Although you are a 'new' player (who joined the forums less than a month ago) and in my humble opinion you should really give yourself more time to become a Head, to gather more knowledge about characters around, about people, about the community, if you really want to get a Head position already, you have my +1, I had good interactions with you. However, I repeat that I would recommend you to wait to promote Lock to HoS even if you have this accepted, wait for rounds when there's no HoS and try to get an Interim HoS promotion to understand the job a bit more. And my suggestion for the one modding this app, since he is a new player, don't accept it directly, give him a trial time, not to check if he will behave or not (he will, and I say it as a player who wouldn't be able to behave in a Head job yet), but to let him taste how it feels to be a full responsability HoS, since roleplaying the implant is a bit difficult imo, so he can be totally sure about him being ready or not. I post this with the best faith, recommending you to not rush it and go step by step since I think you can become a good Head, and I wouldn't want to see you fall under the weight of becoming Head too soon. It's false I was ''dislocating it's limbs'' you're saying it like if it was something I did in a prolonged and continuous way. I did it once, at the very beginning, cause the Vox had escaped cuffs once, and I dislocated ONE limb (one arm), and then I was told it was dead. Yes, that's something someone does when it's totally driven by madness, pain and hate towards a disgusting Vox who didn't only nearly kill one of the very few friends you have onboard, but also shot you multiple times, hurting you quite badly too, it's an IC response for something that happened IC. In fact, my character continued to do so after seeing Lock again, stuttering, in a roller bed, so fucked up. It's an emotional response from a character who is a bit aggressive (without abusing this or self-antagging) when someone important for him is nearly killed. One of the very few that, in that same shift, visited him after he got out of surgery. In fact, an IPC with 0 emotional simulation (an Idris Reclamation Unit), was telling me to stop and shoved me, and then threatened me (which was even worse for my character's emotional state), I understand an IPC is not capable of processing this, it's an IC thing. Yes, in fact, you checked my notes and assumed all I was doing had no sense, despite me explaining why everything had a reason behind. I doubt that staff was told all the reasons I explained (cause I wrote a lot to explain myself), and was fully aware of all the situation. Summary: It's a non-crew being, disgusting race for my character (background), having this character a bit aggressive behaviour in stressful situations (not much, I never abuse it, or at least I try to abuse it), who nearly killed one of the few friends my character has, who then shot my character multiple times causing a good amount of pain (I understand that pain roleplay is not something very popular in this server cause no one even tries to act as someone with real pain, but IRL, pain causes you to act without thinking much), and I get a 3 days ban for disrespecting a corpse by shoving it, and hitting it. Is my behaviour non-believable? Ever experienced a traumatic experience IRL with real pain and stress?

I like your ideas Fort, we need more things for 'casual' things (we have a lot of things made for antags and big projects, but not much for 'casual moments') However, this is impossible until the temp code is fixed

I like it, but 50/50 chances of dying from a random moment is non reasonable, I would accept a 10-20 (if being rescued soon, if not, you die), and also a 10 percent of saving yourself coughing. We could also add an 'emergency surgery' to remove the food, or to open a way for air so our lovely McPowergamer does not die. I find this is a very good idea, but we need some way to 'show' when you are eating too fast, maybe the typical progress bar, and make it take a while, so: -1 bar (1 click), around 1% of choking (would be funny) -2 bars at the same time (1 click and another one before the first bar finishes), 20% of choking -3 bars at the same time, 50% of choking -4 bars, 100% cause you're stupid I would love to see this.

This is the only possible option, that's all. I spend A YEAR making my character, developing his story and his background to die cause someone pushed me once in the pool and my lungs popped cause the server likes popping lungs? Everyone loses their character for a nuke? If this only applied in canon rounds, maybe, MAYBE (but with many doubts).

The Vox (a disgusting race for my character), just nearly killed Joseph Lock, who is one of the few (FEW) officers who is friendly around Nick, and who Nick likes, and then tried to kill Nick too (shoot him twice, and Nick was badly hurt too), so, my character, once the Vox was gunned down, dislocated his arm (one limb) thinking it wasn't dead. Then he was told the Vox was dead, so Nick kicked it a few times, in rage. Then, again in the shuttle, after seeing Lock so hurt, Nick was really mad, and stomped the Vox a couple more times and threw him against windows around 3-4 times more. I don't think I deserve a punishment for this, I accepted the fact that throwing it in front of people was unprofessional, which makes sense in a high-stress situation where you were close to death and one of your friends nearly died too, it's totally logic and reasonable what I did. I didn't 'disfigure it' (or if it happened, it's not like I did it on purpose, I kicked it a few times and threw it around which causes little damage). I don't think I deserve any kind of punishment for this. 3 days ban? Wow. That was really unexpected. Evidence/logs/etc: Not needed I guess? Additional remarks: None

VT, I have written a very long and developed answer to your app. I even took the time to check your past apps. I do this when I reply an app cause the person who wrote it took his time to develop a decent one (I did it even knowing you didn't put much effort on this). Yes, your behaviour and the way you wrote a voluntary app, without any effort or interest, makes me thing you have a bad behaviour (not calling you narcissistic, combative, childish or asshole though). You are not answering any of the other things I stated, do you agree with the fact that your application shows a total lack of interest? Do you think this is the best you can do? Cause after reading your other apps, I don't think so, so, my question remains: Why do you post an app if you don't have enough interest to take the time to do it properly? Until you answer the question, I will think that the answer is: Cause I think I deserve it due to my work as Lore Writer, and my many other whitelists and all. You know what? I would be able to understand that answer, but you are not above the formats or the procedures. Hello, let me open the +1/-1 posts section. I've roleplayed with VT, mostly with Bretscher, and I have to say the behaviour of this character wouldn't fit a command role ever. It's just a character, and I don't like to judge players by their characters, BUT, after reading the app, imo, it has a total lack of interest, it's written like: I don't want to be part of command, but I'm doing it for you. I will never support someone with this behaviour, someone who writes an app like this. You're making me think that Bretscher is just putting your IRL behaviour in a character. If this app is edited, quote me so I can read it again and give a new opinion. -1 EDIT 1: VT I wanted to know more about you and checked your other apps. Your Vaurca app had a clear motivation and interest behind, it's quite better written, and when reading it, you really want to give it a +1. This one is the opposite case. If you don't have a real interest on command whitelist, just avoid it until you want it enough to write a decent app, man.

I think you're talking about when I cryoed after the incident with Medley, right? In fact, the moment I did this, Garn bwoinked me about it (that's the reason why I was still online), and told me not to abuse it in the future. It was 6AM and I had to sleep, and since I was in brig for 30min, I thought that the roleplay was finished, and staying AFK in Communal for 30min while watching videos wasn't the thing I wanted to do at 6AM. But I will try to avoid doing this in the future, since I recognize I do this more than what would be... recommended. I'm Tolkien, it's not my problem you don't appreciate it. Jokes aside, I think that I'm pretty good at roleplaying, writing and developing characters, but my behaviour (doing things like going to cryo or bitching in LOOC, thing I have to fix too) taints it. Actually I've thanked every single person that took his or her time to post feedback in a constructive way, however if I feel a post lacks that constructive way, as you said I'm not going to count it, and for example simfantic post I felt it had a destructive idea behind since I ruined his fun a couple of rounds. I don't think my tone has been bad during all the app, and I think I've been quite polite when answering every single post that gave interesting and well constructed feedback, however, I'm not going to react in a kind way to someone who posted -1 without reading an app that took me a long time. It's a matter of respect towards the work of the people.

I know the round you're talking about. The mech one, in fact, it was very roleplay-wise to pilot a combat exosuit into the shuttle, and when I shut it down removing the battery you were sad cause I ruined your fun. Sorry, that's what I had to do. And the vamp one, not sure, since sometimes antags are just ''bad'', so they get shut down in a moment. For future reference, do not mix ''having your fun'' and ''roleplaying''. Even when losing you can enjoy the roleplay.

If you're talking about the Dominian LORE, I would say I'm probably one of the persons who know it better. However, Volvalaad has a 7 months development as character, and you probably lack a lot of knowledge about him.
