A plain, non-descript headband? How'll you exactly get people to interact with this? All you really answered to that question was "Some people might ask about it" and I just can't see people asking about plain, non-descript clothing. It's like somebody walking up and asking a scientist about their plain, white labcoat.

Application accepted. Just please keep in mind that your IAA can also be a people person. Dealing with personnel, their grievances, etc. is all part of the job. So having to make a non-relatable/isolated/icy person isn't always mandatory for IAA.

We're willing to accept your application, but we still have one, glaring issue with it, and it's the character. First and foremost, your character is not applicable for head of staff positions. He lacks a Bachelor or Master's in a relevant field, as per HoS qualifications. You can find those in the Head of Security page on our wiki as the original Qualifications page was scrapped. Second, you gave your character what was possibly the weirdest and worst self-denial issue I've ever seen. Like, I understand the dependence thing like you wrote below it, but it makes no sense that someone that got screwed over that hard went to work for the person that screwed them, and not even out of necessity from the sounds of it. On top of that, we believe that your character is just stereotypically bland. In that you have the stereotypical "X got killed. So I joined the force" cop character. We want a sort of rework or adjustment to the character to make them A) Actually qualified. B) Not fit what is the biggest stereotype when it comes to cop stories. When you have that done, just message me.

I'm willing to accept the application, but only under a couple of terms. First, I want you to make a new character for the application. You are meant to applying with a character that is valid for head of staff. Shame, Mun, and I all agree that your character is absolutely not fit for head of staff. When you make the character, just simply edit your opening post on this thread, and @ me when it's done. Second, we don't really want to see Hammerstein as head of staff at all. We don't believe he's fit for him to be a head of staff. Should that ever change, then simply message one of three of us, and then we'll discuss it. Third, we want to see you play a new character for 5 - 7 days, actually? We don't doubt your capabilities much, but all we really have to judge you on is that you know how to RP an asshole really well. We'd like to see something different.
