Have you ever been banned, and if so, how long and why?: no Have you ever volunteered as moderation staff for any other servers, SS13 or otherwise?: I have been moderator on a TF2 jailbreak server, it shut down only shortly after opening. I moderated for a decently Large Warhammer 40k RP Discord server and other discord servers that are now long dead. Do you have any other experience that you believe would be relevant to a position in the CCIA?: I was CCIA for 1 year 4 months Personality Why do you want to join the CCIA?: I really enjoyed my time as CCIA it hasn’t felt the same without it since. I want the best for the server and to be to give something back to it and the IC aspect is something I care a great deal about. What do you think are the most important qualities for a CCIA Agent to possess?: The ability to act and be professional, trustworthy and impartial. They are the qualities I believe are required to be able to handle IRs, Faxes, EBS messages and anything else that comes up officially. What do you think the purpose of a CCIA Agent is in an ongoing round?: Primarily to direct the round rather than force it to go own way, only doing what is necessary. If the situation calls for it and it’s appropriate, then more dire actions can be taken such as requesting admins to send ERT or code Delta. Ok first off, the reason I've been inactive is because in January I had extensive Orthopedic Reconstructive leg surgery which I am still recovering from 4 months later, This has been spoken in the CCIA channel before. On top of this I have started university in February and dealing with the stresses of that. In the last week or so I've helped ben( @ben10083 ) with an IR, trying to get an interview with someone out of his timezone. If I did not care for the game and server I wouldn't have joined Staff. My mindset is purely In character and in universe and thought that I would be able to help by joining CCIA. Constantly being put on blast and consistently being told what me and my team is doing is useless and what we're doing doesn't matter, doesn't constitute to good work effort and motivation for me. I left the public discord a couple weeks ago because of it but came back because I needed the members list to DM for IRs. That combined with drama in an unrelated discord caused my mini mental breakdown the other day I've blocked VT and Paradox on discord and encourage them to do the the same for me. I'm heavily considering taking a break from Staff. Thank you, hope we come to an understanding

Bio-chemist describes exactly what it means, a person that studies the Chemical processes that happen in the body. Bio-physician portrays nothing but it is a doctor that has something to do with biological processes

I'm only a first year bio medicine student so I'm bound to get something wrong here. The title is stupid and the justification is stupid. Biochemistry and Biomedicine is the basis for Medical practice, they are More theory heavy then MD and research is the primary focus, in a hospital setting they are mostly doing diagnostic work in a pathology laboratory . An MD is taught less theory and more about what to do to help a patient. In America atleast, Doctors are becoming more involved in research but keeping up with the literature is what they mostly focus on. A virologist(The title in game) Implies a physician specialized in Virology, they would be focused on making vaccines and cures. Making viruses should violate the doctors oath so it's a pointless task anyway. A pharmacist in America has a Doctorate of Pharmacy(PharmD) already making them "doctors". The title "Bio-physician" is contradictory and redundant as has already been pointed out, Bio-chemist(non MD), pathologist(MD and usually a PHD), Biomedical scientist(Non-MD) I'm not against making the virology and chemistry lab merged but any of these titles would of these would have both virology and chemistry capabilities and actually make sense.

We already have two distinctions of Emergency response, ERT and Heavy Asset Protection which basically already fits the aesthetic you described, ERT are Mercs while HAPT are Special Operators, I think instead HAPT should get an actual implementation outside of admin abuse and locked behind a whitelist and ERT should be nerfed

I've seen this is in FO13 and honestly it makes combat a complete nightmare, if your vision was tied to your cursor I think it would be a lot better

I made this ruling, it is a first attempt at forming an IC standard regarding it. I do not believe medical or security has preference, however if security wants to investigate a crime there should be a form of communication between departments. Just because there is a body doesn't mean it's evidence. Also I've seen CSIs refuse to let medical to perform autopsies which shouldn't be the case either.
