Upon reviewing the complaint and talking with Dr. Jesse, I have found that Chive lacked a basic sense of knowledge of what stocks medical has on hand. Arrested Dr. Jesse on the premise of insulting an officer on duty due to Dr. Jesse's flippant response that was if poorly placed, was understandable and in character considering the situation that was at hand. Dr. Jesse, had acquired the grenade kit from secondary equipment storage. He had not procured any illegal equipment. No weapons or any weaponized compounds were created in any fashion. The kit was merely moved to chemistry. Chive from what I can gather. Took no stock of the contents of medical. Was not concerned with corroborating anything they were informed. Handed down irrelevant charges when disagreed with when they were wrong. I have forwarded this complaint with my full endorsement due to the nature of this incident. I was the CMO of that round where you were banned. First attempted victim and Ahelper after you tried to spray me. In joining that round you made your way to chemistry. Went around spraying people in the halls to empty a spray bottle. Then returned to chemistry and ground all three shards of plasma and poured it all into a now empty spray bottle. When you were confronted by 2 doctors and the CMO standing outside chemistry asking what you were doing. You ignored them. Then just before you opened the door you said something along the lines of "Nothing." in response. You then attempted to spray the CMO with liquid plasma. You then ran into the central hall and attempted to do so to several other people. From what I gathered from the moment it happened in game. Your character was not seeming /psychotic/ during any phase of this incident from my perspective, There was no provocation from what I could tell as it seemed pre-planned. LOOC info from one of the doctors also informed me that you were chucklefucking the round that had finished just prior as well. I simply took you as a run of the mill chemistry griefer during the incident.

Evidence gathered during the investigation has found: Both Dr Morphos & Dr Foreal were wearing a full set of scrubs, sterile mask, sterile gloves, and a lab coat. Dr Kaekel was wearing standard CMO gear including the lab coat. As well as sterile gloves, and purportedly a sterile mask. However she lacked any scrubs for her head. All three personnel have been warned on their dress within the theatre. Dr Kaekel had given orders prior to the incident on division of labour that would have meant Dr Morphos would have indeed supposed to have operated on the patient. Dr Foreal violated these orders, as he has admitted that he struggles to have multiple personnel work on on patient unless absolutely necessary. At current recommendations for team development and understanding of division of labour, regardless of skill set is important. Dr Kaekel, Handled the situation less than the best course, but acted in the interests of the patient first, who at the time was open on the operation table without clamped bleeders on the table. She has been reprimanded for her state of dress, but no charge on her actions will be taken at this time. Dr Morphos has given false testimony on events and state of affairs. As such we cannot list the majority of his interview as accurate. We have been able to confirm as an instigator of the assault, whilst still possessing possible infection vectors for the open patient. Dr Morphos forcefully removed the scalpel from Dr Foreal just after the first incision was made. At this point the patient had made a request that Dr Foreal conduct the operation as they were in pain. As such Dr Morphos has been found to have endangered the patient, and gone against their wishes. We will not be laying any formal charges due to this incident. But we highly recommended that you reflect on the action taken by all involved, this is not an acceptable manner for medical professionals to act. But toward the end it ramped up by the Golem of Metal. Using the staff of animation on almost everything they come across. A small portion of this would be the enitre contents of the chapel methodically turned to life. After a crew transfer was called. The Golem of Metal went straight to departures and proceeded to animate everything in that room as well. Later once everything was alive it picked up officers tazers and tried to threaten an officer hiding in storage out at tazer point. Shortly after just before the shuttle arrived. They acquired a katana off a xenoarch. And ran into escape full of officers and wounded crew. And charged officers with the katana. Carving them up until one officer dropped them with a stun baton. At which point it used an EMP spell to kill itself not that it had finally been one upped. At current I am seeing this level of issue being common place. I have been very rarely on in the last month due to RL changes. But all my attempts during even our hidden weekends. I am finding myself tossed into this level of RP which is a stark change from when I left. This level of behavior from antags and common crew. As much as I hate to be that guy. We seem to be quickly loosing the Heavy from our title. I was ghosting around toward the end of this round. And While there could be a statement that Sarko toed the line on what is acceptable, aside from what I heard of happening at escape. [At which point I was manning customs] The majority of staff deaths and endangerments were due to the staff themselves, Ala seeming attempts to kill other members of critically wounded staff. Breaking windows and walls left and right. Blood pools throughout the station, and general anarchy. The captain as his last act was to order an evacuation of the station no matter what. The attempts by personnel to stop it. Probably added 2-4 personnel to the round end body count. Actions included opening to the main hall of breached areas that had windows smashed everywhere dropping pressure across half the station. All in all COMPUTER pushed the rules on what was acceptable. But it also includes the vast majority of the normal players pushing the same issue. And the majority of harm to the crew from the AI was self inflicted. Blaming the AI for the stupidity of others is a bit much.

While I will not be taking part in this case, due to involvement in other cases pertaining to this shift, I would like to gain some clarity on two matters and possibly submit some assisting information in an of itself. Also if given proper care and cryo is not abused as a fix all, the distance between cryo and the OR is no issue. On the note of when things go bad being a reason, it isn't. If they are going that bad you are doing it wrong. Cryo is a lot less powerful than other methods possible, and is currently overused, making doctors use medical skill instead of stick them in cryo then move them to the OR should be a selling point.

On the symmetry note, giving the scanning room a window/windoor barrier similar to what I suggested to genetics, with only moving some of the wall assets about, it would also allow for those mad rushing through storage to see that the path is clear and what gear is currently in there in a far wider range. And it has been my past experience with medical that with treating wounded that do not need to be in a private room, OR, or any other specialised room usually fills up the halls when there are a number of wounded, or just people following severely wounded in. Help intent is no friend for someone pulling a patient on a roller, as such that person would create a one wide hallway spot for all doctors at that point, which has cause many an issue in the past with narrow arterial routes. Bumping into things were never the issue with narrow halls, it was players, and a two wide has managed to get easily congested in the past.

My only concern is the hall size, in the past the two wide paths have cause significant issues. A soloution I came up with for opening the arterial routes is to turn the genetics internal window into single panels with a windoor and moving the rest below one space to the right, making maint a little smaller but opening up the halls without loosing space in the other rooms. The other is to remove one tile at the bottom of the scanner/sleeper room and shift it all down one. Oh an a window near the emergency door for the break room so staff on break in the top area could see wounded at the emergency door. Also chem is a great size, actually more space efficient and roomier despite the smaller space. Guest pass console near the front door is great for giving temp access to EMTs provided one person is near by with access, or just assisting with moment to moment temp access needs without having to run to the bridge and do it all the time. The CMO office has always been out of the way, and the CMOs rarely uses it for anything more than a place for paperwork, and private meetings. TDLR: LOVE IT changes in spoiler.
