  4. For the time being yes, but I at this time won't be the one dealing with this application it at least for another 2 days since the current command management team is dealing with it.
  5. I'm afraid that while I like your application, revised answers and how you've responded to my feedback, that I'll still need to deny this. The lack of feedback and relative long hiatus has made it hard for me to judge you based on how you play, as I haven't been able to catch you playing. I advise that you do apply once you've got more play time and to try and pursue interim positions to roles you are capable of or to possibly be an assistant to any active IA agents. When making your need application feel free to post this application using your amended answers, since that's not the lacking part here. And one more thing, we do apologize for the lengthy process and assure you that next time will be much shorter. Application Denied.
  6. I've spoken with the applicant and I feel with how he responded to feedback here, that while his background story is not within what I'd like to see, it is by no means a crippling factor. I'm going to go ahead and accept this. Application approved.
  7. Hi, so I've noticed that your character acts as both a capable Surgeon and a Virologist. I feel this is really a stretch in your characters capabilities since as far as I know, both these fields diverge at some point so it wouldn't be reasonable for your character to be proficient in both fields.

  10. It seemed like a very hectic round where emotions ran quite hot. Though I feel that a good portion of this could've been handled IC'ly as is the responsibility of member of staff responsible of the security of the station. There are also in-character tools with dealing some of these aspects in the form of Incident Reports. The only thing I feel would warrant OOC intervention at this time are the Engineering shenanigans, while we don't entirely forbid shenanigans there are times and places for it.
  11. I have noted how obsessed the character/player is with the Tesla. I'll see about getting them to post their thoughts here. Would it be possible to get time stamps in the form of round ID's or an approximate amount of times this has been witnessed by the people that have posted?

  13. An ideal time period would be 2 weeks, but it can be extended for a number of reasons.
  14. These applications are based on their merits on this server, while outside this server applications may be relevant, we don't generally base our decisions on it. Abusing their position will incur OOC repercussions.

Hello, so I've given your application a read and found rather quite a few issues in them that more provide demerit to the application to itself as opposed to merit. 1)A little research found that those with the rank Lieutenant Commanders and Commanders don't even command cruisers and even Commanders only go as far as Destroyers or Frigates. So for your character to have commanded a Cruiser as a Lieutenant Commander is a huge stretch, best they'd do are very small vessels like mine sweepers. 2)Your character being a retired Commander is satisfied to work as a Quartermaster? That's a huge pay-gap even if we took it to modern standards and I doubt that pay-gap would shrink enough to make this a very reasonable thing. So in essence, this doesn't seem to be a really reasonable thing for me. 3)A break down of her age, assuming we took everything to the minimum would place her about at least at the age of 41. I've put time getting her degree followed by Naval Academy and years of service into consideration, and this is assuming she retired with the rank of Commander straightaway as opposed to going on further. She seems highly overqualified for the job of Quartermaster which is. "Qualifications: At least 22 years of age, 2 years experience in supply-management related fields, completion of NanoTrasen Introduction to Management Course."
  16. Really don't see an issue with this. As I said before, Loyalist are permitted to do as what needs to be done in the benefit of the company, within what they precieve as a character is beneficial, doesn't have to be 100% sense nor entirely logical. I don't believe Sleepy has violated any rules of codes as a player but I'll leave this open for 24 hours incase anything else needs to be brought in.

  18. Just a note. Chief Medical Officer aren't super doctors, their job is to delegate, manage and if there's a need, step in with their skill set to assist the department. A player is able to know every piece of mechanic there is but their character knowing everything would be a violation of rules.
  19. So I've let this sit for a while longer, it hasn't received any feedback. Have you tried posting the application for feedback? While feedback isn't the solo deciding factor, it's still very important. I'm going to ask a few questions and I'd like you to answer them. You've picked the role of an IAA for your character, could you explain to me what that role entails along with providing relevant links of the things you'll be enforcing? What other jobs do you plan on playing since you believe you are knowledgeable enough to tackle? I'm placing a deadline on this application to be the 17th of this month. [mention]Swim420[/mention]
  20. I honestly just want to see you try, I put a strong emphasis on the will to do something and improve. Just turn those bundle of sentences into a paragraph or two.
  21. Application Denied. Attempt to get more activity on the server and in acquiring feedback. While I feel your application is quite good, a Heads of Staff white-list has a certain level of community acceptance required, and the only way to achieve that is through feedback and for people to witness how you do it. Try to ask for interim roles that suitable for your character as well.
  22. Hello, please try to get feedback for your application. You're permitted to post it once every round, and I personally advise you do so around the round end time period as the experiences the players have regarding your character is still fresh on their mind.
  23. Application Denied. 1)This application lacks any feedback. 2)The applicant has not been seen since the 28th of last month, a day after the application itself. 3)Certain inconsistencies such as your ckey only showing you as having played here for four months as opposed to a year.
  24. Hi, so just a small nitpick. Apps are meant to display a persons writing skill among a plethora of other things and your application is devoid of a proper background story, I'd like you to transform the following thing. Into a background story format. You're not required to be specific, but doing this will in my books gives more credit to the application as a whole.
