  1. President Almrah Harrlala Visits Southern Harr'masir During Electoral Campaign President Almrah Harrlala, alongside some members of her party, spent the last three days traveling through Southern Harr'masir to gather support for this year's elections. The visit began at Sren'dul, where the President met with Muharajuurl Muhr'Fal, the current Rrhaza-Akhran of the entire region. Despite being a member of the Liberation Army, he supported the Almrah on multiple occasions. Both leaders discussed the local issues, including the recent smuggler arrest and crime in the Wetlands, and the possibility of transition to a civilian government. Muhr'Fal promised that he would consider a transition after Southern Harr'masir's most pressing problems were solved. In exchange for Muharajuurl’s support, President Harrlala agreed to aid the junta in further endeavors. The tour of the city ended with the candidate visiting a carpet workshop, where workers gifted a rug to Almrah. On the second day, President Almrah Harrlala visited a ranch in the countryside, where she met some ranchers. She joined some of their activities, including herding the N’hanzafu and eating Nomad Skewers, before listening to their concerns and making some promises. Harrlala assured that the government would not interfere in their way of life even if Muhr'Fal stepped down. In the afternoon, the ranchers then escorted the President to Dolor. During the final day, Harrlala toured Dolor. She spoke to some of the victims of the Hadiist crackdowns during the Second Revolution before heading to the border with the Din'akk Mountains. At the frontier, she spoke to some soldiers about the ongoing smuggling situation. Many complained about K'marr's activities and lack of collaboration with the Liberation Army. Almrah personally thanked the patrol who captured the smugglers heading to Crevus. At the end of the third day, she returned to Dolor to board a gyrodyne heading back to Das'nrra. Muhr'Fal reinforced his promise by publicly asking that all citizens and soldiers of Southern Harr'masir vote on Almrah Harrlala in the upcoming elections.
  2. Ministry of Technology Continues Cybernetics Research 13.08.2464 In a recent report delivered to the government, Headmaster Harrrdanim Tyr'adrr called the testing of the Cybernetic Ha'rron a complete success. Thanks to the augmentations, the prototypes proved to be a very useful addition to the People's Strategic Intelligence Service's arsenal. The Ha'rrons were extensively used in chases, contraband searches, and border patrols since their introduction. Minister of Technology Zhuldyz Hadii plans to move forward with the testing phase as soon as some minor issues related to the lifespan of the prototypes are adjusted. In light of these positive developments, the Ministry of Technology revealed some of its latest projects in the field of cybernetics and biology to the Party: Teams working on the communal farms of Ras'nrr Heartlands are attempting to improve the livestock through genetic and cybernetic manipulation. So far, more radical manipulations, including weight increase, heavy structural remodeling, and appendage removal, proved to be unpopular with the farmers. The Ministry of Technology proposed re-educating the rural workers to better adapt them to genetically modified animals. This proposal was refused by the Party as Party Secretary Yakiv Hadii argued that this would certainly disrupt the food security of the nation. Minister of Technology Zhuldyz instead decided to shift the team's efforts into developing an automated farm using some of the prototypes. The Ministry of Technology also worked on augmenting other creatures, including alien ones. A group of Schlorrgos was heavily augmented by the same team that worked in the Cybernetic Ha'rron. Due to the creature's biology and other technical limitations, the researchers were only able to implant non-tesla augments. These changes involved some combat cybernetics, including mechanical saws and subcutaneous explosives, to test the possible applications of the Schlorrgo in warfare. The scientists discovered that the Schlorrgo was only effective when thrown or used as ammunition. While these projects had limited success, they provided valuable data for further cybernetics development. Minister of Technology Zhuldyz promised that the Ministry of Technology is closer to making another breakthrough in augmentation research. Efforts are now focused on developing better life support systems and longevity-extending technologies.
  3. That was never needed in any complaint ever about bad behavior. I don't think it would in this case at all. In fact, both of us made complaints without it. I never said that. Only cybs brought this up. When I mean not up to par, I mean that you were not aware that the current positions in the team were already filled. It is not rude at all. If you knew that they were filled, you would not, or at least should have not, have applied for unathi deputy. So yes, it was low effort because it did not even consider the basic: if the position in question was even open. I never ever used this argument against you. I did not shut you down in that discussion, I continued to talk to you even after I proved that you did not join any round. I was not even the person to bring it up. Please show me when I said that you should not talk about the server because you do not play. When did I even use that in a complaint? Please stop trying to defend your behavior and focus on proving that I had ill intentions with opening the complaint. This is about my behavior, there is no point in trying to defend yourself from the accusations I made somewhere else.
  4. A lot of this was already discussed in previous complaints which is still being handled, I don't see any point in trying to explain each log, so I will address the accusation that I am somehow abusing the complaint system. I did not make this complaint because of the strike incident. I made this complaint because of marlon's behavior in the lore discord at day two of this month. I posted this log here in the player complaint: Biplane's post is pretty much how I felt about this whole discussion. After this, I blocked marlon, did not interact with him, started to work on a complaint and posted shortly after. I did not make this complaint to try to get marlon punished by the strike. I was approached by people complaining about marlon's behavior in the discussion above, and I refused to do anything as staff because he had a complaint open on me and I was actively involved in this discussion. So, I decided to make a player complaint. My issue with the stev's complaint is how you were soapboxing it. You did not need to link a medical article on signs of abuse or try to pain them as an abuser. You could just point out how they were being mean to you. In fact, the player in question asked for the staff to hide the complaint because it was causing them distress to be painted a some kind of patholic/serial abuser. So, don't matter what I do here, I am somehow always in the wrong. This is barely an argument and makes no sense. I blocked you because what you did in the discussion above just made me not want to interact with you anymore. I explained why I said that in the player complaint. Also, you applied for unathi lore dev, when there was no opening, which shows you were not really up to par to what was even going on the team. I never said that to you. Someone else asked if you played this year, you said yes, I proved that you did not. I see no problem in bring data to verify claims. Also, observing is not really playing because you are not really interacting with anything or taking part in the game. I kept talking to you in that discussion despite that and never ever brought up your play time in any argument with you, besides in the one you claimed you did while you did not. And above all, I am free to bring whatever I want for staff to analysis as rule breaking or not. If you can do it in this complaint, I can do the same anywhere as well.
  5. Should be lifted now.
  6. Should be lifted now.
  7. What this has to do with bringing up what someone sent to you in a discussion over lore? You were derailing it still. I applied the strike because it is not the first time you did that stuff. I was told i could not handle as staff then i made a complaint. Only two pieces of evidence are that old but shows that a pattern exists. You are ignoring the other problems, like derailing and arguing in bad faith. If you have an issue with anyone, make a complaint or report them. Whatever people do does not justify your behavior. No one was harrassing you or doing that in most of the cases i brought up.
  8. The discussion in the discord had nothing to do with what happened in 2019. You decided to bring it up without this ever being the context of the conversation. You were derailing a lore discussion about something unrelated by bringing it up. It prompted a lot of people to get curious and try to find out who did it. You can do that without pulling some kind of checklist to try to paint them as an abuser or something. How would you feel if I pointed to an article and just claimed you were mentally abusing me because you were doing one of the things in the list? My issue is how you did this which was soapboxing. What this has to do with anything here? You are trying to derail this discussion. This is about your behavior, not whatever else someone posted somewhere else. My point is that it is a pattern of behavior, which happened before without me calling anything bullshit. You were still just being dismissive of whatever I said with "it is just your opinion". Not what this complaint is about. Nowhere I said you can't disagree or give feedback. And what the wikiteam has to do with it? How is it a non-friendly environment? What the wikidev team did? If you think you can bring up what someone did in the past out of the context in a conversation, someone can do that in an application that should in fact take in consideration your behavior. Whoever handles this complaint will likely do what they think it is best. I will keep you blocked and won't interact with you unless it is necessary for a while. This complaint is about your behavior.
  9. BYOND Key: Alberyk Game ID: This happened in the discords and the forums. Player Byond Key/Character name: Marlon Phoenix Staff involved: No one Reason for complaint: Marlon in his interactions in the discord and forums has constantly engaged in bad faith arguing, derailing discussion, and overall toxic behavior toward the community and people in it. Some examples: In this discussion, marlon just brushed my concerns as "it is just your opinion", which is pretty much condescending. He did this in another discussion, which was covered in the staff complaint: In the discussion of the first screenshoot, he claimed I told people we did not want feedback when someone said something about it, which I did not say this at all. He later tried to explain he missed what I wrote, but he send a message right away. He is either engaged in a discussion while not reading stuff, which just ends with him frustating people, or lied about not reading it: In the end of this discussion, I think we asked about examples related to articles, which he decided to derail it again by putting someone on blast, which prompted people to get curious about who did this (which was over 6 years ago and got the person banned) instead of doing what he said he would (it is also very hypocrite behavior when he complains about people holding him for stuff he did years ago): In another discussion, in which he tried to derail a discussion by bringing that cloning removed a lot of characters (no evidence of this) when we were talking about something else, he also ignored me when I asked him about it: In the discussion above, he also kept derailing the topic by defending an essentially made up position, kinda playing the devil's advocate, forcing everyone to explain him how things are done, because he did not join a canon event in years. Other people were also very frustated about it. After this discussion, I decided to block marlon from everywhere else: In a player complaint, he kept calling someone who said something mean to him an abuser, trying to paint them as a domestic abuse, which is really outlandish and toxic. There was no need to claim that the person was trying to get them in a circle of abuse, do not matter what people said. This is really unecessary and toxic: Claiming the the wiki dev team is a hostile ambient to work with without any evidence. This application was really low effort and just copy pasted from a previous lore one: Older stuff that shows a pattern: This is only what I currently have and can remember. But a lot of other people expressed their concerns to me in pms and likely have other examples of his behavior. Did you attempt to adminhelp the issue at the time? If so, what was the known action taken by administration/moderation? No, these are more than one incident and is a pattern of bad behavior. In a player complaint, he kept claiming that Approximate Date/Time: It should be on the logs.
  10. Arctic Expedition Attacked by Sea Creature! During a recovery mission, an expedition team was attacked by a still unknown animal. The incident happened while the Tajara entered the ship's cargo hold stranded on an island. A mass of wriggling tentacles ambushed the explorers as they were wandering through a flooded section. During the struggle, the creature dragged one of the Tajara to the water and drowned him. The animal was finally killed by a volley of shotgun and rifle bullets. The body was then brought to Noghorr Base. At the outpost, Captain Gorsh'kovy briefly analyzed the corpse and ordered his first mate to write a report. The creature's main body was described as a white flesh sphere from which several tentacles emerged. Each appendix has a small hook-like claw at its end. The mouth was a single, long proboscis. When laid on the ground, the animal measured around six meters tall. Sailors noted several similarities between it and the already known Sfahn'Zamhir, the Ice Catcher. However, the animal had no shell and likely lived underwater. The carcass is currently stored in a freezer until it can be shipped back to Crevus. A debate soon emerged in the outpost about naming the creature. First Mate Dimha Rhamazir argued that the captain had the right to pick a name; Captain Gorsh'kovy showed no interest in it and retired to his quarters instead. Kandaza J’shar suggested allowing the group who killed it to choose it. After a brief discussion between the scavenging party involved in the incident, they decided on Yaf'in, Wriggler, due to how the creature moved while on water. The prospect of finding still unknown lifeforms at the North Pole attracted the interests of certain groups across the Democratic People's Republic. Some Crevan fishermen are planning trips to the arctic in an attempt to discover more animals to claim some of the fame. The Shard's administration expressed interest in buying the Yaf'in's corpse to prepare a meal with it. Bakhteiarova Mirzakhani and the Blue Party urged the National Assembly to ban the poaching of arctic fauna and flora.
  11. We already have colored glove versions for both species in the loadout. We don't need to remove another advantage/mechanic that these species have. Customization is not really the problem here.
  12. Unsure what this even means. Can we not handle anything in any discussion we are involved in the discord? If someone insults some staff, the staf in question can't strike or ban the person? Can't they handle someone derailing a conversation they are in? Besides, you are ignoring what my reasoning and judging the whole thing because I called something bullshit. You are not considering that this was not the first time marlon did what he did, with the first one not involving anything that might be offensive at all.
  13. Party Opens Permanent Embassy with the Free Council 05.08.2464 Since the end of the previous conflict, the Tajaran society in Himeo has opened its doors to the rest of the Adhomian community. As the true protector of the Tajara in the entire galaxy, the People's Republic gladly accepted this opportunity to extend its protection to the Free Council. As part of a deal with the Free Council, the Party announced the opening of a permanent embassy in the Foundling District. The Free Council voted in favor of establishing the embassy after hours of discussion and deliberation. The defenders of the Hadiist friendship valiantly argued in favor of further integration with the wide Tajara community, claiming that isolation has brought nothing of value to their people. Despite the resistance from the current representative, Volin Kar'etrink, they managed to gather enough support for a concession. The embassy will act as a direct link between the Party and the Free Council's government. Through this diplomatic channel, the People's Republic aims to further the collaboration between both communities. The consulate's opening was celebrated with a small party; traditional Free Council dishes were served alongside Victory Gin and slices of Zkah'nkowa. Diplomats briefly discussed the possibility of future research and cultural exchanges. The establishment of the embassy was well received in Adhomai. Minister of Education Kalim Khazdar expressed interest in inviting Free Council exchange students to study the Hadiist ways. Party Secretary Yakiv Hadii arranged a shipment of Hr'ozamal soda as a gift to the Himean community. Agafya Nikiforova, the voice of the Tajara friendly to the Hadiist cause, thanked President Hadii for his efforts in bringing both communities together. All loyal Tajara will be protected by the Party no matter where.
  14. The problem is that you have a really long pattern of doing the same thing alongside with other issues, and we think that cybs' decision is reasonable. You will have to appeal this ban in the future. I will close this complaint in a one day or so.
  15. You were banned for saying this stuff in the discord:
  16. Arctic Expedition Registers an Unobserved Anomaly 03.08.2464 Yevgeniy Chalnik has delivered today a report on an anomaly discovered by the Rescue Mission. The phenomenon was first observed when Little Kaltir tried to contact an expedition team on the site through the radio during a storm. However, the radio and other electronics were acting erratically; the compasses' needles were also spinning violently. The disruption stopped after the tempest died down. Further observations were carried out during the next storms. The expedition was able to verify that while most blizzards did not affect any of the base's equipment, a small number of them caused the same effects. Yevgeniy Chalnik currently theorizes that the anomaly is caused by some kind of magnetic disruption in the poles' region. The phenomenon might also have played a role in the vanishing of the Academy's lost expedition. Prince Arseny Rogozhin argued that the storms were in fact caused by a flow of pure energy that escaped from a cavern system linked to Aghar'mahrk. The discovery of the anomaly renewed Miran'mir Academy of Scientific Pursuits' interest in the North Pole. The university's halls were busy analyzing the data sent from Little Kaltir and discussing the two theories. So far, Chalnik's idea is the most well-accepted by the academic body. Prince Serhiy Oliinyk and Count Tscherim Sanguszkho congratulated the Mission on its discovery. Field-Marshal Vyakelas Klyuchevsky showed interest in further researching the Magnetic Storm anomaly, suggesting that it could be somehow controlled.
  17. I don't think there is anything I can ask about this application, it covers all points and display a good knowledge of the lore. Accepted.

  19. The issue is that even after you were unbanned, you kept getting notes, and one of them is related to the issue in question: You also have a lot of notes related to poor antag behavior. I think it is a bit harder to justify just unbanning you, because it is a obvious pattern.
  20. Mendell City Police Department Arrest Terrorism Suspects The Mendell City Police Department announced the arrest of four individuals linked to the bombing attempt in District Eight last year. All of the suspects were Tajara living in Tau Ceti for the past three years. The arrests were only made possible thanks to the information provided by the Democratic People's Republic. The motivations behind the attack are still unknown. So far, the MCPD believes that the incident is linked to organized crime acting within District Six. Due to the tense relationship between Little Adhomai's inhabitants and the Mendell City Police Department, the arrests had to be performed outside of the district. Investigations are being done in collaboration with the DPRA intelligence service. Because of its importance, little information on the case has been made available to the public. The identity of the suspects is still unknown. The government is currently negotiating with the Democratic People's Republic about the possibility of deporting the suspects. The Unity party advocated for deporting the Tajara as soon as possible, so the DPRA might judge them as they see fit. Social Progress Front supported deporting the suspects only after they served their sentences. The Free Party opposed any kind of deportation. Hadiist Party of Biesel proposed the cyborgification of everyone involved in the plot. The Egalitarian Coalition stood against any kind of life sentence. President Dorn thanked President Harrlala for her diplomatic approach to the situation.
  21. Liberation Army Announces Breakthrough in Chemical Development Since the creation of the Experimental Compound Troopers, the Liberation Army Development Department has been working alongside the Shastar Technical University to refine its chemical arsenal. Recently, a breakthrough was found while studying the Vodryanic acid. The University's researchers were able to successfully transform the compound into its stable gas version. This discovery allows the Liberation Army to deploy the chemical in other ways besides as Acid Throwers' ammunition. During testing, a laboratory assistant was accidentally exposed to a concentration of the Vodryanic gas. The victim was rushed to the Technical University's infirmary, where some of the effects of the compound could be observed by the doctors and scientists. When exposed to the skin, the gas caused quick fur loss, bristles, and excruciating pain. The assistant also reported a loss of breath and coughed blood. Further tests involving Farwas proved that extensive exposure to the gas can cause permanent damage to the eyes, respiratory system, and skin. Researchers concluded that much of the Vodryanic's corrosive properties are lost in the process of gasification. The Liberation Army is currently planning on loading artillery shells with the gas. Since Vodryanic is heavier than gas, it lingers close to the ground for hours when deployed. Despite its limited lethality when compared to its liquid version, the weapon can be used for area denial and against fortifications. The breakthrough was met with mixed feelings by the National Assembly. President Almrah Harrlala proposed only deploying the gas in case of a direct confrontation against the other Adhomian powers if any similar weapon is used first. Ex-interim President Brajrr Alnadruskiy praised the development. Maksym Razin called the Vodryanic "a divine weapon in their holy war". Bakhteiarova Mirzakhani urged the National Assembly to ban chemical weapons. Rahman Hadjuk requested a shipment of the gas to aid in the pacification of Amohda. Ahem Kah'nrir also asked for the weapon to be delivered to his junta; he did not explain why he needed it. Supreme Commander Nated explained that currently active Experimental Compound Troopers divisions will be equipped with the Vodryanic gas. The first batch of experimental shells will be delivered to the military juntas deploying the Compound Troopers, Northern Ras'nrr and Amohda.
  22. I am handling this complaint alongside with @MattAtlas
  23. Yasmin Piaf Announces Intergalactic Tour 27.07.2464 Yasmin Piaf, one of the most renowned Hadiist artists, has announced today the start of her newest intergalactic tour, aptly named "A Star among other stars". Unlike her last tour in 2457, "Heavensward", this one will bring Piaf outside of Adhomai. The singer plans to visit the People's Republic's colonies, the Coalition of Colonies, Tau Ceti, and the Jargon Federation. However, a single show before departure will be held in the city of Al'mari. Yasmin also disclosed she would be performing for the Kosmostrelki aboard the PRAMV Minharrzka. The ship in question is the sentinel class dispatched to aid the Republic of Biesel during the last Solarian invasion. The announcement was met with a positive response from the fans. The Bieselitte Tajaran community, infamous on the extranet for incessantly asking for Yasmin to come to Tau Ceti, thanked the singer in multiple posts on social media. Some subversive elements, likely Al'mariist and Royalists agents, attempted to undermine the excitement by claiming that Piaf's music was "uninspired" and "lackluster". Despite these attempts, the online support for the tour was still massive. At the Palace of the Free Tajara, the news was briefly discussed in a Party Meeting. In the face of the ongoing Phoron shortage, the necessity of the tour was called into question by some Party members. Yasmin explained that the transport would be fully provided by the SCC, without using any of the nation's resources. Minister of Education Kalim Khazdar supported the shows, calling it a great step in keeping the Adhomian culture alive outside of Adhomai. Party Secretary Yakiv Hadii promised further subsidies to artists willing to represent the PRA on the galactic stage. Headmaster Harrrdanim Tyr'adrr, citing the action of the rebels online, brought into question the safety of the star during the presentations. President Hadii tasked the People's Strategic Intelligence Service with assigning agents to collaborate with the local forces to protect Piaf. Tickets to the tour are already on sale. Due to its galactic scale, entry for each show is sold separately. The first planned stop is Hro'zamal.
  24. Having directives specially made for references is ridiculous and would add another layer of pointless bureaucracy. Maintainers already have the basic rundown of what is good or not for the server and can decide from there.
