Gonna be gathering opinions from the admins before making a final decision. Means we should be good to go like, tomorrow morning. My personal proposal is to remove the suspension at the very least. The warning I wouldn't really care about, as, as long as the offence doesn't repeat, the warning will simply expire. We'll see what the rest think. Though, as a note. While I cannot speak for Jenna 1 to 1, I think she probably won't really care whether or not you play Livingstone. Her concerns are more towards your OOC attitude, which this topic also serves as a very bad example of (as you yourself realized).

I mean. I'll be frank: I don't really care how the IC bit of this ends up. At least, not directly. But like, there is one major issue left unresolved, and it's something that I am going to put onto the table: as said, I understand, you were pissed off, but that can only carry you so far in a defence. A good few commentators already touched on your attitude, and much like the staff-related issues you present, your attitude also requires some sort of review and resolution with it. No, you're not meant to see what's going on behind staff chats, but if you continue to assume things, as you have been, then I will keep pointing it out as invalid in light of actual events. As a note for the time being, Gollee and I reviewed the DO management of the issue. Namely, what led to the escalation of action and why action was escalated. (Obviously there's more to your complaint, but I need to parse it and do a bit of quick digging. After sleeps.) This was supposed to serve as an order to release the captain, and thus adhering to it would have resolved the situation relatively quickly. My concern was the fact that the order was not direct: it wasn't exactly much of an order. Ideally, the first reply you received would have contained clear and concise instructions on how to manage the situation (ergo, release the Captain, yadda). And after that, the issue would have simply been averted. (At least I hope. Obviously had you ignored it, the same stuff would have probably happened, though with much more valid reason.) Gollee will be making sure that all further orders from the DOs are actually conveyed as such.

If I recall, the rule was pretty much put in place to stop the constant spam of, "VOTE NUKE! VOTE NUKE GUYS!" that we had going on at some point. The spam stopped, so the rule is no longer actively enforced until the spam shows up again. I don't really think we should mind the occasional, "plzvotenuke4cookies" deal on OOC: it's most usually lighthearted fun, and tbh, I think people will vote whatever the fuck they want regardless of whether or not someone's shouting that. If it turns into spamming, theeen we can step in and hand out a few OOC mutes and be done with it.

The other admins are agreed: we're ready to unban you. Would just like your thoughts on the final thing reply before this one, and any member of staff is free to lift the ban (wave this thread at them, or wait like, 7 hours for me to wake up).

The thing is, not all characters and works of fiction are a good fit for this place. That is where Seon was caught: she might fit pet fiction, but by our judgement, she is not fit for our roleplay environment. Nothing wrong with that, but trying to drive that nail through will just end with it getting more and more blunted. If you can recognize that, then you have my support on getting unbanned.

The thing you should probably understand, and I hope you do (as otherwise we'll just end up repeating this spiel soon enough), is that unique character's aren't necessarily bad, but there's a limit. There's also nothing wrong with playing a mundane character, mind you. But, you were contacted around 5 or more times, over the span of a month, regarding the same issue. You did not take our guidance, and were eventually banned for the issue remaining unfixed. A few of our staff even offered to help. Same story on both appeals: people, staff and non-staff, offered to help, and you kinda just did your own thing. Which ended with the first appeal denied. Like, when people offer help, it might be an idea to consider it. Or at least accepting their input. Why do I say this? Because right now, it just looks like you're going through the motions, either defeated or not really thinking about it. I don't think this is something we want to happen, though that's just me. Thoughts?

It's by round basis. Every round, the number of humans, Tajarans, Unathi, etcetera is saved. So if the same character is played for 2 rounds in a row, their presence is saved as 1 point for each of those rounds, if that makes sense.

I can change the code of flammenwerfer fuel to instacoat someone, upon getting werfed. Flammenwerfer fuel is actually very nasty: a goopy type of petrol, basically. It sticks to everything and is a PITA to get off, so this change would make sense. As for mob-related fire mechanics, yeah, they kill very fucking slowly. for some reason, they don't apply damage right off the bat. I need to look into that.
