You've been spoken about not doing the follow multiple times. Playing a kleptomaniac. Once you broke into the armory from space and entered a fire fight with security as non-antagonist. Playing as a death cultist, which violated different rules at different times. Suicide, I don't need to say more on this topic. A bit minor in comparison to the others but multitude of netspeak and flavor text violations. Plenty cases of prolonged of AFK/SSD cases, you even afk'd in an EOD suit and died from it. That's all nice and dandy, but while you want to play HRP and enjoy it. You don't show to have any regard for our rules. There's not a single entry I can spot you were spoken to about only once, everything is a repeat. Why should another chance be extended? When your first appeal was accepted, you received another permaban in less than a week.

Just so you're aware. I've been against every application of this nature. The open ended and ambiguous nature of antagonist is there for a reason. It permits the player to fill in the blanks themselves when playing as opposed to railroading their gameplay. -
Unban appeals are for when you agree with the punishment. This feels more like you're complaining about an action and want it both removed and expunged. Which is it?

This is being implemented. I feel this is how it has always been, at least when I've played command or even as ERT itself. So consider this a clarification, if ERT were grossly misusing their authority to the degree it doesn't make any sense, you should ahelp it. ERT bans have been handed out in the past. The relevant clause is being added to their wiki page in particular. I'll leave this thread open for a bit before archiving it as accepted.

Read it again, I specifically grouped crossfire away from low pop. If the conditions are met. The conditions for any mixed game mode to be added to the rotation of a present round type selection is dependent on how many people ready up. So such round types aren't played on low pop, it can't be played on low pop. -

Right, so that other suggestion wanted extended remove from secret. This is is keeping secret the same so if you still want it to be a complete surprise that option is still there. But if you really want to fight something without knowing exactly what, then you could vote for this gamemode Essentially nullifying the whole point of having extended in the rotation. This is practically the same suggestion with variation, may as well have called it "Not Extended". -

Seems like a band aid fix for balance. Getting chemicals isn't hard. The hardsuit supply itself requires the troopers to manage, they can't just keep it on all the time because they'll run out. I've always believed the notion that with enough preparation and work, you can get this done. Furthermore, there's a rework being worked on making it easier to disable ERT from station side. Voting for dismissal.

There's not much empirical evidence in this statement. Some are happy, some are not, that's how it is. All game modes within secret are a secret gamemode, this does not exclude extended. True, you can expect antagonists without metagaming or changing your behavior, but secret does not entitle you to antagonists. And not everyone votes for secret because they want antagonists, that's generalizing the population without data to support this. Personally, I vote secret as while I do have the power to view almost any detail I want, I too want to play a round with surprises, to be surprised by the actions, to be able to give the benefit of the doubt without subconsciously jumping to conclusions, removing extended from the secret rotation to me would most likely not with intention but subconsciously adapts me to the sure knowledge of antagonist presence. Not entirely true again. While not often, I do see specific round types that are not extended win, though admittedly it's usually crossfire or on low population rounds other game modes. Something that I've observed. Not entirely a problem but there is some truth in this statement. People do halt any plans if it is not secret, a sentiment I among others do not agree with. Planning and coordinating events during a secret round which ends up with some form of antagonist has yielded some amazing moments. Personally, when I'm playing command, I run my own things during a round, extended or not, something others have as well and something I encourage others to try. Unbelievable roleplay is something you should ahelp. No one is under any obligation to sit around and wait for antagonists. Make your own routine, interact with people. I do not believe a single job is reliant on antagonists, not even security while tailored for the job requires antagonists. Matter of opinion. You can do what you want on secret. I don't think anyone obligates security to patrol entire rounds. There are routines and things you can keep yourself busy with while playing security. A matter of opinion, not one shared by everyone. He didn't miss anything, he just posted the logs. Extended has 7% chance to occur without mixed game modes, 5% with. You're also over exaggerating the amount of extended rounds, while I do agree since the start of this month it may have occurred a bit more than usual, that is how chance works. Extended can happen 3 times in a row for the same reason cult, rev, autotraitor, mercenary and other game modes can happen 3 times in a row if the conditions are met, while less likely for the types that require a minimum amount of people readied, it is still very much possible. So, I do not support the removal of extended from the secret list. Personally, I play secret for the chance that there may or may not be antagonists in the round. I will continue to host my own events and activities during secret, it never mattered to me, my routine is usually the same as well. I encourage people to do this as well, antagonists can and have been a nice twist to my plans during a round. From an administrative stand point, I've discussed this with the administrative team. Per a discussion, the consensus almost unanimously was to retain extended within the secret rotation. Voting for dismissal. -

I think the issue they're pointing out here is that it shouldn't be done without a good reason. It's not reasonable nor is it fun for people if a recently joined Captain or Command member is effectively removed from their position, little difference to a suspension to me.

Seven bans with two being permanent bans. Seven warnings all for gross violations of the rules. All those out of 24 entries, with the remaining also for issues with following the rules, some after reviewing should not have just been notes, but nevertheless leniency and understanding was given to you. 2017-12-31 is when you received your present ban. What changed? Why should ANOTHER chance be given?

I could be partially wrong, I don't play ERT that much nor have I had much dealing with ERT as a whole while in server, but what would make sense is that they should not relieve the Captain of their post without a really good reason. Examples would be post cloning insanity, violation of Biesel laws and such. Has this issue been occurring a lot? Without sufficient reasoning?
