I will handle this. First, not sure why exactly this is a staff complaint, can you explain what was wrong with garn's behavior staff wise? Second, the insulated gloves thing was kinda silly, while I understand that you were mislead by a wiki passage that was written eons ago (that I also asked to be removed), it is kinda silly to think that only engineers should have some monopoly on the insulated gloves. And yes, it is fine for them to open fire on you when three engineers are breaking into the janitor office. Third, antag selection is rng, and people are free to join as whatever job they want when they can respawn, as long it is another character and they don't meta any knowledge, which is what Garn did here. Unless, you think that he abused his powers, which is not something I can find here. And last, who exactly he was acting as low rp?

Nope, that is exactly what happened, you took someone's else uplink and used it to buy ammo for a gun, the fact you did not have a gun or not does not change anything. You acted in bad faith and tried to take advantage of a situation.

What happened: One merc had to leave, I get int to replace them. You walk to their ssd body, that had their uplink on the ground, you take the uplink of the mercenary that I was finding a replacement, and you buy something from it. Not sure why did you use your own radio instead of someone else, but, I banned due to two reasons: -you have a lot and lot of notes/warnings -that is really bad faith, not sure what your intentions were in doing this besides trying to take advantage of a situation.

After taking in consideration the logs and the player's note, I am applying a perma ban. Their behavior as whole was not acceptable.

Sorry for taking so long to deal with this, I have been a bit more busy lately. Anyway, let me explain how I see this. The situation with the head of security does not seems to be of much of an issue with me, due to the previous conflict between both parties, cargo and security, and the fact that cargo just went with civil disobedience instead of assaulting security, which would be the really issue here. I am totally fine with this kind of thing, as long there is some reason to back up this kind of choice, people can defy command and security if they have a reason. Now on consequences; I also believe that people should suffer due to their choices, and surely Willow would due to what her did, but it was a non-canon situation due to antag and etcs, which is what happens in a lot of cases, and there is little we can do here, so I feel like this is kind of thing that should be solved on spot or with the cciaa, if they are not solved, good luck, that is how the story went. As far I recall, Rose did accept the consequences of punching that captain during the serial killer arc, which was demotion. However, I believe that people doing really egregious things using the antag excuse is not acceptable, but this is really not the case here. On the Asperger's Syndrome situation; I can understand how hard it is. It can be an interesting roleplaying avenue as well, and from what I seen from Willow, I do not think that her condition was at the point of being unbelievable that she was still employed. However, I can understand the frustation of people with some of the things you did, but, from my memory and experience in the past months, you did improve. And a permaban here, after a warning and a really short ban that was months ago, would be really inappropriate. So, stay calm, that I don't think you should, or you are, getting banned due to playing as Willow or something because of this complaint. But, I also believe that you did jump the guns in the situations that were you spoken to before. While I don't have anything against characters that are rebelious or antagonistics at first, they should be playefd with care. Anyway, I think we should reword the warning: "Take in consideration fear roleplay and escalation in your actions, avoid putting yourself in danger or in trouble unless there is a good reason to. If you are planning on doing something drastic, ahelp first. While playing characters that are rebellious and emotionally unstable is fine, you should think twice before doing anything with them." I am going to vote for dismissal due to the following reason: As skull pointed out, people doing this in a malicious way, such to bypass a restrictions, will be punished. There are a couple of cases already on this.

It is .94 kilometers in length ,or 3,195 feet in length and 800 feet in width in whatever those things means.

I lifted your perma and applied the synth ban, I will be fine with you appealing this ban in around one month or so. And I guess it kinda depends on what happens, but, if it is something severe, might result in a server ban.

Well, I think I can just lift this permaban and replace with a synthetic job ban, so if we stay some time without running into problems, xenostiger is free to appeal the synth ban. What do you think of this resolution?

Well, as I pointed out, this is really over the top for a cyborg, and it feels a lot like the previous Epsilon behavior. Like I explained, this just feels like a big part of your behavior of not taking in consideration what people explain to you in regards of the setting and the server itself. If this was all related to being a cyborg, sure, but the cyborg turned into a human by the power of elder gods did convince me that you had no interest in taking in consideration what we have been telling you.

While I think that different looking tails are a neat idea, not so sure about how feasible this would be with our current tail system, which is really dreadful.

I will explain why I applied a server ban. Okay, so, from my memory, this all started back in the time. With your borg character Epsilon, that was not fit for synth lore, you were told to change by the synth writer at the time, cakeisossim, then you left. You came back, to play the same character in the same way that you were told it was not proper, using your own reason that cake was not around, so it was fine. Kyres tried to handle the situation, trying to find a better way to solve things, which did not really work out. Epsilon was still ignoring the lore set for borgs, that they would not remember their past life. So, kyres tell you that you can't continue with this. Now, take in consideration the following warning: Why did I warn you for this? Because, after being told you could not play Epsilon like this, you created a human character, with the name of the supossed brain owner of the mmi that was Epsilon, and went around roleplaying as you knew the people from your past interactions as borg. Some examples: Your excuse for that happenig in character was a deal with the lovecraftian gods, coupled with clear references to a work of literature that would be around 500 years old in our setting. Now, I warned you and explained you the issue with this behavior. We have a setting and standards to enforce, and you were spoken by people a couple of times about those. I decided to give you a chance and give you a warning instead of ban. Later, I was contacted about your character's behavior in another round, which I found not really suitable for a cyborg. Also take in consideration I did work and consult with kyres to be sure that this was not suitable for a borg. Examples bellow: Now, I did not see this as an issue with being a cyborg, as you can see by the Carolin examples, I feel that you do not wish to follow our setting and rules set, instead you just want to do whatever you want, even when people explain and tell you why it should not, it is not an issue with playing a cyborg, but in taking in consideration our rules and staff authority. And as I explained to you in pms, I am not against banning you, but you need to at least show me a basic character concept that does not conflict with our lore and setting.

As I said, if the vampire is not powerful enough, they get a message that they can't influence you, the person that has the loyalty implant gets nothing. If the vampire can use your powers on you, they are surely powerful enough to do so, so you gotta obey them. You might be yourself, but you gotta do all you can do help your master as I explained, you don't really have free will anymore, as you are nothing a but a puppet of the vampire now. I think that changing the warning is fine here, @Garnascus can do it and we can move with the complaint.
