I don't like the idea of a machine that vaporizes floors repeatedly if emagged, unless you mean that it just remove the tile to leave plating behind (which doesn't really sound antaggy). You let it loose in a maintenance tunnel to breach the room. It then enters a department, breaches that department. Then it enters a primary hall. Suddenly, there's breaches spreading everywhere, will probably kill a lot of people, and I don't think that makes for very good RP.

... What? Is this a legitimate application or not? I honestly cannot tell, and I am quite confused.

Locking this incident report because this is not what Duty Officers are for. The workplace hazard is for when someone else creates a hazard, for example a chemist detonating a space lube grenade in a primary hallway or an engineer leaving the canister of plasma outside of secure storage long after the engine was already set up, etc. I will clear this up in the thread with the rules for this subforum since there's doubt about that. Sooo, yeah, just take that to the suggestions if anything because you will get nothing out of this.

Errr... Could I just add that, that is the worst name for a city? In Spanish, "la puta" means "the slut". I think you should get a different name... o.O
