Your platform looks alright but there's a few concerns I'm going to have to raise here. To put it bluntly, you've got a bit of a history when it comes to staff encounters, so there remains the possibility that should more encounters occur, it may be possible administrative may result in you being unable to play. Considering our recent incident with the previous lore developer, I feel it's necessary to bring this up. There's also the fact you seem to play in bursts, which is fine since you're still an active fixture of our community. I bring this part up since I'm curious on the reasoning for these bursts. Is it obligations or simply losing/gaining interest every now and then? Something else perhaps?

Alright so it's a bit of an issue when looking at your history. This isn't a single permanent ban incident but multiple, some of them due to extensive self antagging. You even had a warning on the same day for excessive violence as an antagonist. Now I haven't posted your notes since you preferred I didn't but I don't require it to make a judgement, but it's a transparency thing. Moving on, Alberyk was very specific in saying it shouldn't be in high traffic areas or cause extensive damage to those areas. While your bombs may have been "tame" they still breached the station. Garn did say one spot was fine, but he didn't permit the rest of it. Round start also had a discussion with Nursie where they forbid you to use bombs in such a method early. As it stands, I'm going to have to say that Schev and all involved staff in this are in the clear. You've got a history and were punished accordingly due said violation of the rules.

Voting for dismissal. I'm not a big fan for IPC heads at the time being, used to be but not anymore. I see IPC's as specialized and purpose built for the task at hand, while it is possible for an IPC to be able to conduct leadership tasks based on logical and reasonable though, the reason shells are required is for the humanization of the role among others. I cannot see myself justifying this.

He's responsible over your ban appeal as the staff member that applied this ban. A ban appeal implies you understand your mistake and are asking for another chance. A staff complaint means you disagree with their judgement and want it investigated by someone else.

I've got to say, regardless of the platform here, which I did support previously. Your inactivity in general, being that you haven't logged in approximately 4 months is a deal breaker for me here along with the content delivered by your current position which has lately been lacking. It is my firm belief that staff should be somewhat active on the server, this is doubly important for members of the lore team as they shape the whole player base, not just the species they run, they need a perspective on the player base.

Got to be honest here, not the biggest fan. There are times I've had to come as either Captain and point out some flaws pertaining to you to your Head of Security to deal with or even recently today have to charge your characters for being unable to conduct their jobs within reason. I feel you should spend more time familiarizing yourself with the roles you're playing and as cited by others, the skirting of rules issue needs to be worked on. For now, -1.

I agree, there should be some more accessabile method to acquire these items.

This suggestion does have its merits but also it's drawbacks. I wouldn't be against it with the communication rework being implemented with it.

Alright, this will be your second permaban removal. I'll be very clear here in saying that you'll have far more less chances than what a normal player would get, so any repeats of this type of behavior may net you a permaban without a warning and it's appeal having a far smaller chance of being accepted. So I'm accepting your appeal but I'm going to emphasis that you'll essentially be on probation, break that and it will be applied again. You're also being told to review the rules.

We dont have win conditions enabled. For all that above I am voting for dismissal Pretty much this. I believe the revolution gamemode thrives on the fact it's very freeform. Staff are present should there be a need to convey things in the form of CC announcements, there's also the mixed game mode which add traitors, who I find to have had quite the impact on the progression of these rounds. There's also no need to simply change it to mutiny when the revolutionaries/loyalists can agree that they went something akin to that and granted the staff needed for it are present, they'll cooperate. I've never been a fan of mechanical restrictions to police players, it's never been a fair thing in my eyes as it's essentially punishing those abiding by our rules and expectations in comparison to those that don't. I'm voting to dismiss this suggestion which puts it at two dismissal votes, so locking and archiving.

You were permabanned on the 08/05 with it being lifted on 29/05, then the permabanned was reapplied after other measures on 05/06. Now this doesn't really paint a pretty picture but I'm still not at this time against the prospective of lifting your ban but on the otherhand I'm not too partial to lifting it just yet. Could you detail what you did in terms of what rules you were breaking?

Player has been messaged regarding the size of the sandwich made, while the mechanic exists and making large sandwiches are fine, there's a limit to it. In the future, use the adminhelp function and at least ask if staff is aware of this, this would've saved both yourself and the staff teams time with this complaint as it was not necessary. While you're in the right and are permitted to make this complaint it's a minor thing that could've been resolved in less than minute had you ahelped. Unless there's anything more that you'd like to add, deeming this resolved. 24 hour countdown before archiving begins now.
