Hello, I'd like to throw my two cents in considering I was the person who allowed Resilynn to actually go through with this. I gave them the go ahead after they ahelped requesting permission because you were, Joking about going to work with the intruders in a situation, security was busy dealing with the intruders or they were incapacitated/dead. And apparently teasing them from what Resi and you have both said. Those are the two main reasons I cleared this as an IC issue. Doc merely reinforced it. Now, I was not aware the CMO didn't talk to you or provide any real RP when they were sedating you, etc. I was under the impression that they would have provided some sort of RP, and according to you, they did not. Maybe that is my fault for not reinforcing it to them in the ticket they opened. I'm not handling this complaint, I just wanted to put the reasoning that this was decided to be an IC issue by myself. (Edited to make it a bit more clear that I got the teasing thing from the complaint.)

Hey there, I'll be 100% honest with you, I can't recall a single thing from this round. I do, however want to point out, that this shouldn't have any sway on their security ban, considering they were a Captain at the time, not a Head of Security or and security position at all. I'm fine with the warning being removed early if it wasn't warning worthy. It could have just been a large mistake on my part.

Sorry for my delayed response, I wrote one out earlier but didn't upload it, then I closed my browser and lost it T-T Allow me to dive into this, I received an ahelp regarding the chaplains religion, I took it and thought Schev said Captain. I simply misread that, my apologies. Now, onto the actual issue, I spoke to the chaplain about the religion, and they explained to me that it was not about memes, but instead memetics. Which, in his words are photo's that have special power to them to cause someone to stop breathing/stop a heart. Which, to me sounded like a sound thing to worship considering the game literally has sun gods, moon gods, space Jesus, a giant demon named Nar'sie, etc. I figured it'd be okay for him to worship something like that as long as his behavior followed the rules. I explained that the name "memeism" is not okay and he needed to change it, he agreed to that and we wrapped it up. No harm done really. I closed both tickets and thought nothing else of it. Now, regarding the chaplain causing issues and such, being disruptive, etc. I had no idea any of this was happening in the round, I was not paying attention to the chaplain, like, at all. While this is a mistake on my part, there were several new players and a lot of things going on in the round, so please forgive me and my lack of attention. The chaplains behavior was not ahelped a single time that round, only ahelp I received about the chaplain was from Schev. No one mentioned to me that he wrote a vulgar note in the brig, or tried to break into areas. While, I should have noticed this, I had other things going on in the game that I had to pay attention to. This is a very short version of my original reply, I'm just tired and don't have the energy to write the entire thing again.

After some long and thought out discussion, [mention]Coalf[/mention] and I have decided that Tbear's ruling is faulty. However, he has admitted to this, and the complaint seems to have fixed itself on it's own. So, we will be removing any notes, warnings, etc that were received in the interaction (if any) and we hope both parties can move on comfortably and continue to enjoy the game-play on our server. No punishments are being applied to either player. Locking and Archiving.

Alright, after some little digging and some log pulling, I've come to the conclusion that you were indeed PM'd several times. I also do not believe an (ex)Admin would lie about you unloading on yourself. So, my conclusion is this - Appeal Denied. The earliest time you can re-appeal without it being auto denied will be the 29th of May 2018. " Please tell the truth next time, lying get's no one anywhere.

Hey there! Unfortunately the Admin that banned you has retired. So, I will be taking over this ban appeal. You've got a few notes regarding greytide actions. Dragging punpun and killing them with a knife, beating yourself while trying to get into a windoor, etc. I understand you're new and joined on the 11th of May 2018, you were permanently banned on the 13th of May 2018. The reason you were banned is because you logged off after being winded for an attempted suicide as a security cadet. The reloading claim doesn't really mix well with me. The reason for this is - I contacted the banning admin and they told me that you ignored multiple PM's about wearing a softsuit helmet while holding a baton, and when they continued to PM you, you continued to pull out your gun and unloaded into yourself, you then after running out of ammo for the pistol, took your taser and began to Taze yourself, you then logged after being banned. Do you still stand by your claim that you were trying to reload?

I'd like to throw in that I was the head of personnel during this round. I was also a vampire during this, I ended up claiming attempted murder/being attacked at surface cargo after the second vampire (Aziri/Kaed) attacked me and was showing no real interest to work with me. So that is where that charge came from, you also killed a Cargo Tech in front of me. This is just to explain the charges/warrant. I have nothing more to add.

A frat house IPC? God save us... +1 Unique story, I greatly enjoy the idea and he's not horrible at RP. If he ends up being horrible, his whitelist can always be removed.
