Plague of Gripes. He does literally the best shit. Entirely. Does art, mostly. Also does animations, LP. I'm saying he maybe my YouTube Waifu. He's kinda the best. Go watch his shit.

How is this six pages long. My lord. but yeah, Rai X Security. The most Tsundere of relationships.

Cut to people powergaming with all prothesis bodies. Cut to it so hard you use a star-wipe.
-
Currently they also fuck up medical scanners, and make the person show up as "Unknown"

If your a Tajara, your claws can break bones and shit. It's kind of amazing. But yeah, Crowbars are entirely awful in combat. They shouldn't be, being a big metal stick, but hey. But I do like that idea better.

Better names: Operative. Disruption. Clown-ception. Or mercenary. I like that as well.

We have cards now, joy~ So, here's two card games. Matches Player Count: 2 Rules: Each player takes turn drawing three cards. Upon drawing the three, the second player will guess either "Suite" or "number/face". If you guess the suite, you get all cards of that suite. If you guess the number or face, you get all three cards. any cards not taken are kept. Each player keeps a pile of won cards, and attempts to reach a number, usually 8,10, or 13. An example: Win condition: five. Rai Amari Draws 3. 3(Spade), 4(Spade) jack(Heart) Nikolai Petirosky guesses Spade. Nikolai Petirosky gets 2 cards. Nikolai Petirosky draws three cards. 5(Club) King (Diamond) Ace (Spade) Rai Amari Guesses seven. Nikolai Petirosky gets three cards, hits win condition. Cloaker Player count: 2 or more. Rules: Each player draws to a set number (atypically 10) and decides on one card being their "Cloak". Each player takes turns guessing the other players Cloak. If they are within 3 of the cloak, the player says close. Once they have guessed your number, you have lost. Last player standing wins. variations can be made involving the within parameter and whatnot, but it usually goes pretty quick. Face cards count as 11,12,13, and ace is 1. Joker is 14. If you have picked a pair or above, the player will also need to guess the suite. This rule can be changed depending on how the players feel about being giant scrubs.

Back when Raieed was a thing, and he was twenty, he met his wife in a bar, things ensued, married her after a year. About fourteen months later her wife was found to have a terminal illness. She had given Raieed this coat and his sandals as a gift for finally getting his Degree for Chemistry, with a line about her hoping it would save him from losing his nipples in a unfortunate acid accident. But yeah, Rai's REALLY attached to the coat. She has stayed behind to find it, literally dragged a Security officer with her to find a thief, and so on. The sandals as well, but most people don't care about swiping her sandals. this was the reason why she continued to wear the coat, even after it met its fate. But yeah, she married young. not a surprise for her, really.

BYOND Key: Nikolai the Beast Character name: Rai Amari Item name: Stitched Labcoat Why is your character carrying said item to work? Rai's coat, which was given to her by her dead wife roughly fifteen years ago. Took serious damage during previous events, and looked to getting it repaired, and adding a small light blue patch with a black cross to the front, over the heart. To clarify why she wants to repair it, is that she is attempting to be taken more seriously as a head, and feels that the torn coat does not help her appearance, but refuses to stop wearing it. Item function(s): It's a labcoat. Item description: A stitched up lab-coat. It look's particularly torn up, but someone has spent a great deal of time fixing the damage. Item appearance: A fixed variant of my current labcoat, possessing a light blue medical style patch and the current damage sewed up. Additional comments: I know I've had this item changed twice now, but it's suiting the RP, and I hope It's not a bother. It doesn't require the ability to be zipped up.

I thought this was meant to point out dumb shit people keep doing, not your own acts being given mild charm. /shrug Rai's attempting to bother an Antag to buy time for people to handle them...Again.

Eeeeeh. I don't think that currently, we even have that many regular Security players. Mostly it seems to be what I'd call "Bouncers", people who hop server's to try and get antag/whatever stupid thing they want. That, and this makes Security sound like a Kindergarten class. Barring the jokes about Kindergarten cop, don't know if I like that.

The issue is that we lack any variables, so research can't actually exist after a certain point. Hell, even me doing my pill bullshit back when pills were instant, I imagine at least SOMEONE before me figured it out. It's just one of those things. Science doesn't actually have anything to research that wouldn't be general knowledge, or the Autolathe wouldn't make it. It just devolves into "what can I do involving murder that's creative". Which, is funny. But it's not exactly worthy of an actual researcher. Frankly, Research is the worst part of the RP on board because we aren't researching new things. Or in my opinion, at least.

Currently, the CMO office is ugly and unefficent. We have a button on a table when we have ample wall space, no Intercoms, a lack of table space to do paperwork, and the consoles are positioned all derp like. Can we get a new version? Please? One with table space and not a table button. I would be very happy.

I am so amused by this because my HOS spawns with a cigar Tin. Get good. On a actual note, I like.

What is the Idea? Well, Library is a big paradox, frankly. Why are we reading books when we have future PDA's in our pockets. My idea is the addition of little stands instead of bookcases, which would have the ability to have multiple books uploaded onto them by inserting book chips by the librarian. Afterwards, players could pick said book, and click the stand with their PDA to download it onto the PDA to read whenever. Obviously this idea can be twerked, but the point remains that having books 500 years in the future is crazy pants. And being able to just have them on your PDA would be nice. I'd leave books as a function, but add a PDA stand to the library so that people can just download the book and be on their way. This would allow players to just have copies of manuals on hand, as long as they have their PDA, and so forth. Or, create a Kindle device that can do the same function and scan books and make a copy of it.

To this day I have only had one change occur, to my knowledge, which was bitching that the gas tanks should have a short time before they actually explode after clicking them. Yeeeeeeeeeah. But I'd like to see Security be less butts currently.

Which (fictional) character are you most like?
Nik replied to Frances's topic in Off Topic Discussion
Little Finger of Game of Thrones, either for my smarmy ass comments or my continuing efforts to do creepy shit all day. Laruentius of the Great Swamp from Dark Souls. If you can`t judge why, you need to think better. -
Okay, Chaz, lets stop right there for two minutes. I don't know if this is what you intended or if you just picked terrible words to express yourself, but you are literally saying that you are disappointed in all staff. I don't see how you can possible be disappointed in every single one of us (because that is exactly what your words are expressing) if there's staff that couldn't do anything (Incog & lele) or straight up didn't even know about the situation until it was too late (such as myself and probably Valkrae and/or Doomberg). I assure you that if I had been aware of the situation, and had, had the chance to stop the member of staff, then we probably wouldn't be having this thread in the first place. I'd suggest looking over your words because you're putting all of us in a bad light for the actions of one person. Eh. I think you may be over-reading into that. To me it says that Chaz expects and know's that our staff isn't a pile of goons and things, and that doing such things is way beyond what is expected. I don't see any specific stating a disapointment in the multiple, but a generalization that he presume's that everyone isn't a bugger.

Fun fact. The only season pass I EVER bought was the Walking Dead season pass for season 2. I now have bought two, because I bought the season pass for this. It looks like a fun game, and I have a love of Song of Ice and Fire nonsense. Or game of thrones nonsense. whatever you want to call it.

I always wondered if they firesuits have pressure resistance. At the least, are airtight, due to the nature of fire and how having a suit with holes in it means that it's not gonna protect diddle. But these helmets. I like them, even if they remind me of the Recon helmet from Halo.

That is fucked. Mind you, ERP isn't exactly that bad and all that, but it still is fucked up considering how the average player thinks of the concept. People need to be smacked. Violently, if that wasn't somehow obvious.

I feel I will be forced to bump this until someone does this.

I complain as loudly as possible when situations arise. Even if I am wrong. And I usually am. Still, yeah, leave if you are bored. Leave if you don't have time between this and your saucy mistress who is also your Teacher. Leave because you don't like me. Oh wait, not that last one. Talk about it instead. Or just wait till my computer explodes again and I'm gone for the next 2-4 months.

Is...this the new map? Can...we have this now? I really like that.
