Hey there, I'll be handling your interview! Give me a bit of time to prepare and then I'll be getting with you to set up a time for the interview!

As much as I love Noir ICly and such, I really cannot say I agree with a detective arming a bomb on a antags shuttle. I for one don't think the permission should have been given in the first place, but I wasn't there to weigh in at the time. Just because arming a bomb in game is super simple because of the mechanics doesn't mean just every Joe Schmoe knows how to do it, arguably the only type of person who should would be a Phoron Researcher/Scientist. They may have been already made, but the fact your character would know the right amount of time, settings, and how to even arm it without risking blowing it up is pushing it a little too far. People have been warned and banned for the same exact situation in the past, so I really don't agree with what happened here, but that is my two cents. This is along the same idea as to why not every Joe and Schmoe can use RnD computers/Autolathes, and Cloning pods.

I'm all about customization in the workplace, so I'll throw this a +1.

Locking and Archiving

Alright, it goes without saying that Willows characteristics need to change to match our servers escalation rules. This complaint comes in after myself and some other staff members were looking into an incident which resulted in the characters death, and we had almost concluded then that something needs to change. It was around that time where this complaint popped up and reassured my feeling on the issue. I like Willow as a character, but I feel that the character goes a bit overboard sometimes. They instigate the start of fights that usually tend to be 0-100 situation, with hardly any buildup. We encourage conflicts within the player-base between character fighting, but when its a two sentence conversation that instigates a brawl, its unacceptable. I can completely understand a fight that happened because of bickering between each other for multiple rounds, but this isn't the case with Willow. From how I see it, Willow is a character that wants to be the center or attention, and demands that they are just that, and should anyone else say otherwise, or insult them, they are going to start a conflict with them. This character design is not acceptable. With this being said we go to the conclusion of the staff complaint. You've been warned for something very similar to this in the past, about three months ago. Willow needs a to change as a character. This whole flying-off-the-handle attitude on a lot of situations needs to come to a stop. Staff will be more than happy to work with you on making the character acceptable in terms of personality, but otherwise, they can no longer be what they are now.

Alrighty, again apologies on my part for the slow response but with the hurricane passing through, my work, and a billion other things, I've had some trouble. Alright, Strudels opinion time. From what I have read, the escalation was a bit on the quick side, and didn't really have much RP on EITHER part (I.E him just drawing a gun within seeing you), so that is somewhat understandable, but still, rushed stuff like that just encourages people to shoot first and escalate things quicker. I can agree that a rewording for this would be good, but I do believe this should be the norm for when issues like this happen on both sides, we've been waaaay too lenient on this type of issue for too long, and it has changed the culture of antag involvement. Additional feedback on my opinion would be nice, I would like to hear the opinion of both Evan and you Butter.

Edit: this was gonna be reviewed tonight but then I forgot we were about to get hit by a freaking hurricane, can we go ONE month without one smh, I'll try to get it done when we have power

I always like the idea of making it similar to Vampire. Instead of killing the target give them genetic damage (like from slimes) and make them not remember the experience as if it were a vampire round.

Alrighty, I might as well go into full in-depth review of this, because I feel it may be best if I do. To start, no Ckey, thats a must, even if it is your forum name it still should be included. Next, your character names, these are the characters that you normally play, that way players can post feedback for what they think your characters are. They aren't meant to be 'names that you might play as when you get the whitelist.' Moving onto the paragraph section, among the large amounts of grammar errors, a majority of the answers don't actually answer the question. The other major problem I have with this application is, you seem to really just want to play this for the mechanics, it doesn't appear you have read the lore-page what-so-ever even though you say you have, or maybe you have just skimmed over it. This literally just repeats what you were asked, you don't say anything here other than "its different because its different.", not a single example of HOW they are different is used, your next sentence also doesn't even fit into the question, nor is it correct by lore standards. Moving onto your story, first let me say, I do not what-so-ever agree with how your character is played, it is as if you haven't read any small bit of the lore of the server. Your character Josh has apparently died many many many time, but is able to copy himself with this 'chip' that he has, so he can 'transfer his memories', if this is some sort of cortical stack type of thing, the only species that has anything like that is the Vox, and its technology that is not touched by human space, because the technology is majorly unknown. The fact your character has this ultimately undermines a large majority of the lore, therefor it is super duper unrealistic to have. There are way too many things to go over in one forum post, in all honesty I do not believe this should be accepted, and I think you should message someone on discord (Be it me, one of the lore devs, or someone) to go over lore with you, because it doesn't seem you have a good grasp on the server lore.

You know you can play the same character each round right? Antag-rounds are not canon, so if you die during them your character can continue to exist. You don't have to change your character name every round start

Also just to note, IPCs can be IAA, it was agreed upon a while ago, not sure why it wasn't added to the Wiki. I fought hard for those IPC paperpushers smh.
