IMHO, Medical Resident is the only one that needs a page - because it needs to be explained what a medical resident can do based on what they're residency is in. I've seen MRes' that are 'surgical' residencies do minor surgeries, for example. It needs to be documented somewhere.

If I'm CMO, I set the following policy: One visitor per patient, visitors need to remain in the lobby unless the patient they are visiting is a surgery or long-term patient in the ward. Security are only allowed to have one officer per criminal being treated inside of medical. Anyone not falling within this policy is then asked to leave, if they refuse, I flash them and drag them out and report them to Security. Leave the issue in the hands of Heads, I'd say.

This is kind of grimdark, but we COULD explain it with indoctrination. Essentially, Captains and Heads of Security, immediately before promotion, would go through like a six month program of being 'indoctrinated', which is full of mock scenarios, tests, AND lots of corporate propaganda viewing (as in, being gently forced to sit in a room for hours watching reels of NT-is-amazing videos. In this way, the Captain and Head of Security are conditioned mentally to be loyal to the company, they think NanoTrasen is great, amazing! Their will is much harder to crack because of this (any conversion or mind control would have to deal with a mind that is not impressionable at this point). Walmart Managers go through an academy where they basically hear 'Walmart is great and amazing, and unions are terrible' before they can become an ASM+ , it would just be a more severe version of that.

I unfortunately cannot provide any modicum of support towards this application - While I am sure DasFox is a fine player, (despite some of their IC actions being questionable), their OOC conduct is something that concerns me. They are equally if not more confrontational than myself, and will unprovoked, get very nasty quickly if you say something they do not like, one example of this was me joking with another player, saying 'ban Pacman when' DasFox's response was: Unfortunately, this behaviour was very recent and until I can personally see a change in such behaviour, I must urge this application not be accepted, as this kind of behaviour cannot be something that comes from the staff team at any time. Addendum: I have also been attacked by them in LOOC (as another player here mentioned of themselves) when having a negative interaction ICly with them (see the dismissed complaint against me for more info).

Were they 'Station Engineer' or 'Engine Technician' ? These are the only two alt titles that HAVE to setup the engine. Maintenance Technician and Electrician are not required to do so, because they are not considered qualified, nor are Atmos Techs (despite the fact the entire engine is one big atmos system lol)

When asked about this about a year ago, I asked about the HoP's relation to managing personnel. I was told by Admins at the time that the Head of Personnel CANNOT deny processing a demotion/promotion/suspension form if a head of staff is ordering it for their own personnel. Unless you are formally changing this to mean that the Head of Personnel CAN and SHOULD review any requests from Heads, I need to default to my previously known knowledge. This is not about IAA power, this is about lessening the power of whitelisted players to affect/ruin a player's round, and while it may not happen often - it has happened.

I have made your character GBS the Interim RD many times, and I have no doubt that he or you are good for the position, one thing Ive noted (and I'm echoing the above) is that you're slightly too passive. Why are IAA allowed to sign off on an avowal then? I assume because before doing so, they are assumed to investigate the subject and review and agree the individual is worthy of an avowal? Or was adding IAA to the avowal form a mistake? If suspension is how you say it is, then yes this suggestion can be closed by devs (after you answer above plz?)
