I've got a theory about that one. Security is slightly unique in that they interact with the entire station in one form or another, by responding to security calls, patrolling, executing warrants, etc etc. It's perfectly feasible to find a security officer anywhere on the station, interacting with someone in some form or another. Medbay, research, and engineering typically sit in their own corners until they have to leave the departments for something.

I actually have a couple characters here and there that do know eachother ICly for one reason or another Ziva Mo'Taki and Rasine Ha'kim Believe it or not, they actually get along well. Probably because Ziva actually knows how to take a hint and not touch/hug people that dont want it. Ziva's not a drinking buddy, but the two harass Nasir alot I imagine Katana and Kunai Since they're both developed by the same people, it makes sense that Katana and Kunai would be familiar with eachother. Still working out Kunai's quirks/personality so not much else to say here xD And now for ones that would have interesting stories if they met... Miraj Zi'Ad and Rasine Ha'kim Honestly, I can only see that ending with Miraj in the hospital and Rasine arrested for aggravated assault. Miraj is a very friendly Tajara (Self proclaimed friendliest Tajara - Although only to humans, skrell, and other Tajarra) and hugs /everyone/. Rasine is... Rasine.

The only character I have that drinks regularly is Rasine, and her favorite drinking buddy (And only drinking buddy, really) is Aaron Hawkins. Sometimes Nasir joins in.

Also, I completely forgot to mention, I currently have 0 experience with github or anything similar. Nobody I've worked with/for has used it, and I never saw a need for it for my personal stuff

Learning DM was my plan, it's just a matter of whether or not I'll actually have time to focus on learning it until the end of the tax season. I admit I haven't actually taken a look at it yet; For all I know it's relatively simple and I just need to learn the syntax. Do you guys need the web development or someone to learn DM more?

Someone mentioned it in OOC earlier today, not sure if that's where it started though.

Oh hey, this is back now.

I think what I'm going to do is run a few rounds, probably over the course of a week, as a station AI where I obediently follow the captains orders regardless of anyone else's commands, then do another batch of rounds with the idea of 'X number of heads can override the captain', and see how things work out with both ideas.
