  1. Tony is a decent fella OOCly and is always great to chat to, think he'd be able to handle the stress of command shit easily too. Doesn't take anything too seriously and is always able to laugh off anything that goes wrong! 🙂
  2. Awesome player, awesome RPer and has even more awesome characters. I'd love to see the mischief he gets up to as a command member!
  3. probably like five

  4. I wasn't sure if it was an admin issue, so I guess that solves it? Kind of posted this because the person who said doing it yesterday didn't even know how much damage it did, and there's no real indication that it'll basically mangle the victim's head in a few pulls. I don't think it's a common issue, but a remedy to that would be putting a cap on and using it on a person as soon as their head becomes mangled.
  5. When people grab psionics as traitors, I don't really see much being added to roleplay, but it would be detrimental to ask for the entire system to be removed after it has been worked on. The main perpetrator of this is the head-crushing ability, which can be (I think) done if you are in the radius of the victim, even if said victim is behind a wall (surgery, security, hiding, etc.) or already incapacitated. It took around a minute or two to be completely killed by just spamming the head crush ability because, from what I saw, it doesn't have much of a cooldown. I think there should be a cooldown, or perhaps even not allow someone to continue giving you brute trauma after your head has been mangled from the ability. I wanted to know what other people thought about it because I remember a few months ago that the meta for traitors was to wait near surgery, and while surgery was going on, they would continue mangling the victim's head until they died and had to ghost. I'm not sure if there's a rule against this, but if there is, I don't think anything would need to be changed because it's basically an admin issue.
  6. I love the Zandiziite lore as it is, but the wiki didn't really have any determinable info about how non-unathi actually compete or what happens when they do. I don't see why this wouldn't be an awesome addition, so I'd definitely love to see this up there.
  7. I could see that being changed to reflect a more cold relationship rather than a hostile one, considering the war is now over. I don't think changing it would alter much either really, since they're still not on speaking terms. It'll probably be up to the human lore devs! I just wanted to know what the general opinion was about re-adding it would be. I can't get enough of Sol vs. Gadpathur hijinks...
  8. Saw a conversation about re-adding Sol Consulars and it got me thinking, why WOULDN’T they be on the ship? Sol has some of the most fractured relationships with the SCC & Biesel, so wouldn’t it make sense they’d be sending envoys to make sure there isn’t a cross-continental war? I could see a lot of gimmicks hatch from it being re-added too, and some fun tension for all the Gadpathurian players we’ve got. Wondered what everyone’s thoughts might be on the topic, seemed like a lot of people were positive about it when it was brought up.
  9. I'm going to make this quick because I hate back-and-forth arguments like this, and I'm not going to respond anymore as this isn't even my complaint, but just look at the screenshots you've just posted and how you're talking to the people in them. You type to people in such a passive aggressive way that you'd think every single person on the server has personally got a vendetta against you! As for the Alberyk screenshot ⬆️, I asked him, and he has no idea and can't even remember what you're referring to, so I don't know where that's come from. Couple the conversation you've posted there and the screenshots @Dreamix has posted of the same conversation and others, and even how you've typed in this very thread with your first response, you're not acting professionally at all. EDIT - In response to you saying that multiple of my friends were brigading the discussion about the Trinarist traitor, this is a complete lie. The only person that was involved in it (and even before you showed up!) was my IRL friend Shark. The rest of the people in the conversation, excluding Garn, who only came in to give you a few short words and to moderate after the argument broke out, were people that I was not even familiar with at the time. You on the other hand, @'ed Lavilla to have them join the conversation and argue, and then Nienna joined in, along with Lisek and Biplane, who all dogpiled onto my friend and the original poster. You all also helpfully reacted to your messages with 👍 & 🙏 to make it even more obvious you were all there to back each other up.
  10. This is exactly my point. Instead of admitting or even acknowledging that you’ve hurt the other party, you both double down and go into defence mode. Why is even any of this even needed? Just stop being so standoffish and rude all the bloody time. Anyone can see from the screenshots, (yours included) that you're both being overly toxic. And Sycmos? It's completely laughable to say that your posts were warranted because it was YOU that started the arguments in basically every case.
  11. I wanted to weigh in after seeing some screenshots that I and one IRL friend were included in (but cropped out). The screenshots come after several players were politely and constructively discussing the loadout of a Trinarist traitor, to which Sycmos came in and brazenly accused another player of making a racist caricature, for which the player then apologised and deleted the character and sprites. Sycmos then went on to call other players in the discussion various forms of insults and accuse them of being in a "league of legends cabal?!" In this exact conversation, after complaining about brigading and cliques, Sycmos' friends then began thumbing up every single one of their posts, which is kind of ironic. Looking at the screenshots, you can see how incredibly combative to "non-community members" quote on quote they are and so much so that my friend no longer even wants to play on the server. You are driving away new players with how paranoid you are of people working together in arguments. This isn’t the first time you’ve driven a player away from the community, either. Jump back a few months, and your snide remarks you left on Danse's messages and the encouragement you gave Nienna to just be pointlessly rude only managed to make him leave the server to take some time away from the toxicity that you cause. Unfortunately, the admins deleted the messages so nobody could see how nasty you and Nienna were being, and after I asked you to apologise to Danse and make up, you said this. I don't know why, but this entire year you've been so incredibly mean to people for no apparent reason, and I just wish you'd suck up, swallow your pride, and apologise instead of drawing the arguments out until an admin has to come and break it up.
  12. Been seeing it a lot recently where characters will empty their bank accounts and buy out every lottery ticket in the cigarette vending machines, sit somewhere, and then scratch them all off until their account is at like 5,000–10,000 credits because it's THAT easy to make money back with them. I never really had a problem with it until it became increasingly common for characters to incorporate their new unrealistic amount of winnings canonically into their characters and then spend it lavishly mechanically at the operations console, or hold onto it and then RP out buying implied expensive items off the ship. I think that the tickets should either be reworked to be a little more realistic (we're meant to be in a corporate hellscape!) or maybe even be replaced by something else entirely like a claw machine or gacha-like IC system. Wondering what others opinions are on it and what we should do, or not do.

  14. Squid has been around for such a long time, and in that time, she has been friendly to everyone that interacts with her. Helpful, understanding, and easy to talk to as well! I think she'd make a great moderator, and I'm surprised she hasn't applied sooner!😀
  15. Campin is a great member of the community and is friendly, funny, and understands the lore to a T! I think he'd only improve the lore if he were to become deputy, and I have total confidence in his ability to delegate said lore too and not to overwork himself!
  16. Thought I'd stick a +1 for the way you handled the negativity on the post previously, didn't dwell on it for too long and replied to it in a mature manner. Of course you dropped some interesting lore in the application too!
  17. Big +1 from me! Gabo is one of our funniest guys and is a super versatile roleplayer! Always love seeing him in round and seeing what hijinks we can get up to! 😀 Really excited to see where he takes the trial and what kind of character he's going to make.

  20. You're such an integral part of the Vaurca that play on Aurora that it almost wouldn't be the same without your characters! I've already spoken to Wiggles in our messages about what they're wanting to add, but just to put you on the spot and ask you as well, what'd you think about adding more mechanics to Vaurca augments? I'd like to see more game mechanics added rather than lore, but, I want your opinion! +1!
  21. I'm going to give both of you +1's because you're both so great! Don't even know if you stick those on deputy applications, but I've put it here anyway. Wigglesworth is THE vaurca RPer, and it was his C'thur scientist that actually convinced me to make a whitelist of my own! Whitewolf or Wiggles will make great picks!
