The station is located on the main moon that is orbiting Medina called Yatra. The outpost has been setup to mainly research new techniques that can be used to terraform Yatra and any other planetary bodies that Elyra may have their eyes on. The subject also retained all of his previous memories while in the ProtoTajaran's body. As a player of LI characters, I would be fine with having the 7 directives, as most of them seem reasonable since you are a trusted member of Nanotrasen. But, the four directives are also fine. Really, anything would be better than the no directives in my opinion.

Elyra News Network “For Greatness, We Strive” End Of The Meetings 1.9.2458 End Of The Meetings With the close of the meetings between Minister Nabil and the Nanotrasen Board of Directors, Nabil has released to us that the negotiations have gotten done about as much as he expected. At the moment there will be no more Nanotrasen shipments going through any of the Elyran systems and the Elyrans will not further any issues that they have with the Corporation under the circumstances that Nanotrasen will leave the Republic to their own things. Nabil has states, “It is about as much as I could’ve hoped for but, these meetings have been very beneficial to us and Nanotrasen. The good thing is that we have stopped any further escalation of force.” Independent Trade With the construction of the Elyran trade fleet, the Republic has noticed quite a large increase in the amount of independent trade entering into the Elyran Systems from nearby factions. This in itself is a good thing, but it is even better due to the fact that before the trade increased, Elyra stayed away from many of the nearby systems. In the future it may arise to new alliances. I don't see what's stopping anyone from RPing a mute/deaf character as is. We even have sign language for it. Once got admins on my case for playing a mute character in a not-important role. That really doesn't make any sense, I mean if you are a non-important role, there really isn't a reason that you wouldn't be hired if you could do your job. Also, I am pretty sure I have seen a few characters that either couldn't speak or talk.
