Toilets and sinks can overflow and flood rooms

The ORs have vitals monitors and a screen that displays stuff a medical monitor does. The Vitals Monitor has an audible beep to gauge heart rate

Medical gets a combiknife that has several tools on it:

Spacey looking OR tools. Fuck I can probably sprite new ones tbh

Their medkits also look better tbh

Apparently you can smell stuff like cigarette smoke and blood

Combi-knives are there for a bunch of different departments, though i'm not sure if everyone being able to carry a little knife around would fly on aurora as much as bay.

The less harsh vote alarm and bwoink sounds. Could go a step further and have a toggle between harsh and gentle, so people tabbed out don't miss them. Also the warnings staff get when a ticket has been left unattended - 'X's ticket has been left without response for 10 minutes' or whatever it was.

I also really like that one section in one of the helm consoles where the various shuttles can create missions and specify destination, etc.

The credits at roundend were also super cool, but that's probably just because they were novel and accompanied by cool music. I can see them getting dull pretty fast or just not fitting the Aurora's atmosphere. I'm on the fence. Probably not worth it tbh.

As a former Bay player they are interesting for a bit but rapidly become annoying, and also break the setting's atmosphere by making it out to be a movie.

As for ports, the most interesting thing to me is the scent system. It's an interesting feature of Bay which I've always felt adds a lot of atmosphere.

Being able to see the progress bar of other people doing something that takes time has some cool utility I think.

and custom memory stuff? whatever that is used for..?

Memories are just internal notes you can view. You've probably already used that on aurora when trying to see how much money you have in a round or something.

What exactly DOES that do? I saw it while ghosting, and it looks like it gives those on the bridge more to do, which could definitely be good to have. That said, I have no idea what it does or how it works.

The docking program allows the bridge to view all docks, and their current status (whether a ship is docked or not). The SEV Torch's docks are also secure, and the docking program allows the bridge to view and modify the docking codes for this. This means in order for an off-ship to dock, they need to ask for permission from the bridge before the doors auto-open for them. Otherwise they'll need to break in.

Can hold down shift to toggle run, this would be neat

We already had this on aurora. It was bad, because people typically use shift + click to examine things, so people would accidentally run all the time. This was especially a problem for Unathi, where sprinting fucks over your energy.

While minor, the Bay chapel also looks nicer than the current one Aurora has.

It looks more in line with an actual religious room due to having pews, compared to generic wooden chairs. The toggle near the door to toggle the service as ongoing could also be kinda neat, to add to the flavor of 'the chapel is being used', despite being a small addition. I could see some regular wooden chairs remaining near the back or against the wall, if people absolutely wanted to keep wooden chairs there for people to pick up and move.
