EMT jacket re-do

Barely anyone wears the EMT jacket bc it looks like puke. I made what I think is a reasonable replacement and alt. If you guys like it ill shimmy it over to a dmi. I also like the idea of adding the white reflector strips on an overlay so that they glow in the dark like IPC eyes/ voidsuit faces

I love them very much. My only request is, is it possible to get one in green? Green is the overall colour theme of medical on this map, so it would be nice to be able to match. Still though, they're stellar.

medicals color isnt green. Its light blue/teal. The only green things are the EMT jacket and biochem outfit.

A very overdue change, for sure. Though I do like emergency responders having their own green shade as far as medical is concerned. It helps in picking them out of a crowd (to the point where I think Emergency Physicians should have green labcoats, though they currently spawn with EMT jackets) and distinguishing them from other medical personnel.

 

I will say that the collar looks a bit like a strange hood. Perhaps a pixel too think? I don't really know. The + symbol looks oddly placed on it. There might also be just a tad too much black in the design, too. I think if you give color to the few pixels below the + on the back, and shorten the front bottom trim down one pixel, it might give a bit more color to it. Or it might just look like shit.

yea I made the collar one 1px taller bc I thought it looked nice.

here it is with shorter collar, green jacket. lowered +. and a turquoise jacket. That way EP's can have their own

agreed. Not a fan of neon green but it seems people are torn between what colors they like (figures lol). I dont see an issue with making alt colors available in EMT quarters or on the loadout screen

I do not like these, I have a preference for the current one because it contrasts a lot with the standard black scrubs, but that aside, the side sprite looks wrong. Like it doesn't conform to where the arm is.

Its litterally just the human DMI pasted under the clothes with some hair drawn on

if you look at the old EMT jacket it doesnt have that curve either

It kind of looks like a winter jacket.  maybe it will pop when I see it in station. The puke green stands out crazy well in contrast for its otherwise ugly design
