Centralize Command, so the crew always has a possibility of recovery. And, so nukies/traitors always have to go through some trouble to deal with the bridge. Centralize the AI, so it's not just out there waiting to be blown up to kingdom come. Tighten up maintenance, so it feels like I'm walking through a maintenance shaft that's off to the side, and dirty. Make sure that Engineering isn't an impenetrable fortress. Seeing as if you press one button and place a couple of girders you've got an escape shuttle and no-one who isn't an Engineer or has a couple of explosives can get in.

It doesn't add some jazz to his image. For example let's look at Jaylor Rameau. He has a suspicious turtleneck, and he commonly adds to that image, he has an odd guttural accent that hooks players in and encourages them to check records and such! Ah, he's a pirate. Now, I might not be getting the proper point across but I feel that Jim would find more value as a character in a custom item that involves his military background, or something along that line.

Dudes. Vaucra can bite people, and do tonnes of damage. Their armor reduces brute by half. They get fried like eggs. They smash 'cuffs. Vaucra have some serious drawback to compensate for the Pros. They're not unbalanced or anything. Treat them using their attack as a big deal. And report repeat offenders to Administration. It's the same as Tajara smashing a dude's ribs with his claws just because he called him kitty. Stupid. It doesn't mean we have to ban all of them from the Security. Just because, 'muh lore' doesn't give you an excuse to be a dopey bumblefart.

Now, my memory is very spotty, so I believe the second incident I'd thought you escaped. Now, we were taking your stuff, and leaving you alive so some borer could infest you, and it's his problem then. We were pretty strict as a group after the medbay thing, and gabobble got tense. Basically keeping hosts alive at that point wasn't efficient, so our policy was, if you don't comply you get killed. Wasn't sitting there, I was chasing some hosts down to be brought to Security and infested. With I think five people at the time, I smashed her ribs as a distraction and ran out. She had Medical close by, and could be patched up somewhat. It was a high intensity situation, and I tried my best to diffuse it and roll out. I believe I received your PM a little afterwards. I wasn't camping it. Now the main part of the complaint. I was chasing Red Hardsuit guy down there, moving real fast using binoculars and all that kind of stuff. I wasn't floating around and ganking folks. I was kind of in the mode to shoot dudes, right. I was taking pot-shots at the perp and everything. It was a sort of intense situation. Right, so I think I spotted you I flew around a bit, and I fired at the tank. Boom, vent I move in and gun you folks down. Afterwards I realize, 'Oh crap these people were enjoying themselves and AHHHHH'. I moved you guys out to primary tool storage, vomited out some new borers tried to kind of leave you in the open so someone could get your bodies, clone or infest them. Or, you could infest them yourselves. I was kind of at the time feeling pretty bad about the thing, tried to make sure you guys could get back into the round and enjoy the few seven or so minutes left of the round. I'm really sorry about that mess, dude. It was all my bad, it was an action of impulse in the midst of a high-intensity situation.

Being a Head of Staff, especially the HoS isn't a cakewalk in comparison to other Head of Staff roles. It's like having about a thousand people screaming at you at once. So, people can certainly come off as being particularly aloof or aggressive. It also depends on which circumstance he was being overly-aggressive. Because in certain gamemodes like Mutiny or Revolution (to my understanding) it's generally excused because you almost have to do it to kick off the round.

These directly benefit you from a gameplay perspective. And it's not that entirely difficult to get one of these. Pretty sure we have those still. It'd be weird for an assistant to be walking around in an Engineering bandanna. I'm pretty sure wearing a uniform piece from another department is frowned upon. Silver coins would be pretty lame, because it directly benefits you because you can get certain items repeatedly if you run some cable through it. Which in turn, would make other items for the custom load out redundant because you can just grab these items and save some points.
