From the server and forums guidelines: Calling someone names and just that is barely any real feedback. Don't post if you are going to shitpost or insult people, kinda common sense here.

Don't shitpost on applications. There was zero indication of you making a joke there, besides changing it later to something else. I don't think he was wrong for giving you a single point/warning for that. But, now on the borya application; you totally deserved it. This was no real feedback there; you are pretty much calling someone shittler, on the top of trashtalking the moderation team. So, yes, you deserved the other point. Don't see how he is wrong about you being a dick/toxic/rude person here.

I believe that you should consider the fact that you got banned from the forums, discord and once from the game because we had nowhere else to ban you from, might be a small hint that you might have a problem with your behavior, not that people are conspiring to get you.

Pretty sure that this came up after some dingus started to scream about borers right when the round started, which is really bad faith. Also, I am fairly sure that any borer gamemode has to be voted in, so when you ready up you might be aware that you can become one. However, I believe that you can just cryo if you want, but don't try to screw over antags when you do. Also, if you play in a secret round, you should expect for antags to get in the way.

After removing the multiple PhD requirement from the research director page, I also noticed that a somewhat similar situation was present in other science jobs. I believe that we should increase the minimum age for scientists, xenobiologist and the research director. It is really strange that you can be one at 25 years old, while the wiki claims that you also needs PhD in your field. Research and science takes time, and it feels really unbelievable that young people would get this kind of title so fast. So, I propose that we raise the mininum age for the scientist, xenobiologist and research director by five years. Lab assistant and roboticists can stay the same. Other solution would be to create lore for how much time this stuff takes.

As I explained, I looked into it, and saw nothing creepy or sexual, besides some sexism. And if this spawns several rounds, which you could also not tell me if it did or not, I told you to go make a complaint with evidence. Now, stop throwing whatever I said about this situation with the looc creepy shit, and I am still to see whatever creepy sexual remarks came out of this ic situation.

If you keep causing trouble in the community as whole, we do have the right to fully remove you from it. Not an excuse at all.

Alt titles should either have some mechanical difference or implying different duties. And to be frank, the medical doctor role already has way too many alt titles, adding more will just make it more confusing. But, what titles?

All of this was said over stuff that was not sexually related at all, sorry but stop trying to throw whatever I said about a totally non-related situation with whatever cringe shit someone said over looc. Our lore also deals with a lot of stuff like racism and discrimination, just because the characters engage in it, it does not means that people do outside of character.

I asked geeves about who it was that contacted him and looked more into the situation. As far I got, the person that bauser contacted did not really want to come foward and relayed this stuff to geeves that made the ban request. As you can see, it is pretty much him going on them for something that happened in game, and then after they stopped talking, coming back later to prod them over it.

I think this is solved then. I will close this complaint in around one day.

And like I said, the "not everyone is out to get you" and the sexism stuff was about that, not the looc. I only said that think it is cringe, and I don't see how rubbing someone's tummy or whatever is sexual or anything.

Well, not really. Because the conversation was far more than the looc stuff, and you are quoting me on things I did say about the situation that jackboot is making a reference to.

I don't remember if he even brought it to us, a lot of stuff to deal with lately, and that image has no ckey or anything. Like I said, you are implying that I am fine with people harassing each other over looc or anything, all I said was about your complaints over the interactions you had with other characters, which I looked into it and found to be all in character. Not sure how I am enabling this behavior at all.

Nothing we can do if you did not ahelp or make a complaint. This seems like some cringe meme in looc, which I guess while it is dumb and etc, it is not exactly rule breaking. And I don't really see the issue with what I said in the context of this conversation, sorry. And the separate ic from ooc was about the unathi sexism stuff. And yes, it is a part of the unathi lore, accept it or leave it, other people did experience discrimination with their characters based on gender. My only comment about the looc stuff was about it being cringe. All the others were about you complaining about your character interaction with the other unathi atmos tech.

I have an issue with this part. It implies that she was forced to marry other person, which is not really something that would happen in modern Adhomai. Even with arranged marriages, it was a business that families would do, not the government. The land part is fine, I believe, since it would be possible for the kingdom to appropriate land and etc with enough reason. But, the marriage part not really, it would not happen.

As I explained countless times. You managed to get yourself banned in at least three discord related to this community, the forums, around two or so times. I have server banned you before due to the same behavior in relations to the members of this community, and you keep doing this, I have no other option besides applying the ban again. There is enough evidence pointing that you can't behave at all as a member of this community, so I applied this ban. I am sure that the ban request was done at the player's request, because they did not compain, neither there was any way that geeves could have entered their private message. But, it boils down to; you keep doing this stuff, so at any sight of whatever you do, you get the hammer.

I took some time to consult other staff, and think about this, and I have reached the conclusion that I don't really think we should unban you. After you got denied a first time, you keep making alts to try to approach staff about it. And your attitude is not really any good or welcome here, sorry. Appeal denied.

After looking a bit into it. He did break our deal during his ban appeal. So, I am applying the ban again, for good.

This was brought to the cciaa so we can discuss this. I will consider this solved as well.
