I have looked into what you say that happened, and all I could gather was that a now retired admin spoke to you months ago, that was clearly not this round, and did not even leave a note. So, please, don't make up things.
I don't really see much people ahelping about racism or conflict, and much less staff stepping on to stop it. The great majority of cases are when people are overdoing it, such as atttacking someone over something small, or breaking immersion. About the event; I did speak to the admins behind it about just spawning random traitors instead of getting someone with a clear objective.
In my opinion, it is people's choice to roleplay racists characters or not. If you want, go ahead, you might have some consequences in character and that is fine. Besides, racism is not only about just insulting, ignoring people or being mean to them, in its own core, racism is about prejudice on a certain individual due to their racial origins, which I guess would also apply to non-bad things and the like.
