Making a clone very expensive to produce seems like a decent balance. Make the genetics spare room into a butcher chamber where they have to slaughter animals like Runtime and dozens of monkeys/corgis to make sure their clone army is still moving. I suppose, it would also give antagonists a way of disabling cloning by destroying cargo and hampering Medical's ability to get more meat for the slaughter.

There are plenty of tools at your disposal, as an antagonist or a normal crewmember. You can use these tools in un-conventional ways to deal with possible threats. If you believe that the lung damage is so severe to your gameplay, you should actively take measures to adapt to the situation. Oxygen kits are dropped like candy in the main hallways, and are guaranteed in Arrivals and Departures. As an antagonist, you have things like matter implants, to carry objects like tool belts, and freedom implants. So, you could possibly allow yourself to be captured, for treatment then break free.

Juggernauts are slow, bulky tanks and often manage to vent half the station. A lot of the time Juggernauts will smash all the walls between their spawn point and Security/the bridge. This means if a bomb goes off, or ballistics break a window, it causes a fuck tonne of destruction. If we just gave juggernauts a small teleport sending them three tiles in the direction they're facing, on a reasonable cooldown this means Cult rounds can be a lot less messy.

Bluespace is a crazy wacky thing, and travelling from place to place can carry a huge risk of overshooting or something going wrong. So, I'd think going from planet to planet would take one to three hours, with the use of bluespace, while long distance could take a week to a couple of months. I also kind of like this sort of long time in space gives this mystique of being constantly alone. But, correct me if I'm wrong.
