Kermit's Deputy Lore Master Application
Caelphon replied to kermit's topic in Developer Applications Archives
Kermit has been extremely helpful during their tenure as Dionae Deputy. They wrote beautifully, and I still recall my first glimpse into that ability when I read their Skrell Whitelist Application. I have no doubt they will succeed in any role on the Lore Team. Them being a moderator and able to do coding is an added benefit. This application has my support. -
Article #9 of the Communem Audere Arc End of the Arc Chamber’s Announce Approval of Proposal: The Golden Deep and Hieroaetheria sign Concordat The Hierophant Writer [62 - 76%] • posted 2466-08-24 from In Orbit of Hieroaetheria. Here marks the tenth transmission of The Sacred Echoes of a Titan's Bonded Progeny into the Voidic Rootsong Network, in which the Consortium of Hieroaetheria and the Golden Deep sign the Pactolus-Hieroaetheria Concordat. "We are pleased to announce that the Consortium’s Chamber has approved the Concordat between the Consortium and the Golden Deep, setting the stage for what could be a significant step towards interstellar cooperation for States that have previously been called “inconsequential” to the greater Spur – the approval process was marked by intense debate and rigorous scrutiny, and key issues discussed included the terms of the proposal, the objectives to be pursued and the potential risks and benefits – and after thorough consideration a majority voted in favour of the proposal." Further listening is available here. The proposal aims to provide comprehensive services for both the Consortium and the Golden Deep. It seeks to establish the Pactolus Exploration League, with the aforementioned States comprising its only members as of this date. The Pactolus Exploration League seeks to offer protection to the newly established HeartGold Mercantile Corridor – an interstellar “highway” between Hieroaetheria and Pactolus that will exchange goods necessary to create, and further expand the Pactolus Exploration League. The Pactolus Exploration League comprises obligations levied on both States – the Consortium, in conjunction with AstroTerra Enterprises, seeks to rapidly innovate their bioterraforming capabilities. The Consortium has agreed to commence such operations across Pactolus, a win-win situation as they further begin to understand bioterraforming, but also allow the Golden Deep to expand further across the planet. As additional biohazards are removed, the Pactolus Exploration League will commence chartering Pactolus and begin to catalogue the species present – therefore the exchange. In cataloguing the native flora and fauna of Pactolus, genetic material and information will be packaged and sent to be studied within the Consortium, much similar to the Greenhouse Education Centres of the Nralakk Federation. These studies will be jointly conducted by the Golden Deep and the Consortium. The Golden Deep has expressed an interest, following the studies, to begin operating within the Consortium in selling these genetic materials and information – which has been agreed upon by the Consortium. Article #8 of the Communem Audere Arc Domadice Interviewed: A glimpse into the Synthetic's mind. The Hierophant Writer [62 - 76%] • posted 2466-08-20 from In Orbit of Hieroaetheria. Here marks the ninth transmission of The Sacred Echoes of a Titan's Bonded Progeny into the Voidic Rootsong Network, in which Domadice from the Golden Deep answers questions put forth by the Hieroaetherian Herald. "As Bitbyte has interviewed the Chairman, the Hieroaetherian Herald has sought to do the same for Domadice. The enigmatic being was placed before esteemed journalists and reporters, to which questions were posed and subsequently answered." Further listening is available below. Translated from Rootsong. Article #7 of the Communem Audere Arc Golden Deep Tour Ends: Hieroaetheria is ready to be moulded by its member states. The Hierophant Writer [61 - 76%] • posted 2466-08-14 from In Orbit of Hieroaetheria. Here marks the eighth transmission of The Sacred Echoes of a Titan's Bonded Progeny into the Voidic Rootsong Network, in which the Golden Deep has concluded their tour of the Consortium of Hieroaetheria. "We are pleased to announce that after a series of parades across the Consortium’s territories on Hieroaetheria, it can be said that the Golden Deep has assuredly been shown the benefits of any further diplomacy with the Consortium. The tour was marked by several discussions and collaborative meetings, and it is thought to set the stage for a significant partnership between the two entities. The final leg of the tour occurred in Epigenia – as it once began – where representatives from both entities engaged in fruitful dialogues aimed at aligning their visions and goals. Over the past few days, the tour covered multiple cities and sought to facilitate an exchange of ideas." Further listening is available here. Key topics discussed during the tour included innovative technological advancements, sustainable practices, and strategies for market expansion. Both parties expressed optimism in the final leg of the tour about the potential synergies and mutual benefits that a formal partnership could bring. Chairman Embodiment of Tranquil Stewardship sought to announce that the “discussions had been incredibly productive” and “there is a range of opportunities and several identified areas where we can collaborate to drive growth and innovation.” As the tour concludes, the focus now shifts to the finalization of plans for the collaboration. Representatives from both the Consortium and Golden Deep have indicated that formal agreements will be finalized in the coming days. With the conclusion of the tour, the Consortium and Golden Deep are poised to embark on a new chapter of collaboration, driving forward their shared vision for a brighter and more innovative future. Article #6 of the Communem Audere Arc Golden Deep Tours Consortium: The Consortium is more akin to an Empire, having dominated and steered Hieroaetheria in the direction it wants, now with contenders for its position, it is necessary to cooperate. The Hierophant Writer [60 - 78%] • posted 2466-08-05 from In Orbit of Hieroaetheria. Here marks the seventh transmission of The Sacred Echoes of a Titan's Bonded Progeny into the Voidic Rootsong Network, in which the Golden Deep has been invited to tour the Commonwealth. "We announce that Domadice, alongside several of their envoys, has elected to tour the Consortium on Hieroaetheria. Chairman Embodiment of Tranquil Stewardship is expected to join the entourage as they travel through its cities – beginning of course with Epigenia, and ending in Republica’s Landing. This comes just days after their arrival, and initial discussions for expanding diplomacy with the budding interstellar actor." Further listening is available here. A brief view of the beginning of the tour. Despite demonstrations against their presence just weeks prior, it appears to have subsided entirely as crowds swell to enormous sizes to watch the delegation travel the Consortium. Although Epigenia is clearly the largest population within the Consortium, it is expected that the crowds will remain somewhat full, with many cities scrambling to quickly adjust to the flocking tourists wishing to catch a glimpse of the Chairman, as well as Domadice. Article #5 of the Communem Audere Arc Golden Deep Envoys Land: The collapse of the Solarian Alliance left a significant power gap, it is necessary to use it to its full potential and cast a wide net to capture all its advantages. The Hierophant Writer [59 - 76%] • posted 2466-07-31 from In Orbit of Hieroaetheria. Here marks the sixth transmission of The Sacred Echoes of a Titan's Bonded Progeny into the Voidic Rootsong Network, in which the Golden Deep has landed on Hieroaetheria. "We are pleased to announce the arrival of Domadice, alongside several other selected members from the upper echelons of the Golden Deep society, who have landed within Epigenia, welcomed by hundreds of thousands – a sight to behold. Its arrival has marked a new era for the Consortium of Hieroaethera, and by extent, the Commonwealth of Hieroaetheria. Chairman Embodiment of Tranquil Stewardship greeted Domadice before both were seen engaging with one another." Further listening is available here. In an astonishing display that captivated the masses, a large, Golden Deep craft made a grand appearance, drawing the attention of a crowd of onlookers. People of all ages gathered, their faces a mix of awe and curiosity, as the spaceship hovered above, its lights and mechanisms emitting a soft glow. The crowd can be seen cheering as it finally touches down to Hieroaetheria. Domadice, alongside several other persons, steps out of the vessel before greeting the onlookers with a simple, yet elegant, wave. Those in attendance essentially created an impromptu parade, dozens of street buskers and pop-up stores aimed at selling various tidbits to the crowd. It wasn’t long before celebrations broke out, shortly after the Golden Deep Envoy was escorted into the Chairman’s modified, red Poplar Classic – a sleek, yet extended design to accommodate foreign officials alongside the Chairman. Aligning closely to the Touching the Stars celebrations, many have actually taken time off to continue in the festivities, glad that the Consortium has sought to reinforce the ideals that they promised decades ago – an inclusive, welcoming environment not just for Dionae, but for all sophonts in the Orion Spur. Today, they have proven this extends to Synthetics as well. Translated from Rootsong. Article #4 of the Communem Audere Arc Consensus Reached: Golden Deep invitation stands. It is necessary to expand the diplomacy of the Commonwealth, without it, they shall rely only on others when they must rely on themselves with others. The Hierophant Writer [58 - 75%] • posted 2466-07-23 from In Orbit of Hieroaetheria. Here marks the fifth transmission of The Sacred Echoes of a Titan's Bonded Progeny into the Voidic Rootsong Network, in which the Grand Assembly has decided to allow the Consortium to continue with their affairs. "We announce that the Grand Assembly of the Commonwealth of Hieroaetheria convened at the urgent application of the Union of Gla’orr, in which they cited concerns of state sovereignty being infringed upon by the Consortium of Hieroaetheria. After hours of debating, a consensus among the representatives of the respective member states has reached a simple majority: the diplomatic efforts of the Consortium of Hieroaetheria have not breached the Constitutive Act of the Commonwealth. A transcript of important moments in the seating can be found below." Further listening is available here. Below is a transcript of the discussions: Additional debates on the subject continue, following a few minutes of arguing, Chairman Embodiment of Tranquil Stewardship calls for a vote. The Consortium and the Eternal Republic of the Ekane both appear to agree, with the only dissenting opinion from the Union of Gla’orr. The vote is considered to have passed by a simple majority, and the Golden Deep’s presence shall not be considered a violation of state sovereignty. Translated from Rootsong. Article #3 of the Communem Audere Arc Union Attempts Intervention in Grand Assembly: The Unitaries seek to prevent the Golden Deep from arriving at Hieroaetheria. Article #2 of the Communem Audere Arc Chairman Attempts to Quell Unrest: The Consortium undergoes some domestic turmoil following the invitation of the Golden Deep to Hieroaetheria. The Hierophant Writer [56 - 76%] • posted 2466-07-20 from In Orbit of Hieroaetheria. Here marks the third transmission of The Sacred Echoes of a Titan's Bonded Progeny into the Voidic Rootsong Network, in which the Consortium experiences domestic, political turmoil following the Golden Deep's acceptance of their invitation. Beneath is faithfully transcribed words of our Cetus, for the many Dionae not in the void or within its reach to hearken: "We have been made aware of the dozens of demonstrations that have cropped up across the cities of the Consortium, most criticising the decision of the Chairman to engage with the Golden Deep. We have sent our journalists across the Consortium to gain additional insight on the demonstrations, in which they seek to insert themselves to uncover the reasoning behind the parties opposition to the arriving Golden Deep." Further listening is available here. Journalists from the Hieroaetherian Herald have submitted their transcripts, which have been attached below. The identities of the journalists and parties in the demonstration have been kept anonymous for the handling of personal information obligations placed on the Hieroaetherian Herald. Chairman Embodiment of Tranquil Stewardship has also attempted to quell the unrest as a result of the invitation to the Golden Deep, doing so in an address to the Consortium Chambers that was broadcasted to its territories. They decided to take a rather different approach, in consideration of previous practices relating to increased tensions across Hieroaetheria: "We recognise the uncomfortable nature of this agreement to many of our citizens, particularly the Skrell or Skrell-adjacent Dionae. However, it is necessary to understand that this invitation does not mean the Golden Deep will have unbridled influence over our way of life. Far from the contrary. The Consortium, with the best interests of the public in mind, have sought to diversify our diplomatic efforts so as to grow closer to the Orion Spur’s interstellar community. The Golden Deep is merely one of many actors on the stage, and it would be an insult to not recognise them as a potential ally in these concerning times – especially as the Phoron Scarcity worsens, and inflation begins to affect the lower socio-economic classes." Some demonstrations have broken up following the announcement, however, there are a minority still gaining momentum across the Consortium, particularly in Nral’daaq or Epigenia, where the Consortium Chambers have become a hotbed of anti-Synthetic sentiments. Politicians have sought to highlight that the Consortium is a honeypot of cultures, and to be so intolerant of Synthetics is a sign that those who demonstrate against the decision are merely prejudiced, and not truly fulfilling the ideals of the Consortium. The Hieroaetherian Herald also wishes those from the Consortium of Hieroaetheria a blessed "Touching the Stars" day. Translated from Rootsong. Beginning of the Communem Audere Arc Article #1 Consortium of Hieroaetheria extends an invitation: The Consortium has invited the Golden Deep to Hieroaetheria, following the latter's intention to become more involved in interstellar affairs. The Hierophant Writer [55 - 77%] • posted 2466-07-14 from In Orbit of Hieroaetheria. Here marks the second transmission of The Sacred Echoes of a Titan's Bonded Progeny into the Voidic Rootsong Network, unveiling that the Consortium seeks to host the Golden Deep on Hieroaetheria. Beneath is faithfully transcribed words of our Cetus, for the many Dionae not in the void or within its reach to hearken: "We seek to proclaim the desire of the Consortium to expand their influence across the stars, in that with the establishment of the Golden Deep's intention to expand their diplomatic prowess, it is thought necessary of the Consortium to broaden its horizons. Such desire was rooted only moments after an urgent convening of their Chambers to formally recognize the Golden Deep, and by extension, Pactolus, as an entity of diplomatic interest." Further listening is available here. Chairman Embodiment of Tranquil Stewardship opened the urgent convening with a rather remarkable speech that sought to gather support for the tabled discussion: “It is without a doubt that it is necessary for the Consortium to establish themselves as a minor power within the Orion Spur, one that intends to better not only Hieroaetheria but the greater Spur. We take heed of the call of diplomacy with the Golden Deep’s public intention to begin interacting with the Orion Spur. They have extended their hand, and it would be inconducive to not accept the opportunities that they present. We ask that the Chambers strongly consider recognising the Golden Deep as an entity of interest.” The Chamber delivered its decision only moments ago, confirming the Department of Planetary Affairs’ statement, in which the Golden Deep and Pactolus were recognised as an entity of interest. Chairman Embodiment of Tranquil Stewardship has therefore formally invited a delegation from Pactolus to Hieroaetheria to commence discussions as to the possibility of a future relationship between the two. Article #9 and End of the Magna Expansio Unionis Arc Wrath’s Anvil Begins its Journey Hieroaetheria. A home to all. Wrath’s Anvil has officially begun developing into a minor colonial outpost, with more Dionae set to join the colonisation effort as time goes on. With the appointment of Paladin Forlorn by the Loss of Unity. Wrath’s Anvil officially has recognition within the Commonwealth of Hieroaetheria as an established territory of the Union of Gla’orr. The Commonwealth of Hieroaetheria released a joint statement whereby they affirmed that the pre-agreed-upon terms of the colonisation of Wrath’s Anvil shall be maintained, and where amendments necessary shall be considered in due time. Currently, the Consortium and the Eternal Republic have begun to develop additional facilities within their territories to receive these materials that will surely assist in further developing the infrastructure of Hieroaetheria. The Commonwealth Naval Authority has already budgeted for providing assistance to the burgeoning colonial economy as they begin to develop mining facilities for the Helium and Hydrogen present within the moon’s parental gas giant – with many speculating this will surely increase the defensive capabilities of the Commonwealth as time goes on. Article #8 of the Magna Expansio Unionis Arc Paladin Appointments Announced The Commonwealth of Hieroaetheria operates for the common good of the entirety of Titan's Rapture and its colonies. No one is left out. The Unitary of Communications, Information and Technology has officially been given the appointment as overseeing the colonial affairs of the Union of Gla’orr, in which they have gathered a list of possible Paladins in which the Paragon and Exarchs are debating whom to appoint. Article #7 of the Magna Expansio Unionis Arc Cyclops’ Reach Established For too long the Consortium has been the one taking the fruits from its colonies, now, Hieroaetheria has two interstellar actors, and the tensions grow higher. Wrath’s Anvil has formally been recognised as a member state of the Commonwealth of Hieroaetheria, but specifically, a successful enterprise undertaken by the Union of Gla’orr in expanding its own influence. As per the Constitution of the Commonwealth of Hieroaetheria, the colony has been given semi-autonomy with a political structure very similar to the Union’s own. Wrath’s Anvil shall operate beneath a Paladin, in service to the colonial mandate set by the Union of Gla’orr, who has yet to be appointed. Allegedly, discussions are being undertaken by the Paragon and their Exarchs in such an appointment – with details soon to follow as to which Dionae may possibly become a new political influence in the wider Commonwealth of Hieroaetheria. Article #6 of the Magna Expansio Unionis Arc Construction of the Fleeting Whirlwinds Completed It is not for Hieroaetheria to dictate the Commonwealth’s desires, but the desires of the Commonwealth that dictate Hieroaetheria. Paragon Carver of Order for a United Future, alongside the Exarchs, has announced that the Fleeting Whirlwinds has been completed – the colonisation vessel that shall venture forth from the orbit of Hieroaetheria and allow for the colonisation of Wrath’s Anvil. Though smaller than those boasted by the Consortium, it has been considered sufficient enough to commence the colony – with similar type vessels expected to be completed in the future to increase the population. In contrast to the other vessels used by the Commonwealth Naval Authority, the Fleeting Whirlwinds is its own modified “Bulker” and can carry up to ten thousand Nymphs – or as per the colonisation schedule for Wrath’s Anvil – 1500 Cyclops’. Dionae have been handpicked by the Union of Gla’orr to partake in the colonisation, those closest to spreading Nymph Pods considered priority to assist in developing the colony further. The Commonwealth Naval Authority has agreed, for the time being, to help ferry necessary supplies between Hieroaetheria and Wrath’s Anvil until the Union of Gla’orr has developed a sufficient supply route between itself and its colony. It is unsure how long this may be sustained, but the Grand Assembly has agreed to do so for the sake of ensuring efficient colonisation of the moon. [Date: 06/13/2466]

Article #5 of the Magna Expansio Unionis Arc Colonisation Site has been Selected The incursions from the Solarian Restoration Front were alarming to many. It created an existential fear that had been left dormant since contact with the Skrell. The Union of Gla’orr has announced, with the assistance of the Commonwealth Naval Authority, the selected site for Wrath’s Anvil's first colony – Cyclops Reach. Site Alto has been selected. The construction of the colonisation vessel has gone swimmingly, according to the Union of Gla’orr. Using expertise from the Consortium, and additional assistance from the Commonwealth Naval Authority, it is expected that initial pioneers will be able to touchdown on the planet in the very near future – constructed purely and solely for the Union of Gla’orr. Date: [06/01/2466]

Article #4 of the Magna Expansio Unionis Arc The Commonwealth Naval Authority Lands on Wrath’s Anvil Titan's Rapture. History yet to be told. It is an enigma across the entire Spur. Vice-Admiral Where Cataclysmic Energy Transverses into Celestial Life conferred with the Grand Assembly of the Commonwealth of Hieroaetheria, confirming that the surveying teams have undertaken enough information as requested by the Union of Gla’orr in potential colony sites. They have been classified as the following: Site Alto rests deep within the sprawling canyons of Wrath’s Anvil. Though it offers immediate and unfettered access to resources underground, it is notably more difficult to develop a robust docking site for transporting such minerals – it would be necessary for the construction of a split outpost – one atop the messa, and one clutching the walls of the crevice. The Commonwealth Naval Authority struggled significantly with both landing and eventually departing from Site Alpha, however, the minerals offered would add to the growing Hieroaetherian economy rather significantly. Site Baritone sits within the northern pole of Wrath’s Anvil – notable, the only location with an abundance of frozen water across the moon. However, it is considerably far from any easily accessible minerals that will propel the development of the colony, but also the Union’s place in the Commonwealth of Hieroaetheria. The presence of the frozen water would, however, be advantageous in commencing terraforming operations in the future, at least earlier than expected by the Union of Gla’orr. Site Contralto is expected to be the most “neutral” area. It is within a rather deep crater, which gives easy access to – though notably less than Site Alpha – minerals to enhance the industrial profile of the moon. Furthermore, it is considerably easier to both land and depart, and would be a good location for constructing advanced facilities for harvesting both Hydrogen and Helium-3 from Bellstep IV. The Union of Gla’orr is still seeking to decide on what location to select when commencing the colonisation of Wrath’s Anvil; with a decision hopefully being reached within the next few weeks. Dozens of Dionae across Hieroaetheria have begun to voice support for the colonisation project: the Union of Gla’orr shall seek to add to the Commonwealth by commencing its own space race.
