Siik'tau can only help you understand 20% of siik'maas at all, and can't help understand any other tajaran language.

Take in consideration it requires the wizard to be in nearly melee range to cast it, and it has a long cooldown. It is supossed to be a powerful spell in case the wizard is facing a single person.

Apologies if this comes off as off-topic, but what's the point of the system if you're just going to bypass it entirely? The discord rules also states that staff has no obligation in applying strikes first, they can ban people under their own discretion. Taking in consideration what is in the discord rules, not a valid point in this case.

Being turned into a parrot happens when you try to use the staff without being a wizard. Anyway, it feels kinda too complex the concept of temporary transformation, with the time being based on species, and I feel it should be removed from the book selection instead.

You can't turn people into simple animals, those are another spells. Also, removing the rng factor might end in wizards turning people into warforms or xenomorphs.

I will make so that you can't use a teleport rune in the centcomm z-level. There is already a check seeing if the runes you are teleporting to is in a player level, so it is already impossible to teleport to the merchant ship with this.

As burger said, just lowering the limit would not be too hard, the only problem is that there is not message when you hit the one thousand of units, but this is trivial.
