Random snippet of information that might be worthy of discussion. Raymond is from a system that borders around the outer and middle colonies, but technically in the outer colonies. I haven't decided on a fixed number of generations but I'd say it's been developed over a period of six generations. The system itself has a minor Sol outpost and acts as some form of hub, which has given the population a more pro-Sol sentiment compared to the Outer Colonies as a whole. There's a lot more to it that I've written down and developed personally. I doubt I'll divulge more at this time unless prompted.

You forgot to mention the fact you claimed that I gave this ban while you lost power, mind you while you stood upright for around an hour and 30 minutes. I'm not very fond of instances of a person that received an administrative punishment and paints it at a negative light when it was well deserved. Why do you deserve this unban at this time?

I admit, locking the thread may have been hasty, how ever. Consider the black listing less a threat and more me emphasizing the whole thing. I want to also emphasize that giving you the chance to apply in a year due to your numerous ban evasions method was also deemed to be too nice by a great number of staff and community members, yet I'm giving it to you.
