You can already do this remotely. PDA your order number and tracking number to the QM or Cargo Tech or the HoP and they can use their console to track it for you. All three including the Captain have access to the cargo control and ordering programs.

He's professional and efficient and sleek, he defends crew rights under regulations but is still loyal to the Corporation and its interests when he is a Head of Security. As a visitor, he makes an effort to still interact with station command and provide advice when possible. He's quite possibly my favourite Head of Security.

Staff cannot be trusted with access to department budgets, that is why only Heads have access to them. There is almost ALWAYS a Head of Staff on, and any head of staff can, if asked and have the time, get you an account number to charge an account. I seriously doubt you will run out of supplies this quickly. If you are, then - charge with an EFTPOS to your personal account, keep track of how much you've made via it, and then use that to buy cargo supplies. Phoron is worth 100 credits per crystal sheet.

Synnono, CCIA might log shit, but you dont do it in a way thats accessible for us, and the only time something is visible to us is if it was a suspension/demotion.

This was discussed in our SCCN debates. Essentially, it was eventually hammered down that Internal Affairs and the Captain would be the on-station individuals able to review and delete notes, with preference to Internal Affairs doing it if present. Of course, CCIA and Admins would be able to delete them too if they're deemed not appropriate for OOC things.

I don't like the idea of staff team members doubling up - I feel like it's better if everyone can get the chance to be involved in the server. But yeah like Sleepy is nice and competent and we have no official policy against doubling up so +1

The idea is it'd be handled ICly. CCIA/IAA reviewing them if there are issues, a character would have the full right to go to either to review a note. If a Head IS found abusing the note, then easy - they get punished. As for the antag things, if(faction=antag) then command notes don't save.

That would be intended, yes - A player has a right to know what is ICly on their record. However, they would not be able to remove these notes manually, they would need to ask a CCIA, the writing Head, or an IAA/Captain to look into the situation if they disagree with a note.
