The RD went up to my office to argue that these things should never board the Odin. 5. I ICly got in a fight with a borer. Saw the abilities. Witnessed it. Saw how dangerous they were with only one. 6. I ahelped if I could blow the nuke after I called the shuttle, told to ask CCIA, so I recalled it to ask CCIA. Recalling an emergancy shuttle isn't against the rules and I had the IC reason to do so. If I recalled a crew transfer, then there would of been an issue. 7. We ICly learned they were a hive mind. That means they could easily focus their attention. Including how powerful just one was, we ICly knew they are placing the entire system at risk with a massive biological hazard that gave people powers just to force them to use it. 8. The definition of the nuke is to destroy things that are massive threats to the galaxy, Tau Ceti, or the company. It is designed as a final resort to end something that must be contained with the station itself. In regards, I called the shuttle. I recalled it with new information and regardless of the crew transfer, I would've asked for the nuke, which has to be approved by both administration and CCIA to even get the code faxed to the office.

You started mag dumping into the person trying to hand cuff you. It really doesn't matter when there is the entire armed team around. This is a clear indication you were trying to use full lethal force and kill this individual, surrounded by multiple armed individuals. This is why I banned you. Reasonable and sane individuals do not unload their lethal weapons into their team mates because they were ordered to be detained. The Prefect is the leader of the entire Legion Team and that is to be assumed unless someone who develops lore wishes to over rule this. Every Distress signal based team is lead by a single person, in this case the prefect, and unless otherwise stated by the wiki, that's what is going to be enforced with the ghost spawner mechanically giving the job "Legion Leader" Don't assume that I recognized the rank with my conversation to the Prefect about the shuttle. I recognized the fact he shouldn't have piloted a shuttle that is clearly skill locked when there is the existence of the Pilot. My decision for the ban isn't wavered and I've stated my reasoning that warranted the ban. I will allow another staff member to review my decision and deem if it's valid or not.

In regards to rank, it really doesn't matter. I gave an example of armed security arresting the captain. If the captain was to pull his gun and unload it into the nearby officer when the team was around and they're trying to detain him, they would get contacted by staff if the detainment was valid. Amory's detainment was a valid reason. The arrest happened because the Pilot walked up at round end and started throwing insults to the PFCL, who is the leader of the group. They ordered the detainment. It isn't reasonable to try and disarm then begin mag dumping into a team of armed individuals with the soul intent to kill the person trying to cuff you. These are the logs of the encounter, I've went ahead and censored ckeys for privacy. Being TFCL doesn't excuse a player from being sane minded and letting anger excuse them from trying to shoot the rest of the team. I before hand spoke to the TFCL leader about his use of the shuttle, which I informed Amory of.

Every game mode is subjected to a meta. Every game mode on the server falls into lack of crew interaction, bad antags, unrobust antags, and murderous antags. I don't see a single problem with malfunction that can be seen with everything else. Yes, APC bombing was an issue, and it's been nerfed. I will remind everyone what makes a 'good round' Good rounds that are memorable and drive a story involves the crew giving it a chance. Malfunction is no exception. The most memorable malfunction rounds come because people give the development a little leeway. There has been countless rounds in which I witnessed that people shrug off development or go "I don't have to listen to that" Mass removing game modes because they don't fall to some specific RP standard will open doors to people looking at other game modes and slating for their removal.

Alright, I finished looking at the logs and I've come to a decision after reading the context with that specific OOC conversation. There is a discussion between multiple players about CMOs and their activities. Like usual, people are all shitposting in a non malicious manner about the topic. People somewhat criticize the character 'Albert' a little. Resi states that your character showed up 6 months ago, from their own personal perspective, and that means they're a baby CMO. Much like how we sometimes refer new players and their characters as 'baby engineers' or something of that sort. This isn't malicious nor does she seem to be specifically targeting. Nor was she the one that brought your character into the conversation. Unless there is evidence that Resi uses their in game privileges (Specific Round IDs, more examples) to meta, I'm going to be locking this complaint in 24 hours. The server does log every instance of AOOC chatter, fax, and check-antagonist that these claims could be reviewed against. Otherwise, I don't really see evidence of malicious attacking or hostilities in question.

Alright, I'm unable to gather evidence on this unless you provide a specific round ID that I can look into. Otherwise, during the specific round that this OOC conversation occurred, they never accessed the check-antagonist verb until about two hours into the round. From what I can gather, Resi seems to hold restraint in this regard. I've personally never witnessed it or suspected it either. I'm almost done sifting through the logs.

The player originally held a whitelist for heads of staff. This ban was the reason why you lost your whitelist due to it being standard to strip a player's command whitelist when they receive a full ban from the server. The ban reason itself makes me skeptical as well due to the specific instance that it occurred. I can't share the exact details in the punishment unless @DeadLantern agrees. How have you improved since a month ago? Will something like this happen ever again? Don't let my questions deter any feedback or swindle opinions. It is a matter of curiosity on my part.

I watched him engage in some good RP, especially with a ling that he had borged then made it do an autopsy on itself when security caught it. It made me chuckle when he claimed that two unproductive citizens became good members of society. I also had the joy of playing with them during the cat PRA ship when they were commisar a while back ago. Some good RP out of it. + 1 all around.
