    Unless he says otherwise, UM is definitely saying that the application should not be denied on OOC behavior concerns. Incog is right in saying that OOC behavior is a factor into the accept/deny decision. It's a very important factor, actually.

    Please stop responding with gifs. On top of that, stay on target (since we're already making Star Wars jokes) for feedback on Hunter specifically. Don't go off on tangents on "who did what".

    Main part I agree with is being made a head of staff through the ID computer forces "Interim" to be added before the title. Sometimes HoPs do it, but mostly they don't, and then it's confusing for people on-station and people looking to join who are wondering "Why is there already an HoS if I can join as one?" before ahelping.

    Considering how recent the whole data purge and integration things were? Absolutely not going to pass for head of staff at all. I'd like to see a different character before I go about judging your application because the character you're applying with has to be a character that could legitimately be a head of staff.
