My overall feelings on this are as follows. I think you should be allowed to try having a whitelist again, its been awhile since a major incident occurred with you. and I believe MOST people can change themselves, if they recognize they need to change. Which you've done in my mind. But. This will be the last thing I ever approve for you if you disappoint me on this. I'm going to wait until Tishina gets online, talk with them about this and Then it'll be approved/denied once the time comes for that. Good luck dear, and please, please. Where did I say that? These were brought up because we wanted you to maturely address them and say "This happened because X", you did exactly the opposite. And Do you seriously think we're going to even consider this if you go through your application as rudely as possible? I have no problem with you, Tish has no problem with you. The quote, while possibly harsher than it needed to be, was not deliberately made to mean offense to you, nor be rude in my eyes, and you respond to it in a sarcastic, accusatory and generally not-so-friendly manner which we've done nothing to deserve? And I want to add this as an addendum that I felt I needed to make after discussing this with a couple people. I don't intend to "Automatically deny" this. I intend to give you a fair chance as everyone else receives, what happens to this is ultimately upto how you explain the situation. We're not here to ruin people's days by being hardasses, we're just trying to keep a standard. And yeah, you've done good things on the server, you have good, solid characters that people like and that create good RP.

In addition to Tish's repost of my old comment, I've talked to several members of staff. And they all generally agree that you've not really improved in the powergaming department.

Despite my earlier, and honestly rather hostile comments. Sorry about that, my anger wasn't really meant towards you as I was just not in the greatest mood before posting and misapplied my feelings towards you. I do see where you're coming from. You don't want paperwork forced onto people who don't put themselves into a position that requires its use. Ultimately really though, this's upto the players as individuals. It's not really much of an issue to enough players to actually actively enforce anything about this, in addition to it rarely happening. I'd say, just do as you said earlier and just set your spawn to cryo if you want to avoid it on the rare occasion where it does occur.

My first game was on a server that I really can't remember too well. It was a long while ago, when the map was just a hallway connecting Engineering to the Brig essentially. And I spawned in as a clueless engineer, walked outside of engineering. Immediately, someone yelled "TRAITOR" and grabbed me, stunning me. Then stripping me and throwing me into space.
