to attack Black while the Officer removed her cuffs to allow freedom of movement within the cell. The Engineer became violent over the fact she was disallowed her headset, despite being allowed to have access to the intercom. Officer Black does admit to removing the Engineers jumpsuit while attempting to unbuckle the webbing from the Engineers uniform and feels great embarrassment for the incident. Eventually, an Officer by the name of Attimus Vin'Drahl resolved the issue by entering the Cells and handing the Engineers PDA. It has also been noted that this particular individual has multiple incidents in the past which required Security involvement and that she was also sentenced to the permabrig later on within the shift after multiple assaults on Officers and Heads a like. It would appear this individual's etiquette in the work place is in question, and should be reminded of what position she holds and where holds it. For the station is already comprised of experimental technologies, therefor an individual entrusted with the integrity of the station should not be treating the station as a highschool for her tom foolery. This is the end of my report, an audiolog will be added from the stations surveillance system. Did you report it to a Head of Staff or IAA? If so, who?: Head of Personnel Galloway, Head of Security Cox. Additional notes: (If there are none simply leave it blank)
  11. I enjoy the challenge as an antag. You have to be smart, cunning and innovative to achieve your personal goals. And to be honest, not enough antags act like that, they just kind of do the same old gimmicks while cursing and spitting at Security Besides, the BS (hue hue) makes antags think twice before making a half baked attack on Command.
  12. Tajaran's need to be able to wall run over tables and people.
  13. Agent Fumiki's Response. There is a vast difference between pepper spraying an individual at point blank whilst they're on the floor and using a flash bang. While the flash bang is an escalation of force, it does not needlessly harm an individual. Under i117 in the Corporate Regulations hand book, excessive use of force in detainment is an infraction and it is strongly believed that this was an infraction made upon the prisoner. It would also be noted, that the criminal in question was added to the stations records, including medical and security records, thus covering their rights as an individual while in custody. Indeed the flash bang was uncalled for, but having to prevent a supposedly trained Officer from needlessly harming the prisoner only caused more hindrance to the situation in comparison. As with the accusation of racism, I remain indifferent to the species and only take note of their confirmed traits and facts. It is known that Unathi are superior in strength, have tendencies of rage induced actions and pose a threat to other crew more so in comparison to all other races. It is also good to note, that Commander Stone holds high regards for an Officer Sslazhir Yinzr, an unathi who has shown great promise in the field. With this, any racial prejudice would be void given the circumstances. Despite the Commander Stone's firm hand when it comes to his men and their severe misconduct, the proposed disciplinary actions were from my own personal observations on the situation.
  14. Reporting Personnel:Fumiki Kamachi Rank of Reporting Personnel:Internal Affairs Personnel Involved: Officer Zubari Akenzua (Offender), HoS Peter Stone (Plaintiff) Time of Incident: Location of Incident: Escape Wing of the NNS Aurora. Nature of Incident: []Workplace Hazard []Accident/Injury []Destruction of Property [x]Neglect of Duty []Harassment [x]Assault x]Misconduct []Other _____ Overview of the Incident: Reporting on the behalf of a Peter Stone, running Security at the time. A Zubari Akenzua continued to pepperspray a subdued individual who was currently laying on the floor. The offender continued to pepperspray the individual despite them being move away from the Unathi. The Unathi then proceeded to resist arrest for excessive use of force, altering his own Security records and setting the Head of Security to arrest in retaliation. The Unathi presented a danger to the crew, the prisoner and hindered in the efforts of transporting said prisoner. Such actions are a severe misconduct to the SoP and Corporate Regulations, which should not be expected from a fully trained Officer. It would be most beneficial for the Unathi to be removed from the Security roster until further notice, to ensure the safety and integrity of station operations. With a minimal disciplinary of being placed back into the Cadet program to go back over the training he so obviously ignored. Did you report it to a Head of Staff or IAA? If so, who?: I am speaking on behalf of a Head of Staff. Additional notes: Let us not forget, violent Unathi that do not adhere to the Corporation's interest are a dangerous specimen and would be costly if allowed to cause a risk to the crew.
  15. Now do you see why I'm adamant about my argument?
  16. Protective detail as the title, no lethals.

    Biologist Position

    This would be pretty amazing
  18. Because when you play the Hos or a Security Officer, you usually have to deal with the problem. And it's a problem we simply shouldn't have to deal with because people insist on having an identity crisis with their job and want to be apparently self sufficient. I've had to deal with shitler Detectives, a few of them are repeat offenders mind you, and I've also had to deal with CSI sitting in the Detective's Office going 'is my office cus i has acces m8.' The Detective isn't the FT and the FT isn't the Detective, yes they are a team but that only reinforces the point they should rely on eachother's abilities and training, not cover the other's role. The FT relies on the Detective to question the people linked to the case and going out on the field to follow up on the leads, and the Detective relies on the FT to find leads and potentially suspects through the crime lab. In a way, giving them separate access gives them more a reason to lean on each other. And perhaps this thread will make me the most unpopular guy, but I'm sadly going to be pushing this case as far as I can. Because as I've said, I've lost my patience with it. Hell I was on your side of the river but now I can't really see the entitlement of having the lab access justifying it all. Like I said, if you want to play FT, then choose FT.
  19. It's an example, you wouldn't like it if you picked a role to play, only realize someone's hijacking your job and leaving you out in the cold. I don't play FT, but I'm trying to speak on their behalf. Often have I experienced the chase of trying to find the Detective who fucked with off the kit after the CSI calls out that his lab's been emptied of equipment. There's also a flip side to this, CSI won't be able to go into the Detective's office to steal his gun and such. Which is more or less an equal compromise. If needs insist, the Detective can get access for the lab but I cannot fathom why you would choose Detective so you can play FT. If you wish to do forensics, then choose that job otherwise you're throwing logic out of the window in my opinion. The only other options I can see is removing detectives completely and creating a two piece team in forensics with a kit each. Or locking the kit in a locker that only the FT has access to, as with the revolver. The Detective has no business doing forensics, neither does the FT with a gun. It's not entirely punishing everyone, it's giving Security a break from having to deal with the constant bickering, if anything it spares a lot of trouble and energy.
  20. Detectives aren't forensics, so giving them a kit would make them irrelevant and you may aswell have twO CSI's at that point. As for punishing everyone else? It's not punishment, Detective and CSI are two different roles, if you want to do forensics then by common sense you'll be choosing CSI over Detective. As for punishing shitlers? Why should we have to put up having to deal with a Detective stealing shit? Why should those playing CSI have to deal with not being able to do their job? I used to think, no way, don't remove the access because that would suck. But after playing the HoS and an Officer having to deal with shitler detectives more often than not, has lead to me think that we should keep them separate by any means. You say why punish everyone? I say why do FT's have to suffer most of the time? That's like going Medical Doctor and then hijacking the Surgeon's job. Or barging the HoP out of the way as a Captain to work his job. It's shitty for the guy who chose the job and it can causes tension in the department. Detectives should keep to their own roles, or be removed for the sake of two FTS with two kits. Even as a patron of the Detective role, I'm finding them to be quite useless at this point, even with the very rare decent Detective that shows up, it doesn't justify to me, all the issues that I've experienced.
  21. Does anyone take requests?
  22. The crate from cargo lacks the more important kit.
  23. Perhaps, but sadly I've witnessed the general shittery too many rounds and feel they lack the right to be able to fuck with the lab. I was against removing their access at first, thinking that they should learn to work together. But I've lost my patience personally and I feel bad for the CSI players who come to their labs, only to find their kit's gone missing because the Detective dragged it to the nearest dark tunnel so they can go brain dead.
  24. Alright, let me put it out there, I am a Detective player or used to be and I disagreed at first with what was suggested but it's time for me to support it and bring it up. Remove lab access for Detectives. Why? Because they're a liability, they steal the CSI's kit and fail to get into their thick skulls that the crate from cargo lacks the gear to replace the kit. It's only caused issues, prevented CSI players from doing their job and jams a flaccid cock into an investigation's gears. Detectives deal with witnesses, investigation and following leads. CSI deal with the forensics side of things, and this should be made clear. By a solid crack on their thick skull with a baton, covered in barbed wire and salt. Or preferably, keeping them the fuck out of the lab.
