Is it possible you could have them delivered in wooden crates or assemblies? They're currently impossible to move unless you lay train track all the way down to mining.

A couple days ago someone mentioned Space Spice might be missing. It's rare to see a chef go through the entire bottle, but it might have been missed. I have not personally checked.
