  1. @kyres1 your opinion on this since you are the new ipc lore writer?
  2. Taking in consideration the discussion we had, I don't see any real policy changes that can be made to solve this. The number of people that access the station's accounts are already low. Reducing the ammount they start with would be better as pr/project. Voting for dismissal.
  3. I think that our numbers are fine, traitor alongside extended are probably around half of the gamemodes played. Voting for dismissal.
  4. @Bygonehero Opinion on this, please.
  5. I guess adding directives a verb/this in the captain/hos/iaa wiki would be fine. @Senpai Jackboot do you still think this is needed? @Mofo1995 What is your opinion on the directives for the implant?
  6. I feel this is already a consideration taken by the people that accept/deny custom items. Voting for dismissal.
  7. I don't really think this is needed at all, from my memory: people do fine with less players and can just improvise/go around things. Besides, those mechanics are locked behind a config, before we consider this, they should be implemented in a more accessible way. Voting for dismissal.
  8. People breaking the rules as the AI should be meet with admin action. I believe that the problem with the AI is not always people, but the nature of the role itself. I would not support its whitelisting/removal without a serious mechanical rework being attempted first. Voting for dismissal.
  9. I am also not a big fan of the declarations, I would be fully in favor of removing them. Also, could just be a function in the stacking machine.
  10. I will look into adding a page about this with the wiki team with some policy on what you can and can't.
  11. I don't really think that much clarification is needed here, carrying weapons on your belt/suit storage would be allowed under blue, while having them in your bag/holster should be limited to green. Voting for dismissal.
  12. I feel this already falls into the escalation rule, voting for dismissal.
  13. I guess this has been already solved between the OP and shame back in the day. Moving to archive.
  14. People going on bad faith over things like annoucements is also ahelp worth, and everyone is already held to the standards of the rules. Voting for dismissal, as I do not see how rules or etc could be changed to better reflect this.
  15. Already had a talk with the wiki team and this is being added to the cmo and md pages, and it is present in the cloning guide on the wiki already.
  16. I don't think that a policy of its own is needed, either reporting the people that asks for too much so we can talk with them, or adding some mechanical way to handle them would be far better. Voting for dismissal.
  17. I am fully against removing extended from secret, it is a gamemode like other, and people should/are aware that it is possible when voting for secret. Voting for dismissal.
  18. I agre with Synnono's reasoning here. also voting for dismissal.
  19. Since there is no real support from most people, voting for dismissal this.
  20. Someone is working on it, not really convinced in disabling it for now. Voting for dismissal.
  21. Going afk/ssd without heading to cryo or telling staff is already ahelp worth, mostly when they got in stupid places or don't head into cryo.
  22. I am fine with how the system is, if the round is that bad, most people will vote to leave, which happens. If not, three hours is more than enough to give people some extra time to do their thing. Voting for dismissal.
  23. Also not a big fan of this. Things are fine as it is when it is about racism and discrimination in game. It would be too much to ask when most characters are humans and the setting itself is a human controlled country.
  24. I have looked into what you say that happened, and all I could gather was that a now retired admin spoke to you months ago, that was clearly not this round, and did not even leave a note. So, please, don't make up things. I don't really see much people ahelping about racism or conflict, and much less staff stepping on to stop it. The great majority of cases are when people are overdoing it, such as atttacking someone over something small, or breaking immersion. About the event; I did speak to the admins behind it about just spawning random traitors instead of getting someone with a clear objective. In my opinion, it is people's choice to roleplay racists characters or not. If you want, go ahead, you might have some consequences in character and that is fine. Besides, racism is not only about just insulting, ignoring people or being mean to them, in its own core, racism is about prejudice on a certain individual due to their racial origins, which I guess would also apply to non-bad things and the like.
  25. Not sure how you can say that ahelping does not help, when I do recall people being warned/spoken to/having their whitelists stripped over this kind of behavior. Just because you don't see the punishment, it does not mean it does not help.
