I always bake my potatoes with the skins on, that's just the only way to do it if you ask me. But when I boil them I always skin them first, and then the potato skins are typically good for frying and salting to make a light (unhealthy) snack. I store-buy my fries for frying since my fries always come out horribly deformed when I cut them up myself.

tether your mobile internet to your computer?

if you're using an android it should be as simple as plugging the thing into your computer, turning on 3g/4g and toggling USB tethering.

can use google if you find it hard to find usb tethering but it should be around the wifi hotpost in settings.
