I've had the pleasure of playing with VeteranGary through multiple rounds. It's very obvious he's committed to the aspects of a story for each round. That is what I particularly like to see personally as command has a huge role in continuing any story presented. His trial character Alzrun canonically died and VeteranGary has still produced another fine that aligns itself with the lore. I believe he would be a solid addition to our small CE roster and a solid command member. Rip Alzrun. +1 from me.

I believe with all the evidence presented/notes that Sycmos wrote. I think these custom items would be a great addition to the character. Ravna is a staple character to our current engineer roster/ the only consistent Lyodii character played that I know about. I hope this gets approved +1.

I have nothing but fond memories of Hepatica my opinion will be biased. However, Hepatica's character stick to their job very well and doesn't step on peoples toes. Hepatica did a wonderful job delegating tasks and allowing people to fulfill their duties instead of micro managing them. I'm sure you have areas to improve on like anyone else but that's what makes us human. A pleasure to see you again. +1

I've interacted with violette the most as one of my Zavodskoi IPC's. I can definitely say that they understand our lore and would do well moving forward as a Unathi player +1

If were sticking with the same zavod palette. I'd prefer our on station uniforms for zavod already completed in the Brown color is all. I believe the team did extremely well

I witnessed their previous Whitelist and why it got removed. I can say firmly that Kaizr has continued to showcase they learned from the incident. I can definitely support them getting a second chance just like I did. As related to ingame comments their communication has improved and they have separated IC from OOC. +1

Shoot to kill vs execution were two separate things. Should have @NerdyVampire been in handcuffs and isolated. I would preferred them alive in the end truthfully. My orders still standing refers to a lethals authorized situation to shoot them. As they had previously gotten into a gunfight and shot 2+ people and attacked/stole items from 4+ people.

Hi, I play Calvin Sippl. I'm going to talk about ICLY what happened first from my perspective, and then some OOC notes I'd like to address. Starting off here I late joined this round at roughly the one hour mark. Walked into my office and announced "Huh was anyone in my office." Security rushed on over and began the initial investigation into this. After finding out on the PDA you changed your ID tag to Zeus. I knew you had elevated your access. After I inspected my office I realized you also stole the captains voidsuit and headset. Shortly after I learned you subverted the AI(Lotus) to assist you in your endeavors to secure the station into a beacon of science (If I remember that part correctly). As Zeus you talked over the command channel demanding that we should "Beg for mercy." Security was already after you. I gave the order to take you out after I learned you were messing with experimental weaponry and you insisted we'd surrender the station to essentially a terrorist. I made my way into the HoP's office with the intention of talking to Katya Caladius(HOP) about faxing central. You were in the captains voidsuit with a weapon out staring at Katya in the middle of the room. I was able to tell you'd already wounded her before with something. I drew my disruptor on you and then parleyed for Katya to be let go in exchange for myself. Angela Ulery and two crewmembers that you stole their ID's from were outside the bridges doors and witnessed me being shot with the freeze ray. You froze Calvin into an ice block and proceeded to drag him into maintenance out by the HoP door. Head of Security Shirin Abbasi intercepted you and had to push the ice cube out of the way as you were using it as cover. Shirin eventually slugged you in the chest and moved me out of the way after you retreated. I was then taken to medical afterwards. Shirin then insisted you surrender more than once after she wounded you with a slug from a shotgun. I was still in medical recovering as it puts you into pain crit after being frozen. I coordinated the director, one officer, and two engineers to break into the AI core to fix Lotus. During that time I was informed you had perished and I presumed you died from your injuries in Telecommunications. Shirin came to me in person outside the brig after I requested her to and told me she had done something awful. She talked about finishing you off and was she was very upset with me about it. I correlated the story with her to ensure she wasn't going to get in trouble with the Odin team. Calvin Sippl knows the first responder(pictured) Kalyna so talking to her came easy. Kalyna was headed to the AI core to assist the issues down there. I admitted Calvins distaste for solarians after one was being a jack ass in cargo at that time. Calvin is from New Gibson and they have always had notable liberal and anti-Alliance sentiment. Finally ending off with us having the same story to ensure it stayed that way. Calvin was trying to help her and himself. The AI was reset and we ended up transferring. OOC. I tried answering your complaints from 1-5 in order. (Not sure if I did it correctly.) On another note I had no idea you were prone/in handcuffs at that time when you got domed. At that time I was playing Calvin it was roughly two-three rounds into playing him and captain. I was still figuring out his character as I have stopped being "scumbaggy" since. I have played Sippl alot now and overall refined with what I want/like his character to be. We've interacted a lot since and I enjoy playing space with you. I will happily explain myself into further detail should you require. Happy Holidays B)

I do appreciate the forest green given here for hephaestus. Would we benefit from using the defining lines like the ingame uniforms for Zavod and applying it to the engineers? I believe its safety lining (not sure what to call it). The red is already the eyegrabber for them imo would you use Black/Brown instead?

As a side note. I've watched Gr33dy here improve as a player tremendously. They are super consistent with their RP as their Diona and Cyborgs. I believe you would be a good fit.

I appreciate Victor being my captain as CE/RD. Just remember to reread chat for specific things. Had a raider round where they tried to communicate to you. (It was alot of people spamming chat) It got ultimately messed up in the end. However character concept is solid imo.

I have observed your antagness and officer Kangala most commonly. Visitor/Officer as well. I value that you would do a great job as a pro corporate or Eridani descent style of command. +1 from me.

I will revise the CE selection after reviewing it further. However some events from the round were out of my control. Reading the Gadpathur section again changed my mind about why I would select them. I would like to draft another character for that role based off your advice here. They would be some sort of human. As for the administrative actions/notes. I cannot go back and pretend what I did will magically go away but rather learn from the mistakes and fix the issues. After returning to server after seven month break I played for two weeks before even considering to appeal for the antagonist ban. My recent interaction with the community has made me want to do more. I'm currently in the process of learning how to use the code as well as spriting items. I wish to contribute more than I have in the past. Addressing my previous issues from February I finally went back and sought out professional help with my issues irl. It weighed on every aspect of my life and it reflected out in my ss13 experience as well. Coordinating is important to a degree ensuring tasks have been completed and maintaining a standard. Having a understanding of corporate regulations and what Nanotransen expects out of a head of staff. Knowing when to fax central over station issues or standard communication. Ultimately calling ERT/Shuttle if the need arises and continuing to monitor the round. Encouraging a positive environment for all players around you. Having an understanding of the culture with your crewmates paying attention to their flaws and quirks. Ensuring your department actually does their job. What do you think the OOC responsibilities of Whitelisted players are to other players, and how would you strive to uphold them?: I've always viewed this as assistance. The individual has a good understanding of the department they play in mechanically and its terminology. Ensuring that the learner roles make people feel welcomed . I also believe they should have the capacity to assist any new player or even an veteran if the event arises that requires specific training/knowledge. Could you give us the gist of what is currently happening in Tau Ceti and how it affected your character and their career? The Orion Spur phoron supplies are running out. SCC being formed. The secondary Solarian invasion has split up the alliance into different sectors with their own claim to space. Jargon Federation Embassy bombed from terrorist attacks with the embassy being levelled from the result. Tau Ceti allows Skrell asylum seekers to obtain full citizenship through the TCFL. Holn a NT owned baseline serves through the SCC chain as Scientist/Messenger. Using research aboard the facility to find the next best thing to present to the SCC itself. Karam on the other hand has built a rapport with the recent engineers. Having partaken in the ongoing effort to reconstruct Gadpathur they are also utilized as a rapid construction engineer with massive amount of experience. What roles do you plan on playing after the application is accepted?CE/RD mainly. My gameplay wasn't friendly and quite toxic to be around. Took a break from the server to ensure an honest cooldown from everything and returned back couple months later. When I returned back to the server I also played various roles to ensure that I understood what I was doing again. I was 50/50 about doing this to begin with but I believe I'm ready to give it my best shot again. I'd like to apologize for the issues i've caused related to this. I've interacted with Tomkiel ICly and OOCly doing terminal RP and aurora RP. I've interacted with their characters during the trial and would easily promote them to an official status. +1

Variances to me meaning geographical location. Assignment stating what is their role they are fulfilling and how do the people pronounce terminology in that sector of space. Same frame different location. I can skip the entire traitor part of the story and declare the fauna ripped apart the cargo vessel. I have stated a surplus of crew were off in a different location when they returned they were shocked. (They were essentially mining and returning to the vessel in a smaller one.) I used ingame isms since it depicted a clearer image for me. The remainder of the crew didn't like the two security units as they were essentially peacekeepers aboard the vessel. I would rework the backstory to state after fauna tore apart the vessel both of the security units were used as leverage and funds to repair the ship and sold off to Idris in Mendell. The other security unit being in a more damaged state than Response lead to them being scrapped to Responses knowledge. Response was essentially factory reset and his original weapons algorithms and functionality installed by Hephaestus sticks. Response not knowing why they were with Idris suggests to Response that Response failed his original purpose and the course of action needed to be taken for its survival. Views of existence follow to protect and respond according as he's been taught by Idris now. Response knows it's worth based off what his handler Priscilla Maycroft invested into Response stating they are apart of Idris and have nothing to worry about™.

One paragraph minimum per question. Why do you wish to play this specific race: Synthetics have been the only xeno species whitelist I've been interested in so far. Reading up on all on the lore and viewing the arcs that have occurred I thought I should give it a whirl. I have been interested in pursing the plethora of frames and ideas that originate from character creation. I play a lot of medical and engineering and would like to dabble into security/medical more with an IPC. I understand it has its certain in game mechanics that could leave me vulnerable but I also like that as well. OOCly I hope it generates some character ideas and relay conversations to keep the story progressing. Creating the character concept didn’t take forever since the lore is very easy to reference from. I love the idea we all originated from some section of the lore and IPCs are a staple of this. Identify what makes role-playing this species different than role-playing a Human: IPC’s function to fill roles that organics cannot serve or don’t wish to serve. An IPC will not show emotions and or reactions the same way as an organic not just humans do. IPC’s can stay calm and analytical the entire time until their next programming queue kicks in. IPC’s are expected to efficient and effective as their creator/programmer taught them. Variances amongst IPCs I have found are based off location and assignment keeping the original programming in theory. RPing an IPC would carry out different mechanics as going to robotics would be your “medical” check in. Their actions and pathing also have to seek out important purpose and or reasoning. An IPC will not put themselves into danger based off analytical senses. In the event the IPC has detected they have any sort of EMPs and or Ions they will address the situation differently than a human would. The IPC would not risk being destroyed based off its protocols whilst a Human might consider saying screw it to the EMP and or Ion knowing they could triumph. It will have different mechanics such as the room is filled with some sort of gas knowing they can just push past it since they do not breathe. Character Name:(ISU-Response) Please provide a short backstory for this character: ISU-Response was constructed on the HPS Sidirourgeío the date was 06/05/2458. Sold to Iron Isles Mining originally for 77542 credits. Iron Isles Mining ventures between asteroids for large quantities of hematite and carbon to create steel sheets for their contracts they sign. Primarily working for smaller to medium sized businesses that cannot supply themselves these raw materials required. Response worked under Iron Isles Mining as their second security unit, their team consisted of eleven crew total. Responses primary role was to maintain all assets aboard the IIM Liberty. Response outfitted in EVA related equipment mainly assisting and protecting the Iron Isles miners/drill equipment from xenofauna and hazardous conditions. IIM Liberty serves as a cargo vessel with a refinery inside the ship. On 04/24/2461 IIM Liberty ran into multiple structural failures aboard their ship. Response investigating the multiple breaches and detected one of the crew was traitorous. The traitorous individual was lurking over the captains corpse. Response quickly detained the traitorous individual at a cost. Response never given orders to shoot crew lethally. Response was shot numerous times detaining the traitor. The secondary security unit was destroyed near the captain’s corpse. Response’s chassis was damaged all over with this traitorous individual now in restraints. Response entered self-preservation protocols abandoning the traitor cuffed to a wall. Response barely making it over to his charging station awaited until given further orders. Responses internal cell was heavily damaged. The remaining crew from the IIM Liberty arrived back to the Cargo vessel in complete shock of the events that happened aboard the ship. A massive school of xenofauna attacked the IIM Liberty and begun to rip it apart. IIM Liberty’s crew came upon the scene of the murdered captain and security unit with xenofauna chomping away at the traitor. IIM Liberty’s crew terminated the xenofauna saving the traitor from his fatal grave. The traitor aboard the IIM Liberty rallied the other individuals framing that Response was the cause for this damage and the captain being deceased. Xenofauna destroyed mostly all of the evidence regarding the captain’s corpse as it was in pieces. Response now being framed for the death of their captain and allied security unit deactivated using the containment codes the captain stored for an emergency. IIM Liberty in shambles launched a distress beacon. Diamond Delta Mining arrived four hours later assisted with repairing the IIM Liberty to a working condition. The issue now is that they demanded payment for repairing their ship and coming out of their way. The crew handed over Response almost immediately not knowing of what happened as the traitor is deceased from their wounds. Response and his ally security unit transferred to Diamond Delta Mining brought Response back to Mendell as they were merely returning anyways. Response minimally repaired aboard DDM’s vessel and contacted Idris about this security unit they possess making quick bank off of others distress. Arriving to Mendell DDM met up with an Idris IPC handler Priscilla Maycroft. Priscilla offered 60,000 credits for the two baseline frames conveying these security units will have to be repaired and reprogrammed to Idris standards. DDM not even owning both of these security units accepted with no questions. Response and his allied security unit both parted with Idris immediately and were taken to an Idris owned robotics workshop in Mendell. Response undergone the repairs required gracious accepting the individuals who saved it. Responses positronic brain undergone a memory wipe. Response was informed his former crew was deceased and this is its new home. Response undergone Idris training for their security units ensuring they follow the protocols and procedures in place for them. Response undergone training from 05/07/2461 to 8/29/2462. Meeting satisfactory standards from his IPC handler Priscilla Maycroft she contracted an IPC team to Nanotrasen that included Response. What do you like about this character? Response is merely doing what their core programming is set to do. Response cannot generate a different outcome based off they never knew. Response is merely following protocols and procedures. I like the idea that Idris saw a great opportunity to add to their security team for super cheap making a huge return in their profits. Response didn’t need a lot of reprogramming in a security sense, Response just needed to be taught about Idris standards. Response was merely following self-preservation protocols and it screwed him from his original position with IIM. I love the mood I set for this character as well. I enjoyed getting to create Response’s backstory as well and investing time into reading IPC lore. How would you rate your role-playing ability? I would rate it at a 7/7.5. ADAM has helped me tremendously being recently accepted into command regarding getting into places I cannot or advising me on procedures. I've also played with Optikam Ulmari when I played Stephen Yates and will vouch for both of these characters they both go above and beyond for other players fat +1 from me.

I've played with his HoP Isaac Croft. I've enjoyed working with them also that they stick to the regulations regarding paperwork which is good. (They aren't slacking). +1 for their trial.

Solid +1 from me. They stick to their character and it's a huge reason why I like their character. Playing their offworlder/scarab i've had multiple instances where they have helped and not overstepped their field/work. I've also learned some chemistry/tips from them. Their character inspired mine to build one in science.

I've read those anyway to base characters off of. Have you received any administrative actions? And how serious were they? None that I know of. Give a definition of what you think roleplay is, and should be about: Roleplay in my eyes is taking control of a character that you've created and or has been created for you. Using your character creation base to further interact with the story you're given. Staying in character and moving forward with their ideals and behavior. Roleplaying allows an individual to use their creative mind and expressions to drive the story in their mind. You get salty when you die ingame you're attached to the character in a fashion. Roleplaying is the effort you put into a character to keep them believable and unique. It comes down to keeping the story and effort maintained for yourself and others. You can make a two hour round feel like five minutes when you're immersed. You want your roleplay to reflect on those around you keeping it to your standards and level. What do you think the OOC purpose of a Head of Staff is, ingame?: I've found that in order to create gimmicks you need a Head of staff to be on and ready to receive. I've been in numerous antag gimmicks that the station has lack of head of staff to raise the alert level/call ERT to defend the station if it got that bad. Sometimes the individual being there brings in players. I also believe people that are command whitelisted are generally trusted that you know what you're doing. In medical particularly you'd want a chief knowing how the entire bay needs to run before even joining in. The small but noticeable details will make you stick out. What do you think the OOC responsibilities of Whitelisted players are to other players, and how would you strive to uphold them?: I've found that whitelisted players in any category /should/ be leading newer players to join them and or be more accepting to teaching individuals on how their race/role works. I personally developed the command interest after individuals allowed me to be Interim HoS/CE/CMO before. I would carry that interest/flag forward for whitelisted races and command positions myself. Aurora is being constantly developed upon and teaching everyone something you know is always fun/exciting. I've found that I've been playing engineering to teach people the tesla engine due to the king of the world arc with the phoron shortage. Whitelisted players are generally trusted by the community/staff to showcase what they are asking for in these positions. I intend on using my command whitelist to teach players Brainmed and anything related to engineering I can. I believe my standpoint in striving to uphold them is a teaching position for newer players/possibly experienced players on game mechanics. Could you give us the gist of what is currently happening in Tau ceti and how it affected your character and their career? Tau Ceti and the orion spur is under alot of pressure from the elyra republic closing their trade regarding their phoron deposits. Tau Ceti is surrounded by the solarian alliance making the pressure worse to mine and collect phoron. Businesses and soverign entities have relied on phoron for too long causing massive issues. It will affect my CMO Jareer based off his original founding in elyra. He will feel the need to maintain pressure on his paramedics and EMT's to keep the miners healthy enough to mine phoron. He has backup options in the event his career fails regarding nanotrasen but he would like to keep the opportunity to keep IAC and NT together to maintain a healthy work environment for all. Regarding Dion he will side with nanotrasen to the bitter end. He's found his new lifestyle comforting being trusted to maintain corporate assets has his interest high knowing that he's on a research station maintaining phoron supply/research. Hano was a recent hire trying to solve and or adapt to the new phoron shortage. He will be utilizing his renewable energy efforts to maintain the stations structure and power. His career skyrocketed from the shortage. What roles do you plan on playing after the application is accepted? I personally flop between Medical and Engineering depending on my mood. CMO/CE.
