I manage to push him down and pin him to the floor before he can cause any further bodily damage, I then ask for Security presence, reporting the HoS' crimes. As I am a Detective, i was not authorised to issue an arrest, so could do no further. Security did not respond, Bahr proceeded to deny anything he did in the Security channel. The HoS, Price, told me to shut up after I repeated the charges against the HoP. (continued) Price ordered an arrest on myself after he told me to 'shut up' via public radio channels because I brought up that he was already under investigation for actions which the HoP had imitated this shift (Causing bodily harm to a crewmember without need nor reason). Whilst I was talking with the victim of said assault from the HoP, he walked up and declared I was under arrest. I asked him to go do his job and leave me to do mine, which he did not reply to. After ensuring the victim was safely in a cell, the Warden asked me to deal with the interview and interrogation of a pair of chefs who may have murdered a crewmember, as the cyborg brought them in. I took them into Interrogation, walked back out, and closed the door. The cyborg proceeded to brief me on their situation, and I asked it to go collect any evidence it could. During this entire situation, Price was standing behind me repeating that I was under arrest for Neglect of Duty. I proceeded to ignore him, as I had matters to attend to. The cyborg left on it's duties and I walked into Interrogation to begin. The HoS follows me in, repeating his mantra, so I moved him out and closed the door so we would not present a bad image to those within. He opens the door, proceeds to assault my person. I push him back without using force and begin to shout for Security presence. He pulls a baton and smacks me to the floor, removing my headset and cuffing me. When I awake, I am in a cell. The victim of the aforesaid beating, who had not been let out of Security, walks up and asks what's happening. I ask him to call for Security as I could not, having had my headset removed. Marsh proceeds to enter the cell and the HoS pulls a gun, and smashes either myself or Marsh with it. In the ensuing fracas, Marsh accidentally sets me on fire. The Captain walks into the corridor within viewing range ans the HoS subdues Marsh and cuffs then buckles him to the bed. Both the HoS and Captain proceed to watch as I'm on fire, unable to put myself out due to being cuffed. Eventually, the flames go out, with me on the verge of falling unconscious. The HoS drags me to another cell, buckles me to the bed, and walks off. Eventually, the HoP turns up. Instead of allowing the doctor behind him to administer medical treatment first, he spends the time taking my ID and walking off with it. The doctoer eventually fixes me up and leaves. During all of this, no time had been set and no crime had been stated. Price now drags me to Evidence Storages, where he fully strips me of all belongings. Clothing me in a prison jumpsuit, he returns me to my cell. With no ability to ask for help nor defend my cause, when uncuffed I stand and buckle Price to the bed in an attempt to flee and call for a witness. Price stands and flashes me. He then moves me to solitary and leaves, leaving me with no ability to contact anyone, nor did he inform any other Security personnel that I was in Solitary. Did you report it to a Head of Staff or IAA? If so, who?: Could not, due to HoP being involved against myself and thereby biased. - Additional notes: See prior report against Price for his bias towards myself when called out, as well as a pattern developing.

On the part of the complaint concerning me, man up. There's a toggle OOC button for a reason. If you don't want to see it, toggle it. The staff present obviously thought it wasn't a problem, everyone was having a reasonable discussion in OOC, so what's your problem here? On the second part: Jesus christ learn how to seperate yourself from your character. "To the point where I had to ghost or flip"? Christ almighty, do you want to go back to your safe space now? Interacted with Graves as Security. A great character all in all, good at creating and facilitating roleplay. Also known UM since we staffed together on CM and he's a great guy. Has my support.

A large portion of us have seen this behaviour time and time again and are tired of it disrupting the rounds and fun of other players. The behaviour hasn't been ignored by staff at all. There are bunches of notes on her which are displayed here. The fact that she's 'came back after nine months' and the behaviour still continues makes these valid. If the behaviour hadn't continued, they wouldn't be. How many last chances has Sue received? Remember that time I got a forum permaban slapped on me after one action? Remember Technokat's permaban due to his notes? It's hit a point where it's laughable now. P.s. I received two forum warnings for relevant and meaningful participation in this thread.

Can we just forum ban Sue for the duration of this thread to stop her spewing hate? This happens in pretty much every thread it gets involved in, they state their horrific opinions as fact and insult everyone who disagrees. On a different note, it does seem like you have a huge grudge against Garn, for no clear reason that I can see. Right under the part where the antagonists worked together as a team, I believe, thereby creating a challenge for the crew to be overcome. You died, so what? That's part of roleplay. Unexpected things happen and you deal with it. If you're complaining about things not going your way, then maybe roleplay isn't for you. SS13 is about everything going spectacularly wrong.

I believe Rin was also involved in critting another officer by slamming his head into a table over and over again after the officer was forced to defend himself from Rin and the other miku-esque officer she buddies with. I believe Hive has more details on this.

I don't see what's stopping anyone from RPing a mute/deaf character as is. We even have sign language for it. Once got admins on my case for playing a mute character in a not-important role.

I believe I already stated this. An officer developed a cough and sneezes after being in contact with the prisoner. Medical confirmed this. I believe it was you I was telling to stop, as you completely refused to, though I may be wrong. This was also during the time I was stuck in Medbay completely paralysed with Grave Fever and officers were directly disobeying orders to move away from Solitary and stop clamouring for the release of Rin. You stated cuffs. The bullets did not put them on the ground, my baton did. You only started cuffing when I'd put Rin on the floor. Tell that to Jer'Koff the catbeast who was miaowing for RIn to be released because she dindu nuffin, Johnson lurking outside RIn's cell when they'd had orders to shove off, and Price who was nonstop screeching for my arrest when I dealt with the situation. On that note, I OOCly knew Rin was a vampire from the moment I contracted grave fever. I kept this out of the character's IC reasoning, as they'd still kidnapped and sexually assaulted a crewmember, which was valid reason for their isolation. I was also perfectly willing to take Rin in nonlethally, and allow the antag to continue making fun for the round, right up until she emptied the pistol into the character's face, giving the character IC motivation for the removal of the threat. At this point, I still didn't, knowing that they could still add fun to the round, taking the character to the floor with the baton, enough to get her cuffed. When they tried to escape yet again, I ended it.

If it furthers roleplay, then it's great. Roleplay is all about saying yes. If it's killing them because they're allowed to, then no. That doesn't further roleplay.

I was the HoS during this round. You were hugely abrasive, broke the fourth wall screaming about memes, proceeded to LOOC constant salt about being detained for Insulting an Officer, then proceeded to cause a riot and attack numerous officers. You were dealt with appropriately. As far as I can pick up, you were a right cockmuppet in those PMs to Alb. I can feel some cherrypicking going on.
