you'll want an admin-targeted meteor to take out at least one solar array, the station can easily run on solars only if science isn't running pumps (and atmos keeps their turned to lower power levels)

i think the issue the air alarm wouldn't talk to the vent/ scrubber is that it wasn't designated properly so the alarm didn't have bounds to locate the scrubbers ect.. i know im just repeating myself but i can't think of a better way to convey it

air alarms are weird first, they are based off of designated power net areas, however they also are local to just them for triggers. However, its very very easy to make a ghetto waste loop, you just need to add in the filters with a vent to space and ditch all toxins. proper filtration setup means you won't lose any oxy or nitrogen but nitrous/ plasma/ carbon will get vented to space

i'll have to disagree with this for the sole reason being how borg speakers work there is like a 2 tile radius around a borg where anyone can hear comms the borg hears. If it can be changed so syndicate transmissions go ONLY to the borg affected then i'd be a yes

why do you need to replace the QM? quartermaster by definition servers the exact same purpose you want the 'steward' to serve. It WOULD be useful for bartender/ chef/ botany to have a direct line to the QM or HOP, but then you will be polluting mining and cargo talk with food stuff and vice versa and it can be confusing and unimportant. A better alternative would be to add another encryption key to cover services, pop it into chef/ botanist/ QM/ HOP/ Captain headsets

Maybe apollo or aurora, either way it was one of them. I was engineer, my friend was AI. I had broken into the ai chamber to upload a bunch of laws back when they were priority 1->x (where higher always trumped lower) to define things and change definitions ect.. End result, I had the laws set up to say that only humans were crew members, all nonhumans were xeno invaders no matter what their IDs said, and all xenos had to be purged from the station PLUS when asked to declare laws, it had a law stating that it should only declare the original laws (the ai had a processing delay with the copy paste which got people suspicious). There were three tarj crewmembers I think, I remember a janitor and i THINK Houssam. He killed the janitor with a shocked door, then heads got involved. Ended with the ai arguing with the captain, CE, and tarj HoP about who was allowed in, firstly requiring two crewmembers at all times but then saying it didn't trust the captain and the CE so the HoP was let in alone, at which point the door was locked and bolted and the guns came on and shot down the hop (without harming the humans) admins yelled at me a lot for that. didn't help that i wasn't an antag and it was an extended round...

its possible to make the change without making it a retcon maybe NT got in a shitload of trouble in Sol court and was forced to change their implants to something less 'enslaving'
