  1. Village in Southern Harr'masir Evacuated due to Radioactive Accident Izhim'yr, a small village in the rural region of Southern Harr'masir, was evacuated today by the military. The Liberation Army detected a radioactive contamination in the settlement. The incident began when a group of locals found improperly discarded nuclear waste. Believing it to be worth something as scrap, the contaminated products were brought into the village to be later sold. Unaware of the danger, the villagers spread the radioactive material around the region. The contamination was first detected when some Tajara began to display symptoms of radiation sickness. The local doctors, puzzled by the unexplained sickness, contacted the civilian government authorities for help. Thanks to the research done by Dr. Aleksandra Hro'makar, they were able to quickly identify the origin of the disease. The military junta was then called to handle the situation. Liberation Army soldiers, alongside medical staff from civilian territories, isolated the village before triaging the inhabitants. Those who were contaminated have been isolated for medical treatment. The ALA is now scanning the settlement for radiation sources. The full extent of the contamination is currently unknown; Izhim'yr may become uninhabitable for years. Bulldozers are also being dispatched by the junta in case houses need to be destroyed. All cattle are being culled by a squadron of gunwagons. Topsoil will also be removed as part of the cleanup operation. At least five Tajara have died so far, and many more might perish or suffer from lasting complications. Specialists suspect that the source of the waste might be related to the national nuclear weapons programs. The ALA did not comment on those theories. At the National Assembly, the incident was discussed. Bakhteiarova Mirzakhani called for the transfer of the nuclear program to the civilian government, arguing that the Liberation Army could not be trusted with it. Ex-interim President Brajrr Alnadruskiy explained that the ALA likely needed more funds to improve its operations. Maksym Razin supported Alnadruskiy's proposal; he argued that weapons of mass destruction were needed to stop the enemies of Al'mariism from attacking them before the time was right. Rahman Hadjuk urged the National Assembly to deliver more funds to the Liberation Army as well, citing the ongoing Amohdan insurgency as another factor in his request. Muharajuurl Muhr'Fal asked for the civilian government to deliver more aid and specialists to help Southern Harr'masir handle the situation. Supreme Commander Nated and President Almrah Harrlala agreed to dispatch more medical staff, researchers, and aid to Izhim'yr. Dr. Aleksandra Hro'makar called the incident "another tragedy in the Tajaran history with radiation"; she also supported Mirzakhani's proposal. The accident sparked protests in the capital and other cities. Protestors called for more transparency regarding the nuclear program. Some have compared what happened in Izhim'yr with the bombing of Quizosa. The National Assembly is currently investigating the origin of the nuclear waste. The government also promised full compensation to the victims of the tragedy.
  2. It can still be canon in the sense that people can decide among themselves outside of the game/relay that their characters did something. Won't be something official or related to whatever we consider the official canon of our setting. So, feel free to do it, just falls under the same logic of people roleplaying in dms or something.
  3. I was considering unbanning you until I remembered a certain incident. You and your friends implied that the human lore writers were antisemites because they removed a Jewish origin when rewriting the scarabs. The passive-aggressive accusations that plagued the relay were awful and you contributed to this as a member of the team. You could have done anything when this stuff existed and was being worked on, yet you decided to act like that. You essentially did it twice. Not interested in unbanning you. Appeal denied.
  4. A small detail: The first contact was made a bit before the first revolution, so Baariq would not be alive to witness it. Anyway, I don't have any questions. Application accepted.
  5. If the issue is that people's names are not showing in the articles, that can be fixed. But, before we just say we are somehow afraid of making stuff canon, I think we need to consider why this fear exists. And I would not call it fear of making it canon, but more of a fear of bad elements that might be too much lately from bad experiences. When we had the Odin killer event, we had someone kinda derail the whole investigation and only that player showed up in the end. The lore writers were also at fault here. Then we had the incident in one of the warblings, that caused us to create the rule about canon deaths that put the decision in the hands of headmin and lore masters. Now, what would you suggest we do to fix it? We made a way to give people in character medals and awards when they do good stuff in events. Would it just be adding more recognition in the articles or the arc reports? I think this can be done, but would require a higher level of scrutinization of people's actions in these events. We should also consider that we had an one year gap between cold dawn and the last arc, so we did not play with the canon expect too much lately.
  6. Polar Expedition Departs to Climb Mount Zho'takh 27.03.2466 The Scientific Expedition has announced today the start of its journey to climb the tallest mountain at the North Pole, Mount Zho'takh. A caravan of scientists, explorers, and Ha'narri pathfinders - protected by HES-02 suits and driving Kharmachov Exploration Vehicles - left Rhagrrhuzau Station this morning. This team has been chosen among the best personnel and has all the necessary equipment to complete their mission. The climbing of this extremely inhospitable environment will prove the superiority of Hadiist science. The team will install resupplying and observation as they climb the mounts, allowing for further research and control of the area. Research Director Trokhym Przhevalsky will oversee the whole operation using camera drones. Party Commissar Refat Rrhakaslav has organized a response force of highly trained soldiers in case reinforcements are needed. The Ha'narri have been equipped with Icelance rifles in case they run out of ammunition. Some autogyros are also stationed at Rhagrrhuzau Station to perform supply drones at the expedition request. During a Party meeting, the expedition was briefly discussed. Minister of Technology Zhuldyz Hadii promised President Hadii that their equipment was more than enough to reach the summit. Headmaster Harrrdanim Tyr'adrr proposed building an observation station at the top of the mountain to gather information on the traitorous forces at the pole. Party Secretary Yakiv Hadii supported the Headmaster's idea, arguing that it could also be used to find valuable resources in the area. Minister of Education Kalim Khazdar praised the explorers, calling them "heroes of all Hadiist Tajara". The expedition is expected to reach Zho'takh's summit in a matter of months. The People's Republic of Adhomai's flag will stand triumphant at the top of the last unconquered reaches of Adhomai.
  7. Some questions: How does Hashin see the DPRA and the NKA? Among the Hadiist schools of thought, which one does he align himself the most with? Does Hashin follow any religion?
  8. Some things I want to point out that might need tweaking: That program started in 2463 to move Hadiist citizens to Amohda, but she could have done it in 2461 using the Tajaran Citizenship Act to join the PRA. But I think you mean that anyway, just a small name change. I am unsure if it is clear enough, but these would not exist in the PRA. Since the PRA seeks to create a unified culture, they closed these in Amohda. Besides these two minor issues that need to be fixed, I just have two questions before I can decide on the application: How does Hurgraza see the DPRA and the NKA? Which Hadiism school of thought would she align herself the most with?
  9. Some questions: What citizenship Nashdka has? How Nashdka sees the three tajaran factions? What religion does she follow?
  10. This should only work if the horizon is next to the away site in the overmap.
  11. The complaint is against Melariara. How that proves anything? Complaints are to dispute an action or complaint about staff behavior, so it has to be any of these, not to explain yourself.
  12. Sorry for the delay. Application accepted.
  13. The note was done by someone else and handled already in the past. So, what is the evidence that Melarara was behind this?
  14. Not interested. Appeal denied.
  15. The complaint is handled then. I will lock and move it in one day or so.
  16. You were given more than enough chances to do that. There is nothing wrong with the admins ruling here. I see no reason to change what was done here.
  17. While these decisions might have been influenced by what was going on in your life, that does not excuse you from them. There is a rather long list and a pattern of this behavior. I don't think that anything done by the staff involved in this was unreasonable or uncalled for.
  18. I will handle this.
  19. The 35th Victory Day is Celebrated Across the Country! 03.03.2466 Thirty and five years ago, the brave Tajara defeated their oppressors and broke the chains of slavery. Today, the people honor the first leap towards the great Tajaran future, the creation of the People's Republic of Adhomai. A massive crowd of Tajara, many of whom traveled from across Adhomai and beyond, gathered before the Palace of the Free Tajara to listen to President Hadii. The greatest leader of this generation opened the celebrations with one of his speeches: "People of Adhomai! When they defeated the nobles, they were sure they were building a great future for the Tajara. They dreamed of elevating their species to new unimaginable heights. However, he and his comrades could never imagine the challenges ahead of them. The death of his brother, alongside the betrayal by rebels and monarchists, put the dreams of a million martyrs at risk. But against all odds, Hadiism survived; thanks to it their nation is thriving. As their enemies bicker among themselves and are left behind in all fields, they grow stronger. The next Victory Day will certainly be celebrated in Kaltir and Shastar!" President Hadii and his ministers attended the state funeral of the first president and the military parade. Republican Guards, Tesla troops, and Division Experimental Exosuits marched before the nation. Soldiers carrying weapons upgraded with the new Tesla technology also took part in the procession. In Hro’zamal, the workers paraded with their colony-made tractors alongside the expeditionary forces and local forces. In Little Adhomai, veterans living in Tau Ceti were greeted by thousands of Hadiist flags and supporters thanking them for their service. President Hadii retired early after the parades. Party Secretary Yakiv Hadii met with some corporate representatives present at the event to sign deals to speed up the construction of the bluespace gate. Headmaster Harrrdanim Tyr'adrr was not present at the event. Minister of Defense Irbaykhan Mirarkiizar visited some veterans to discuss further benefits and better pensions. Minister of Technology Zhuldyz Hadii praised the ongoing modernization of the Hadiist arsenal. Minister of Education Kalim Khazdar spent some of his time with the Hadii's Youth Clubs' leadership.
  20. Rhazkjara Valley Accuses Kah'nrir of Raiding its Territory Aleksandra Hro'makar, currently responsible for the reconstruction efforts in the Rhazkjara Valley, accused the Northern Ras'nrr junta of raiding the valley. The accusation was brought up during today's meeting at the National Assembly. Doctor Hro'makar claimed that Liberation Army soldiers have been crossing the southern borders to kidnap civilians; their main targets are supposedly refugees from Northern Ras'nrr, however natives to Rhazkjara were also targeted. Multiple Tajara in the area have been reported as missing since the start of the year. Outside of witnesses claiming to see Liberation Army soldiers, there is no more evidence of these attacks. The Protected Reconstruction Zone suspects that the junta is suffering from labor shortages and now has to rely on kidnapping to continue its projects. Upon hearing the accusations, Ahem Kah'nrir claimed that the Valley was lying and was working with foreign powers to stop him from finding Al'mari. Aleksandra Hro'makar urged the National Assembly to take action as soon as possible. Ex-interim President Brajrr Alnadruskiy dismissed the claims since there was no real proof of the involvement of the junta in the incidents. Bakhteiarova Mirzakhani called for the removal of Kah'nrir - by force if needed. Maksym Razin defended the Rrhaza-Akhran, arguing that removing him would be unlawful since he had the right to rule by conquest. Commander Kahan Hro'rammhad sided with Hro'makar, proposing deploying extra troops on the side of the Valley's frontier; Muharajuurl Muhr'Fal supported this motion. Commander Kyff Hotak opposed any kind of interference, defending the right of each junta to mind its affairs; Rahman Hadjuk sided with Hotak on the matter. President Almrah Harrlala proposed sending civilian and military observers to the region to investigate. Supreme Commander Halkiikijr Nated'Hakhan agreed with President Harrlala. A small team of observers is now being deployed to the Rhazkjara Valley to investigate the claims and collect evidence. The Liberation Army is dispatching intelligence officers and Hota'k command as well.
  21. Nothing is stopping you from roleplaying in the relay that you are using the facilities that exist in-game, like the pool and the bar.
