I never attacked you, and I never interacted with you. Honestly, from what I heard, you seem to get a IC issue and IC punishment on one character, then you make a new character with the same “fearless” Mary Sue personality to play hero. You lost your privileges to play on the server due to this, and rather trying to solve this issue, you make excuses and continue to the point of telling that the banning mod has a biased opinion on you despite multiple people's agreement that you pushing yourself in front of the fight with the “fearless” personality is valid hunting while the drill is absolutely power gaming. Your use of the drill was not valid. This type of behavior belongs to TG and the other low roleplay servers and you are free to continue it there. There is a difference between defending yourself and going offensive. You were given permission to defend yourself, not to rush the antags. Of course, maybe these words are showing over and over again on your screen like a broken recorder as people keep repeating this to you. People eventually start ignoring a brick wall that does not move. The solution to this issue is not break the server rules. Of course staff will watch you when you constantly break them. You should've stayed back, but instead you went offensive and used a over powered weapon to attack us. I saw you helping on the surface as well. I also took the time to check your combat skills, and behold is every engineering skill set to trained while you have zero combat skill. The HoP formed the milita for defense, not for hunting antags. It doesn't matter of you didn't kill the antag, instead you placed the antag in crit to make them extremely easy to kill.

Alright, I'll try to explain once again. You have obviously had enough time to run to your office, stash you things, go to cryo when you got back on from my pings on discord. Why didn't you just do a quick run back to your office and stash your high security hardsuit. The ID requirement is null in this context because what happens if some random greytider or dude worried decides to pick up the rig and it easily goes missing. You don't place items onto a table because, remember, there is two spawn points, and some CEs may not spawn via cryo so they will not see the suit going down into the elevators. They go to their office, want the suit, and it is missing. You have notes and warnings in the past about cryo/SSD issues as a command staff, I am giving you a slap in the face to learn how to correctly cryo. If you can not store your items you do not spawn with inside your office locker, then you ahelp that you need to go and be cryoed via BST and log. I am sorry to say, that further issues of not correctly cryoing yourself might place your command white list on the line if a staff member decides to contact Schev or Coalf about the issue. I want you to learn the two directions above. The ban is a slap in the face to try and get you to learn. I can defend Kyres on the points he mentioned and I have interacted with him as a antag, as a normal crew member, and with him as a antag. He does get antag a lot as Yahir. Yahir is the Kalla of research (back when I used to play her anyway), or maybe Sophie Rifle of security before they became HoS. I generally see nothing that wrong and they have toned down reflecting on it.

I honestly find Yahir a good character, relationships, drama.. Honestly, I think all that needs to come is a talk to by staff to cut down the sexual vibe shit. It is sometimes placed really well, I mean.. He did tell one of my characters, Nasser he has a nice kitty ass and give it a squeeze. Anyway, all that should come from this in my personal experience to to cut down on the ERP-ehh behavior. Like I said in Discord, ERP shit is snuck in very well and it is sometimes halarious in my view. Just tell him to cut down. Generally, his roleplay is fantastic and his antag roleplay is also sometimes extremely halarious.

The player in question always gives me power gaming feels. I one time as the CE, I denied them insulated gloves when they asked for them. Later I entered the locker room, a electrical locker was unlocked, they sprinted into open engineering doors soon after, opened the locker I was about to lock to look of there was any insulated gloves. It was empty of gloves luckily and they soon ran out after their failure of getting gloves. They honestly should not be doing this at all.

Alright, it seems that the OP obviously can not take criticism without making a excuse over every valid point that has been brought up. Before they get a whitelist, they really should learn how to become a more respectful player. Please don't cause a chain of useless spam responses when you have nothing to do with the appeal itself. The reason I banned you from security was due to your history of going SSD as a officer many times with notes and warnings. I understand that your ping may have gone to crap and I am willing to lift it if you tell me you understand the points bellow. Going to cryo round start, SSDing with no contact via LOOC or ahelping will result in further security bans. Admins are perfectly willing to cryo you if you ahelp and you will not get punishment because things happen. If you are unable to ahelp, contact someone via discord. never go to cryo with security gear on. as it will delete it from the world, never to be gained again and can seriously cause problems. Going SSDing in the middle of the hall is a lot better. If you want to successfully log off without any punishment and without a need to contact staff, place all your gear that you didn't start the round with inside the locker and then head to cryo.

I am sorry, but there is a difference between making a character who is a dick and breaking the server rules.

I am going to -1 this based on his server behavior that staff has contacted him about. He netspeaks, and quotes internet references/memes also IC in OOC's. Please improve your server play before you decide to gain a whitelist.

I do see improvement within him, he is better now as I had to deal with him being a lot worse as the station AI when he first started playing a little while ago and he seemed understanding then. If I find a turn around with his mistakes, I would see no reason to give a +1.

Hello, I was the trial mod that taken up your case when you originally ahelped it. Now the reason I suggested to bring it up on the fourms was that I felt like this type of situation required some database digging to pull out the conversion the two had with the "do not touch" as I was unable to get any speech logs and it required heavily on them. Secondly, the player in question took the anamolies into anamoly isolation and contained them and that was the bases of my confusion for what happened between the players. Now I believe it should be narrowed down to the oder to not touch it and the player supposedly touching said object plus the reported chuckle fuck attitude they've been reported went into. I suggest some database digging to make sure that the logs that the OP placed like up as it would not look good towards the player in question.
