It's not unreasonable at all to say that spess a cillin is just a superdrug that can do both. Realism is irrelevant as there's no super awesome antibiotic that cures all infections in seconds, nor is there an anti viral that does the same with virus's. That being said this is a fukken game so I'm all for more stuff. Split them I say!

Right question two: How big and do we have towels? We objectively need towels IG and two tile shower cubicles with a shower in one tile and a rack for towels/clothes in the other. We NEED these. They are CRITICAL.

As already stated, warrants are just there to stop sec dickwaving. I like it. Encourages RP and doesn't really get in the way because if you see them commit a crime or if it isn't code green you don't need one anyway.

There's nothing wrong with coming on station (or out of Cryo) as a visitor, just understand that you have no rank. Saying you shouldn't join as a visitor as a regular joe is the dumbest elitest shit considering we all BTFO the last person to request an off duty title with "JUST GO VISITOR RETARD". Some people may be visiting for the bar, restaurant and leasure facilities. Others might just be spending a month based on station so are just off duty.

When is the last time you chopped a tree or cut out a bush with a drill? You saying a diamond tipped industrial mining drill wouldn't fuck a spess bushes shit up? You can cut down a regular bush with a home DIY drill (though it's super unmanly, axe or go home).

Anything sharp? This would include drills.

The list goes on and on and on.

Have you had the same character for an IRL year? Do you expect to have the same character for two IRL years? If so fair enough. I don't mind rolling up new characters myself as I like to keep it fresh. IR's already take over a year to complete :^) gg ez It's just about suspension of disbelief. In this system you won't be saying to the Captain "MUH GAWD I HAVN'T SEEN YOU IN MONTHS" because we know about the system so we'd just deal with it in the same way we don't keep saying "WOW WE ONLY WORK TWO HOURS A DAY THIS IS A HELLA SWEET JOB BRUH" or "HOLY SHIT THIS INFECTION IS WORKING AT AN ACCELERATED RATE" and my fav', "THAT COMPLEX SURGERY TOOK TWO SECONDS, YOU MUST BE A SUPER SURGEON". Don't draw attention to it. In the case of the IR's, again just don't draw attention to it like we already do with the other numerious unrealistic things. I've already been using it IG with Andrew Grimes and now one's noticed either.

Well fine, if the game plan is for the Lore Team to do this that's great. But can we have this more often please? As in, every day? If this isn't possible then it might be worth recruiting some folks to make this possible? I've played on many many HRP servers where daily events do happen, with major ones happening at the weekends. The weekend ones tended to tie into an overarching story where as the daily ones tended to be on shots that tied into the background lore, but generally were very light. People will get salty (they get salty now) but meh, what you gonna do? They can make complaints if they want and be dealt with that way. It might just seperate the wheat from the chaff with regards to poor RP-snowflakes and also act as a learning experience for people in regards to the fact this is a HRP server, not Second Life Part Deux: Nuzzle Me Gently - The Nightmare Years. I agree with it all Nanako because as Carver said, you only need to eat one meal once every round and you're golden....and that's mega shit. You might as well take away food completely at that rate. I only ever have needed to eat like twice in recent memory. Every other time was just for kicks and made my character a chubby fuck because lel candy. I put it to you Carver that literally no one will give two fucks maybe one and it will just encourage people to actually eat. Also we're going for that realism angle again I see? People don't work two hour shifts either in which they jog constantly (just two amongst the many MANY unrealistic IG things which, if taken away, would make the game shitter). However, pls also(as stated): Remove the nutriment limit. Remove the slowdown from hunger. Tie your base regeneration to nutriment. Remove the stupid "you are now chubby" effect.

I disagree with this though on the basis of doing any forced background changes without the explicit permission of the players who own the characters (And by extension, any of their relatives and non-station associates assuming it isn't one of the multi-player families where they loan out characters [in which case it would have to require explicit permission from all directly affected, or the manager of the family's background lore] ) is an absolute fucking scumbag move. I would expect a GM to actually talk to the players first before hand to find out if they're ok with this.

I like the frame work as written in the new OP. But how to introduce it though, that's the burning question. Is anyone willing to take up the work?

Copied from another thread: Less (and I mean alot less) non canon antag rounds. More canon rounds with shit going on. If need be create a staff team who's sole purpose is to run events IG. Call them GM's maybe? Use those GM's to also create links between characters who may not already interact E.G. oh shit your dad's a widower Urist McSpess? Well he's now banging SenpaiMcDucks mom and he works on this station. Guess you're like brothers now huh? Fix all your problems fam(s). To my mind they'd have a Head GM who either fall jointly under the Lore Head and the Head DO to make sure everything is above board. Then the GMs would play out events as often as possible per week (preferable more often then non canon rounds).
