I don't know what to say. On one hand, people are right that botanist has never been a serious fellow, in the games or the forums, but I really feel like this is an actual, serious app. Really? I don't have a number to put on this. Just think about what I said while deciding on this.

I know its been added, I was absolutely ecstatic to see it on the wiki, but it doesn't mean it didn't sit for several months without anything. I just think I'd be able to help better from within, and it's not like anything I do will be one, stagnant thing. I still plan on creating special lore for every specie for wizards, and more than anything, I just want to give some backstory to how the changelings actually exist, not to what they are, I'd leave that unchanged. Even if, like it's been said, everything is open, you can choose to be something thats in the wiki, something in your head, or anything else you want when you roll being a special role.

How does a Vaurca handle over lapping orders, or conflicting orders? Is there a hierarchy of how it should listen? Is an assistant's orders on par with the captain's, or does it follow a system like AI do where they listen more according to higher rank? And for that matter, it says they have to listen to orders from ANYONE. Does that include wizards or nuke ops? And does a Vaurca have the right to decline an order that would break the laws of the station?

I asked Jim Calhoun to lend me an officer to safely transport KB-002, and he gave my the Vaurca, Krexlik. They followed me, and were ordered to assist me bring KB-002 to the medical department. Instead, what he did was flashbang my entire department, and flash me personally for handling KB-002. Jim Calhoun came to the science department personally and ordered Klexik to stand down. Instead, they fled, and then enlisted the help of Officer Ta'kim to help keep me away from KB-002. When I found them a second time, they were hid away in a firefighting locker in maintenance, and they both threatened me with their security weapons as soon as I saw them. Because of them, subject KB-002 went untested, and the entire science department was hindered by a flash bang exploding in front of RnD and robotics, affecting all currently active personnel. That is not to mention they both went directly against orders from their direct superior, the captain,and assaulted a head of staff, and and at least five members of scientific staff. I was never more disappointed about anything in this game before, but now that they're back, I want my fingers in this pie. I want to play as the first Aurora specific specie, I was there for its conception, and I am very excited to play with its birth. There isn't one Vaurca race, its broken up into sub-sets, hives, stuff like that. However, at their base, their biologically different to a human in every way I can think of. The Bounded are mindless drones, part of a hivemind made to work. The unbound are made to be able to think, be more human like, in the way that they are able to think and understand things more clearly. He was giving thought and conscious so that he could carefully instruct the Bound to dig in ways that would keep them and their haul safe. He went through his career without incident. Until there was an incident, that is. He made an error, and a number of drones loss their lives when raw plasma ignited in . More importantly, their minerals were lost for months until they could be reached by a secondary mining crew. He was forced to start digging and mining instead of leading them after that, for several years. That was until they met the human race. When hives started handing out their drones to space faring empires and mega-corps, Diigg got handed out with them, not like he was worth the effort of keeping around after what happened. He was handed out to a private mining company in the Sol Alliance. After being treated like a drone for too long, he got fed up and quit, and moved on to more prominent employment opportunities. Namely, blanket employment in the cargo/supply positions for Nanotrasen. Even more namely, on the NSS Aurora. What do you like about this character? I thought it'd be easier to help write and manipulate the lore from within, because all of my lore apps sat without reply for several months. And while, yes, they do have origins, but even those lack any actual information. Like it was said, pretty much all antaggery is open ended and up to the players if they want to be something or not that is already written. Its like the character creation lore itself, if we have all the planets, space faring nations, we have all that, but you can make something yourself as well. I just want to lay some ground work that people could use, if they couldn't or don't want to make something up themselves.

I guess some of those would be questions for Jackboot. But, I don't think every single person is going to want to be something they created on their own. Its like, we have planets and charted space in our lore. But we also have ambiguous places where you can make up places where you're from, so you can make something up, if you want. So, theres lore, but you can make something up, or create your own stuff if you want. Thats what I think antag lore should, and could be.

Besides the Syndicate and the Vox, all the antags have backstories that are just glanced over. We know wizards are part of a "Wizard Federation," or part of one of the things Im working on, and thats just about it. Id start with wizards, as thats where I started, write the history and some backstory for the wizard fed. Then the Changelings, because I already have a few post-it-note ideas for them. Vampire pretty much writes itself, but Id have a few things to write about where they actually came from. Basically, a long, drawn out way of saying I want to create the lore for antags, as there isn't a lot for them.

I don't really see how it's racist, but sure, go ahead and change it if you want. Or make it so it's the default language for any human character with a high enough skin colour value.

Im usually against weebs who have words like Senpai in their name, but this one is pretty chill. I like everyone of his characters Ive met, and thats a plus in my book. Even if the blood thing can't realize that theres no sun at night, bloody idiot.
