Alright, sorry for the delay. Taking in consideration what was said, and prior staff action on this, I don't really think that telling someone to drink bleach like that is acceptable. I will return soon with some resolution on this, after talking a bit more with the proper parties.

To clear this up: -if two laws conflict, the AI should not do anything. -the AI not allowing someone where they don't access unless there is an emergency or something that is really needed, which is not the case here because it was just a pump which you could also have got somewhere else or just used other ways to fill the air, is not against any of their laws Also, I think that calling the AI out as subverted due to that, unless command staff or someone with access to atmos ordered it otherwise, is not really cool here. However, not sure about one week due to just cutting out the AI control of some areas and hidding away. I will wait on @DRagO and @Garnascus input on this.

After taking in consideration your answers, backstory and feedback, this application can be considered accepted.

As I said, there was nothing really clear on the shuttle being held, which did end in the admins deciding if having people hold it or not was worth, and this is being fixed by the pr that sets a time limit on how long the shuttle can be held. I think that forcing the shuttle in those cases would only be a bad deal if it was made with the intent of screwing over the crew, which does not seems to be the case here. But, anyway, while this change is not added, I will tell staff to wait at least around three minutes before forcing the shuttle. However, @Garnascus, while I understand the reasons why you forced it, I am going to ask for you to take more in consideration what people do out of tradition/culture in the server, unless it is in the conflict with the rules.

I lowered the ban to one week because we usually do one day, three day, one week and perma bans.

I will be sincere, but take in consideration that I have nothing against you, but this is my feedback. So far, my experience with your character has been mixed/negative. Because of how she deals with antagonists situation, and the "meme" of being taken hostage all the time. It feels like it is just trying to drag as much attention of the round to your character, since she is in danger and etc, and that does not help with our current heads of staff/security character just being her best friends, that will ignore regulation to do everything for her, this coupled with the fact that she is command staff. Sorry, but it feels like you are kinda trying to get way too much attention, which I guess it is understandable, as everyone loves attention, but it kinda feels jarrying and detracts from the round as whole sometimes. Like in that antag round where she traded herself over a dying hostage, that should have been enough reason for security to crack down on the hostiles, when there was no one to save that person anyway. Or when she ran to a vented place to open it for security, when you could have just asked for the qm to do it for you instead. I feel like command staff should use their power and status to drive the round foward, not to themselves. I recommend trying to focus a bit less on your friendship, or how people see your character, and more on how you can use your character and job to make things interesting overall.

This is really subjective, there are no rules about the shuttle, which ends to being up to the judgment of the admins at the time. And server culture is also really subjective, because I have seen people that never hold the shuttle, while others can wait until 10 minutes. Anyway, since arrow is working on a code solution, I think this will be better than adding anothe rule, So, people will be able to hold the shuttle until the game forces it itself.

For it to be auto forced would require code, so, I am just giving them the right do chose between forcing it or not.

I was sure that we had a thread about this. But, since this is not writen anywhere, I guess we need to create a rule. Holding the shuttle has been abused sometimes as far I remember, but it is also used in legit situations. I believe that if you are holding it over five minutes, it is a bit too much. So, my suggestion to clear this up is to write a new rule that says that holding the shuttle for more than five minutes is grounds for allowing admins to force it. What do you all think?

After taking in consideration what we found out in their player complaint, I am going to have agree that this ban was deserved. This complaint has been solved, and I will lock it in 24 hours.

I will deal with this. After taking a look into your behavior, and some new information that was brought to us. I am applying a permaban on the player, from the community as whole, discord and forums. And I don't plan to lift those bans at all. Since, said player used to play on a ckey that had an already large collection of note, warnings and bans, alongside two permabans (that are now lifted). However, the player made a new account, the one that is now subject to this complaint, and did not tell the staff they were the same person. Resulting in it getting a large collection of notes and etc, because staff was sure they were someone. In the end, they just abused changing computers, location and ips to avoid being caught, until their lastest permaban. This is bad faith, and you would not even be given 1/3 of the chances you were in the neworleans ckey if we knew about this. This complaint is solved. I will archive this in around 24 hours.

Just as a note: resomi was never a playable species on this server.

I will handle this. From at first, I don't see much issue with what the officer did, you stole the baton from him, stunning you is perfectly fine. Now, the deal is; you have a lot of notes and warnings, and you taking in consideration your behavior here and the security appeal, I do believe you did not really learn anything that staff tried to explain you in all those chances that you were given. So, at this moment, I am leaning towards accepting prate's rulling here as valid.

Taking a look into this, and taking in consideration that they ahelped and worked with the rest of the antags at the time to help with their gimmick, I don't really think they the players are at fault here. If anything, it might be an issue with a bad call from a staff member, which is already being solved in a staff complaint.
