Being turned into a parrot happens when you try to use the staff without being a wizard. Anyway, it feels kinda too complex the concept of temporary transformation, with the time being based on species, and I feel it should be removed from the book selection instead.

You can't turn people into simple animals, those are another spells. Also, removing the rng factor might end in wizards turning people into warforms or xenomorphs.

I will make so that you can't use a teleport rune in the centcomm z-level. There is already a check seeing if the runes you are teleporting to is in a player level, so it is already impossible to teleport to the merchant ship with this.

I'm mostly referencing this. To be on the straight page, no ahelp was taken by staff? Who directed you to make the complaint? I did, because; the ahelp came when the transfer was called, and I was afk for when the others happened, and I did not want to delay the round for way too long, since it would involve talking to the entire mercenary team and the rest of the crew that was involved. If I was present for the round itself, I would have got the first ahelp and would not have requested armory to make a complaint.
