  1. WHAT HAVE YOU DONE.
  2. You mean (AFAIK), my Skrellian officer ran the fuck out of the brig after the first show you fired, with the cadets and Yinzr staying. So, the lizarman's Yinzr (obviously). There was also Analytyst's (I think) Vaurca Officer, Voyd's catcadet, some human officer whose name I forgot, and, also human, russian cadet talking like zis. I've been playing Yvette, Skrellofficer that did absolutely nothing to stop the heisters. Yinzr is the one man army here, after you attacked the brig, Yinzr (with me trying to tag along) broke into the bridge, took the axe, broke into captain's office, stole his guns and the ID. He also told me to order some weapons from cargo. Later, after combating you, he returned to the bridge with a locker full of heisters' and armoury's weapons. I, too, would appreciate it if Alberyk could tone down Yinzr's robustness, desire to die a warrior's death and "much unathi honours".
  3. Dirt on a space tile. Thanks, baycode!
  4. ...It seems to have fixed itself. Huh.
  5. Well said, Hive.
  6. Who's there, you little shitposter.
  7. I know, right? The game is still running pretty bad, as I described.
  8. Round-trip ping-pong of 0.26. Just walking results in completely over-shooting the target or stopping mid-way. Afterwards ^this^ happens for a few seconds or byond is just lag-crashing. Literally unplayable. I hope it's just because of my poor internetz or temporary issues. Anyone else having such problems?
  9. What is this, a scream for ants?
  10. On top of this, can bashing heads against shields become a thing? On top of this, can bashing heads against walls become a thing? On top of this, can bashing heads against things become a thing?

  12. Why would NanoTrasen hire this really fat person, so fat they need a scooter, instead of a Vaurca or other xeno? Also, why a resprited cargo tug, instead of a resprited whellchair?
  13. A compliment, I guess. Considering that people usually play complete badasses that don't care about their friends dying, their employment, their health etc. It's nice to see things like this.
  14. Vaurca, fuck you. Considering Jackboot's recent Skrell changes, give me a few hundreds. I gotta play it safe this time.
  15. That's how you roleplay shit.
  16. Let me quote Skull, here: And, what I think: Unathi and Tajara (and Skrell probably too) are greatly limiting us, these races not really different from humans and themselves, reskinned humans like they say. Unathi and Tajara are everywhere, on many servers, it's so easy to play one, easy to think of a generic backstory. So, we could retire our cats and lizards, in favor of better, much different from humans, not earth fauna-like races. Or, if the ground map ever comes, we may alternate between the ground map with new races (maybe ones that breathe nitrogen/whatever the atmosphere is made of, like, imagine, they could be local workforce employed only on that particular station, imagine the possibilities) and the boring space map with these two races stuck in never-ending uprisings/rebelions/whatever. Think of the possibilities, Killerhurtz's and others' many, many suggestions wouldn't be a waste of potential and daydreaming. Want Resomi, sure, might also want to restrict them from using clothes at all and make them weak and small, give them special belts to allow other races be bullies and steal their stuff. Fowl's orbital pull-race? Of course, give them an entirely new job, only allow them to be the station's helpers that are really wise and smart, but only talk and pass wrenches. But, we could just stay where we are with the current races, not progressing any further, not really opening any new roleplaying possibilities, and of course not being the "mean, bad, literally nazis"-people who take away someone's fun and restrict them from playing their rebellious argonians and fluffy furry cats.
  17. Well, I recall Mark being a good interim head of security at least once, some time ago. If anything, I'd suggest you, Cool, to create an entirely new non-Syion character, without any billionaire/unit Zero/whatever backstories. Also, if Mark is so terrible bad, why is he being promoted to interim HoS's so frequently? It doesn't look like he's going to be fired by DO's any soon. I propose: partially accept Cool's application, let him play like a normal person and/or let him do something stupid and take the whitelist away. Instead of denying the application again, and leaving Mark (and other characters) in a state of endless interim-limbo.
  18. Tell us more. You just can't join any servers, or your byond cannot go online at all? Have you been updating to a newer version lately? What's your current version? Your OS? You've got any firewalls or antivirus programs?
  19. +1 +1 +1 +1 +1 +1 I'm all in for removing this stupid shit or at least adding the heavy machinery damage. If people want to make shitty, stereotypical, kawaii, stuttering and/or lesbian female nurses/scientists, at least make it so they have normal hairstyles (and so it won't be 100% obviously clear that they are one). Also, because I too remember such mechanic: grinders may kill long-haired ladies. Robotics and research equipment probably don't have such mechanics in them. Edit: Well, I personally haven't seen anyone's hair get stuck in a fabricator, huh. Looks like it occurs too rarely.
  20. Definition of an uniform: "Uniforms are special clothes to show that a group of people belong together. The group of people will all be dressed in the same way ("uni" means "one" so the word means "one form")." If only Calhoun will be wearing it, it will no longer be a security uniform. Also, quoting replies to this topic: "I think it'd be dependent on your role. If you're in a role where you need to be visually identifiable, such as a sec officer, captain, etcetera, then they'd be more strict." "Security jumpsuits will protect better from brute damage and are made of heavy duty fabric to withstand combat" "For staffers like medical, security, and engineering, there has to be a way to tell who you are at a glance. Security officers should have some sort of blue on them"
  21. It's pretty normal, you will get used to it. We call it here, "growing up". "Memes" won't be as funny as they were. Insulting others will become "childish" and "unfunny". If you're using Youtube, you will notice that manchilds overreacting during gameplays are "boring". Life will be filled with tedious tasks, some may call it "work". You will play less video games, maybe even start reading physical newspapers. Your hair will also fall out, you will start balding. Maybe you will start a family, make a son, plant a tree, you get the idea. Until then, have fun while you still can.
  22. Vaurca's value will rise again, I swear. Also, Skrells should be a good investment. But I will abstain for now, through.
  23. Help. My stuff broke, here's the image, slightly zoomed out, to picture the fucked-up-ness: https://gyazo.com/c0bf6162b720c880627a0da5568271eb.png
  24. And it obviously can't be done using the Heads of Staff forum or a normal suggestions forum. I believe, discussing security regulations suggestions and ideas shouldn't be restricted to Security Commanders Heads of Security and veteran Security Personnel, but the whole player base. A few players probably shouldn't be in charge of changing everyone's gameplay (regulations, brig times, etc.). And all of this being done in a secret forum. And, not even mentioning that someone would need to decide who's veteran and who's not, implying a circlejerk or whatever.
