Remove the chance that riot shields have to block projectiles, except items being thrown at someone. If possible, increase the chance on blocking melee attacks, because that is what they are designed for. Meanwhile, keep the energy shield and e-sword in the same way they are, allowing them to block both melee attack and ranged ones.

Before we placed this ban, staff had a talk to you, twice, about jumping down disposals/shoving people down disposals without being antag/messing around with people because they were your friends. The inccident that left you banned was when you started to disarm spawn a ssd character that was on the cargo conveyor belt, trying to push them down disposals and you were winded, and due to the fact you left when I asked you about so, I applied a perma ban because of your history of doing the same thing we told for you to stop before. I have no problems in lifting this ban, but, do you see the issue with this kind of behavior?

They have a brute reduction of half too, so, in a point it is fair. Also, I love their mechanics.

Being a tajaran or unathi officer is not easy when your fellow officers are prone to discharge their laser weapon against you because you are red or orange, like those pesky nuclear operatives. For several persons, this; Is really similiar to this; So, to avoid friendly fire against those hardsuits, I do believe that changing their color to another scheme, maybe blue or black like the human ones are already, is a great idea. In a single nuclear round; I have been attacked by four different crew members just because my character was wearing a tajaran security hardsuit.

No goggles will protect you fully from pepper spray, only full face covering will do so, like gas masks. It will reduce the amount of pepper spray that will hit you, however.

You don't really understand the concept of heavy rp and just refuse to follow the server rules, besides having a really terrible attitude in the forums and in pms. I did perma ban you because of your past of several incidents in such a short time, and you just started a fight at chemistry and proceeded to chew your own hand when cuffed under a minor charge. I asked for you to stop using the word meme in that case, I didn't warned you using the warning system, but I told you over pms that you should cease and how it is breaking the rules. The issue is; you didn't stop and you were being aggressive in your pms. Due to this, I wish for an administrator to get logs in that case, mostly your first ones which you did insults the staff in the ahelp and over looc.

From the rules itself; Verbal Warning/Warning: A warning is the lightest type of punishment we will dispense. Generally, this means you'll be informed of the rule you've broken, and we'll let you resume playing after you ensure us you won't break the rule again. I warned you in pms to stop, then, I let you go on your way. Then, sortly after I warned and told you to stop over pm, you did the same thing I asked for you to stop; Temporary Ban: Temporary bans are handed out for situations where a single warning may not suffice, and will prevent you from playing the game on our server for a set amount of time (usually varying from 1 to 7 days). All attempts to evade a temporary ban (e.g. by multi keying) will result in the ban being made permanent. My first warning didn't suffice, so, a temporary ban was aplied. And like I said before; I did deal in a really mature, cordial and profissional way in all pms, while you had an agressive and pretty much trollish attitude, it did contribute to my decision to apply a temporary ban.

I asked for you to cease before in the round, I didn't said I was going to ban you in the pms, at the shuttle, because I had no time, and I explained in your ban reason you were banned. Since you were pretty much being aggressive and trolling in the pms, and looc, before rather than taking it serious, I did believe that a ban of that length was the right decision.

Rin was a massive threat and tried to kill the head of security with a weapon, and that is pretty much the reason Raniyah fired against her using the revolver. Also, meow has the point that I disarmed you, by accident since we were pretty much in the small area of the washing machines and she was not cuffed at all. So, attacking her while she was still using her powers was justified. Besides, I really doubt that attacking Rin with the baton was really decisive to her death, she was hit by 5 .38 bullets (around 100 of brute damage, besides the point blank shoots), which caused internal bleeding and probably severe organ damage. If you can't contain a threat by the means you have at hand, killing them is perfectly fine.

Insulting an officer also applies to the head of staff, the head of security was not wrong in arresting you. As I said; it is security's job to uphold corporate regulations, and they will brig people if they break those rules. So, the head of security or the officers weren't being "dicks" by arresting your character. You also started a riot by disarming them and stunning them with a baton, which ended with your character being put under holding, which is pretty much toeing the lines of self antaging, and you said in pms that you planned to murder or hurt the head of security due to a 20 minutes sentence. So, I asked for you to stop breaking this rule in question; No OOC in IC - You're an employee on a space station: avoid breaking character. This includes smileys and internet slang/textspeak (such as "lol", "kk", etc.) in verbal communication, including radio channels (textspeak is fine if your character is chatting, such as through PDA or written notes). as well using the term memes, which you didn't. Besides, you send an ahelp before being insultive to the staff, along the lines that you guys are shitty or something. So, my decision was pretty much based on your insultive nature and agressive behavior. And I was being polite all the time and asked for you to stop with the meme thing, which you didn't and resulted in a temporary ban. Also, I didn't warn you due to the fact I had no time due to the lack of an admin to delay the round.

So, as the player of the character that was nearly executed. I have been warned for doing similar things, hurting cuffed people even if I had "reasons", as non implanted security personnel. If common security officers aren't free to do so, implanted head of staff should not as well, pretty sure they are put under more scrutinization while playing head of staff roles. Besides; Mistreatment of Prisoners is a thing in corporate regulations, which are NanoTrasen best interests and something that head of security should uphold, as well attemped murder because if you fire four times against someone's head you are trying to kill them. Besides, there would be repercussion icly, for a head of staff in a NanoTrasen station for trying to murder a cuffed, which had no way to escape or even harm anyone else, suspect before most of the security and command staff. How is bringing a lot of legal trouble and breaking Biesel's law acting for the best interests of Nanotrasen? About hostage killing; one of them tried to run/disarm me. Other was because the head of personnel fired upon the engineer. Antags have the right to kill cuffed people if they are hostages in that kind of situation, unlike loyalty implanted personnel.
